Studio conforme à l'annonce. TrÚs propre, il nous a donné satisfaction d'une maniÚre générale. Espace suffisant pour des séjours de courtes durées. Pour notre part, nous qui aimons la marche, nous sommes rendus à pied jusque la place du Capitole. Nous avons emprunté un parc jardin puis des ruelles bordés de boutiques. Durée environ 30 mn. Le canal du midi jouxte presque le logement pour de jolies balades. Nous precisons que l'accueil est lui aussi de bonne qualité.

Die Wohnung ist schön, praktisch und gut gelegen (mit dem Bus ist man in wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt). Die kleine Terrasse ist ein Plus! Die Ausstattung hat fĂŒr mich sehr gut gepasst, und der Zustand war gut und sauber. Eine sehr gute Unterkunft fĂŒr meinen Aufenthalt in Toulouse!

SĂ©jour agrĂ©able Ă  Toulouse. Bien qu'assez excentrĂ©, l'appartement est bien situĂ©, proche du Canal du midi. Dommage que l'appartement ne corresponde pas tout Ă  fait Ă  l'annonce qui le situe avec un balcon donnant sur une cour alors qu'il donne sur la rue, cachĂ© par une haie qui assombrit considĂ©rablement l'intĂ©rieur. Le couchage n'est guĂšre pratique car il faut ajoutĂ© un matelas sur le canapĂ©, matelas qui, dans la journĂ©e est remisĂ© dans un coin du la piĂšce et prend de la place. Les ustensiles de cuisine devraient ĂȘtre remplacĂ©s. L'appartement, en gĂ©nĂ©ral, aurait besoin d'un petit coup de rĂ©novation. TrĂšs bon accueil de MĂ©riam.

PropriĂ©taire non comprĂ©hensive seul l’argent compte Nous n’avons pas pu honorer notre sĂ©jour car avant de partir nous avons eu des complications de santĂ©s. Good location with parking facilities. I have been kindly helped by the owner with all my questions. There is a huge Casino supermarkt in walking distance. The apartment is on the ground floor next to the entry of the building. Sometimes, but not frequently, it can be noisy.

L'appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ© au niveau des axes de communication , des commerces et des activitĂ©s du centre de Toulouse . AccompagnĂ©e de mon chien , je le promenais tous les jours sur les berges du canal du midi Ă  mĂȘme pas 100 mĂštres de l'appartement . J'ai ainsi dĂ©couvert un quartier tranquille et vert en plein cƓur d'une mĂ©tropole . L'autre atout est le parking privĂ© fermĂ© que l'on gagne de l'immeuble par une entrĂ©e fermĂ©e . Quant Ă  l'appartement , il est exactement semblable Ă  sa description :dotĂ© du nĂ©cessaire fonctionnel , bien chauffĂ© .Le mobilier ( entre autres le lit ) est propre , confortable . Pour toutes ces raisons , le sĂ©jour a Ă©tĂ© agrĂ©able .
