Great location

We loved staying here so much that after we had moved on to stay in a different part of the island after a few days we decided to return to this apartment for the rest of our holiday in Flic En Flac as it was just across from the beach, had so many restaurants and a supermarket close by.

Fantastic Holiday

We just returned home from a 31 night stay at Dylan’s property. We found the location to be very good, an easy 2 minute walk to Flic en Flac beach and centrally located for exploring the rest of the island. Communication was very good, both with Dylan and his aunt who lived in the building. They gave us lots of information regarding the island and activities going on. They had great concern for our safety as there was a cyclone warning while we were there. He was very accommodating and flexible about our check out time as our flight out was delayed because of the cyclone. . There are countless restaurants and the Jumbo grocery store all within easy walking distance. The property is very well set up for self catering. The swimming pool was also very nice to have. We would not hesitate to stay there again if we ever get back to Mauritius. Thanks Dylan for being a great host.

Fantastic Location

Big spacious, modern clean apartment close to the beach, supermarkets, food trucks and other shops. The apartment is located just over the road from the beach and is accessible via a short walk along a laneway. You can see the beach through the tree line from the balcony. Flic En Flac beach is absolutely beautiful but reef shoes are a good idea to negotiate the washed up broken coral in the water. We took long walks and swam at the beach everyday. The beach has such a great vibe, friendly atmosphere and feels very safe. We watched beautiful sunsets from the beach and also from our balcony at the apartment. We had delicious meals from the food trucks and local restaurants but we also often prepared our own meals using the fully self contained kitchen at the apartment. Our hosts Dylan and Annie have been amazing helping us out when the airline changed our flights and adjusting our accommodation needs and with information on local attractions. Dylan is very quick to respond to any questions. We loved staying here and hope to come back soon. We recommend the apartment for any one who is looking for a nice relaxing holiday in a fantastic country. Mauritius is absolutely beautiful!

Dylan est réactif pour toute sorte de problèmes. Nous avons eu une coupure de courant, des difficultés à mettre en route la télé.Sinon l’appartement est conforme aux photos, il est très spacieux, il est idéalement situé par rapport à la plage, proche à pied des commerces et des activités.La piscine n’était pas correctement entretenue, il y avait toujours des feuilles, elles ont été sorties une seule fois lors de notre séjour, nous ne nous sommes pas baignés mais bon la plage est à côté.Dylan nous a proposé les services de taxi de Booshan, il est vraiment agréable et nous a fait voir des endroits magnifiques. Il a toujours été ponctuel et n’a jamais été impatient bien que des fois nous sommes rentrés de nuit.

Singlereise auf der Pärcheninsel

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser luxuriösen Wohnung. Die Lage ist ideal: ruhig und dennoch zentral, mit dem Strand nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Ein Supermarkt ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso wie eine Eisdiele in 3 Minuten. Die Einrichtung ist hervorragend und bietet alles, was man benötigt. Auch eine kleine Bar/Disco gibts und man kann bis morgens um 5 das gute Bier trinken und nach Hause torkeln. Der Name ist Saxo und sollte besucht werden. Mit dem Mietwagen konnte ich problemlos die gesamte Insel erkunden. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Aussicht vom Balkon, der direkt auf den Strand blickt. Der Pool lasse ich außen vor und juckr nicht wenn der strand gegenpber ist und der 24-Stunden-Sicherheitsdienst sorgen für zusätzlichen Komfort. Dylan war ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber und stets hilfsbereit. Ich kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und freue mich auf einen zukünftigen Besuch."

Séjour agréable sans plus

Points positifs : L'appartement est spacieux et très bien situé à proximité de la plage et des commerces de Flic en Flac. La résidence est sécurisée avec une place de stationnement réservée. Points négatifs : ménage limite, quelques éléments de vaisselle gras (à la décharge des locataires précédents, il n'est pas facile de dégraisser la vaisselle à l'eau froide), aucun produits ménagers à disposition même pour un séjour de 24 jours, un manque de suivi des équipements, pas de notice d'utilisation des appareils ménagers, terrasse encombrée d'équipements cassés, la piscine située sur le parking est peu ou mal entretenue (eau trouble pratiquement tous le séjour) mais pas indispensable à deux pas de la mer. Nous n'avons eu qu'un seul contact avec notre hôte pendant le séjour de 24 jours pour le remplacement de la bouteille de gaz, malgré l'alerte cyclonique qui s'est heureusement transformée en tempête tropicale. En conclusion : le terme "appartement de luxe" n'est pas approprié

Merci pour vos commentaires, qui sont bien notés. Je souhaite néanmoins soumettre les précisions suivants : 1. Merci de reconnaître que l'appartement est spacieux et bien situé (proche de la plage, des commerces et des restaurants). Et qu'il y a un parking dédié à l'appartement. 2. En effet, la cuisine est alimentée uniquement en eau froide, comme c'était toujours le cas. Je veillerai à ce que ce problème de plat gras soit résolu lors du nettoyage de l'appartement. 3. Noté pour les produits ménagers. Cela sera rectifié. 4. Il n'y avait aucun équipement cassé sur le balcon, à l'exception d'un ecran de fenetre qui a été récemment remplacé. Il a été temporairement mis dans un coin pour ne causer aucun inconvénient. Je vais le faire retirer du balcon. 5. La piscine n'a été entretenue que temporairement en raison de l'absence du prestataire de services. C’est rectifié déjà, 6. Généralement, les clients sont accueillis le jour de leur arrivée par un proche (ou moi-même, occasionnellement) qui possède un appartement dans la même résidence. Mon proche parcourt personnellement l'appartement avec les clients et leur explique l'utilisation des appareils électriques. 9. Les manuels des appareils électriques se trouvent de toute façon dans les tiroirs situés dans l'appartement ; 10. Veuillez vous référer aux retours positifs reçus de mes clients concernant l'assistance sans faille de mon proche et moi-même lors de leurs séjours et la qualité de l'appartement. Merci

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cet appartement spacieux et confortable. Nous avons été accueillis par la tante du propriétaire dès notre arrivée en taxi que nous avait réservé Dylan. L’appartement est très propre et les lits très confortables. On trouve à environ 300m un petit supermarché largement suffisant pour des courses classiques, d'autant plus qu'il y a pas mal de restaurants et food truck de plage dans le quartier où nous avons savouré la cuisine Mauricienne. La plage se trouve juste en face de la résidence à environ 5mn à pied. Arrêts de bus également en face et nombreux loueurs de voitures disponibles à faible distance de marche. Pour résumé excellentes vacances dans l'appartement de Dylan, nous recommandons.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Dylan où tout était prévu pour passer de magnifiques vacances. L'appartement est spacieux, il est très bien équipé. Le linge de lit et de toilette est en quantité. La literie est plus qu'excellente et nous avons vraiment apprécié nos nuits. L'appartement est idéalement placé dans l'île que ce soit pour aller à la mer à pieds ou pour visiter l'ensemble de l'île. On a vraiment apprécié le parking privé et la gentillesse du gardien. C'est sûr, on recommande +++
