A perfect stay as usual

We liked to come back for the 4th time to Casa Stella and we enjoyed every single day there. The house, the pool with it’s amazing view, the garden, the pergola to sit outside and having breakfast and dinner. We also enjoyed to see the owners of the house again.

Wonderful holiday

We thoroughly enjoyed two weeks at Casa Stella. The house was welcoming and comfortable and felt safe and homely from the start. The hospitality of Domenica and his family was exceptional and they really took excellent care of the house and the pool for you. Their generosity with things from their garden was so kind and thoughtful.The views from the pool are absolutely stunning, we were sad to leave and would recommend it very highly.

Second Stay in Casa Stella

We had again an excellent time as expected. The house is surrounded by a very nice garden, the view from the pool is amazing. You have everything you need, the house is well equiped, everything is clean, we felt again like in paradise. The family who takes care of the house, especially Domenico is very nice and very very helpful, thanks again to family Paloucci for making our stay that perfect. Hope we are able to come back next year again.

Peaceful calm

We just returned from the most wonderful, relaxing, tranquil vacation at this beautiful house! It is our second stay here and we hope to make it annual! The garden is just gorgeous, the house is perfectly maintained, the swimming pool is glorious and the view is incredible! There are wonderful characteristic towns nearby and the local produce is inspired! Though the best time we spent was just hanging around together at this lovely house!! The family which runs the house does so with dedication and love and it was an incredibly relaxing vacation all around we can’t wait until next year!!

A Wonderful and Welcoming Place in the Umbrian Countryside

Casa Stella is one of the most wonderful places that we have stayed in. It is a pleasure - large, well-appointed rooms with a lovely garden and stunning views of the countryside. The large main bedroom and the living room have french doors on both sides. The kitchen is large and many a lovely meal was prepared there and enjoyed mostly outdoors on a table under the shady veranda. The generously sized swimming pool was perfect for cooling off in a very tranquil setting. If it’s peace and quiet you are looking for – perfetto! What made our stay even more special was the welcome from Domenico and his family. We were greeted by wine, eggs, and delicious tomatoes from the family’s produce. Unfortunately our Italian is limited, but that did not stop us communicating and Domenico and family were always very helpful, guiding us to places to see and even booking a restaurant table for us. There is a lot to see within an hour or so’s drive from the property. Perugia, Città di Castello, Assisi, Deruta (for ceramics), Gubbio, Castiglione del Lago and Cortona are all worth a visit. The countryside around Lake Trasimeno provides a contrast to the more hilly areas near the villa. And special mention should be made of the beautifully preserved village of Montone with its splendid views over the Tiber valley. We have brought home some very special memories of our holiday in Umbria. Grazie Domenico e tutta la famiglia per averci fatto sentire i benvenuti a casa vostra.

Als Wiederholungsurlauber zum 3. Mal hier...und noch nicht genug!! Ein toller Ort zum entspannen, Panoramablick genießen, schwimmen und vieles mehr...Super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in nahe gelegene Städte und perfekter Ruhe beim heimkehren.Familie Paoluci begrüßt seine Gäste wie Familie...inkl. Wunderbare Zeit

Das Haus und der Pool waren sehr schön. Die Vermieter, Papa und Tochter, waren sehr freundlich, leider war die Kommunikation etwas schwierig, da wir kein italienisch und die beiden kaum englisch sprachen. Es klappte aber, dank Google-Übersetzer prima. Wir haben uns sehr über die Eier , das Gemüse und den Wein gefreut, welche wir zur Begrüßung bekommen haben. Das Haus liegt sehr abgelegen, für Ruhe und Erholung bestens geeignet. Für Touren in die Umgebung muss man aber viel Zeit einplanen. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Grazie mille di tutto.

Ein wunderbarer Ort zum erholen und entspannen

Das Ferienhaus war ein Traum die Lage absolut schön gelegen mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick. Die Familie war sehr zuvorkommend und hat sich immer dezent im Hintergrund gehalten. Domenico hat sich jeden Tag um einen perfekten Pool gekümmert und uns mit Gemüse aus seinem eigenen Anbau versorgt. Also Aufmerksamkeit gab es zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Wein und zum Abschied einen tollen Kuchen. Wir können das Haus zu 100% weiterempfehlen an alle die Ruhe Entspannung und Privatsphäre genießen wollen

Tutto buonissimo !

Wir haben uns in diesem wunderschönen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war für uns perfekt- zurückgezogen und ruhig, aber doch recht zentral, so dass wir schöne Ausflüge nach Gubbio, Perugia, Assisi, Lago Trasimeno, Cortona, etc. inkl. Öl- und Weinverkostungen machen konnten. Der Pool ist toll und wird jeden Morgen top gepflegt. Domenico ist ein äußerst liebenswürdiger Gastgeber, der uns herzlich umsorgt hat und uns regelmäßig mit frischem Salat, Zucchini und Eiern versorgt hat. Bei unserer Ankunft gab es einen leckeren Wein, später dann noch selbst hergestellten Limoncello und von Maria-Theresia eine leckere Torte. Unglaublich! Eine tolle Familie und eine sehr entspannte Stimmung. Grazie mille per tutto

Merveilleuses vacances

Vacances au calme dans une jolie maison très agréable avec une splendide piscine et une vue magnifique. Accueil très gentil de Maria Theresa et de son papa Domenico toujours discrètement disponibles pour nous rendre service. Ils nous ont régalés durant ces 3 semaines en nous offrant légumes du jardin, œufs, gâteau, vin et limoncello.....

Urlaub wie bei der Familie

Als wir angekommen sind wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Uns wurde alles erklärt und gezeigt. Wir wurden verwöhnt mit frischen Tomaten und Eiern. (Beides war sehr lecker.) Das Haus und die Einrichtung sind typisch italienisch einfach toll. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Der Vater der Eigentümerin kam immer wieder und erkundigte sich ab alles ok war. Wir persönlich fanden es super und hätten uns gerne noch mehr mit ihm ausgetauscht aber leider sprechen wir nicht gut genug italienisch. Insektenspray sollte man auf alle Fälle dabei haben. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen und könnten uns vorstellen nochmals dort Urlaub zu machen. Tausend Dank an Domenico, es war sehr schön… die Kartoffeln, die Torte (Dolce) und der Limoncello waren sehr lecker… auch die extra für unsere drei Kids besorgten Schwimmringe haben uns überrascht. Wir hoffen wir sehen uns mal wieder..

Ankommen = wohlfühlen. So ein schöner Ort für die Seele. Domenico und seine Tochter Maria Theresia begrüßten uns wie Familie und so fühlten wir uns auch, obwohl wir erst zum 2.Mal hier waren. Alles war sauber und für uns vorbereitet, ein guter Wein stand für den ersten Abend bereit und so begann der Urlaub von der 1. Minute an. Wer Abgeschiedenheit, tolle Aussicht und Natur sucht, ist hier goldrichtig...und er Pool erst...wunderbar. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Peaceful Oasis

Beautiful house, stunning location, great pool! Extraordinary views! Quiet and peaceful. Great place to relax. Need to speak a little Itaian at least, host doesn't speak English (called brother on the phone who spoke a little). Email contact better. Host's father Domenico is on site at house next door taking care of plants and pool. Kind and friendly. And a great problem solver. Delt with issues immediately. We felt very welcome. Truly a magical stay. We look forward to going back again soon!

Erholung pur

In dieses Haus kommt man gerne wieder: schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, auf Sonderwünsche wurde eingegangen, die Familie vor Ort überaus nett und trotzdem zurückhaltend. Wir wurden versorgt mit Tomaten, Zucchini, Wein, Eiern und Kuchen. Im Ort gibt es ein kleines Lokal,zwei Bars und zwei kleine Läden, so dass man alles Notwendige zu Fuß erledigen kann. Haus, Garten und Pool sind wirklich so schön wie auf den Bildern und sehr ruhig gelegen, der Erholung steht nichts mehr im Wege.

La bella Italia

We werden erg vriendelijk onthaald door de eigenaars op onze eerste vakantiedag. De eigenaar (Domenico) zorgde er dagelijks voor dat het zwembad proper was en dat alles mooi onderhouden werd. De groenten en de verse eitjes die door hem aangeboden werden hebben ons erg gesmaakt. Het huis is praktisch ingedeeld en alles wat je nodig hebt is voorhanden. Wij hebben genoten van een zeer fijne vakantie met zowel ontspanning aan het huis, alsook uitstapjes naar nabijgelegen steden Arezzo, Perugia, Corona… Rustig gelegen villa met een adembenemend mooi panoramisch uitzicht en wat ons betreft een echte aanrader als vakantieverblij!

Amazing place!!

This is the best house we have ever stayed in. What an amazing place, beautiful house and priceless views. The house is so clean and everything that you need. The beds were made and so comfortable. All kind of products in the kitchen and well equipped. Dominico is absolutely the best host ever. So friendly and caring, bringing vegetables and making sure the pool is clean. So nice to chat, the kids adored him, and wanted to take him home :). We miss being there already and will definitely come back.

Super schöner Familienurlaub

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Familienurlaub mit unseren Kindern (2,5,9 und 11Jahre). Der Pool und die Aussicht sind super. Das Haus ist sauber, der Garten sowie auch der Pool werden jeden Tag durch den Gastgeber gepflegt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und verpflegen einen auch mit eigenem Gemüse. Die Lage des Hauses ist auf einem Berg, sehr abgeschieden von allem anderen, daher hat man dort definitiv seine Ruhe. Die Pizzeria im Ort ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Rundum haben wir den zweiwöchigen Urlaub sehr genossen!

Wspaniałe miejsce z cudownym widokiem

Byliśmy już wiele razy w Toskanii i Umbrii, ale naszym zdaniem jest to najlepsze miejsce w jakim byliśmy dotąd. Oczywiście zależy to od tego, kto czego oczekuje. Nam odpowiadał brak innych ludzi, wspaniały widok, basen, spokojna lokalizacja oraz przestronny i praktyczny dom, w którym mieszkaliśmy. Dominico, który każdego ranka dbał o basen i ogród, a wieczorami podlewał bazylię i hortensje mówił wyłącznie po włosku, jednak nie stanowiło to dla nas żadnego problemu.

Paradise!

We cant say enough good things about our stay here! The house itself is lovely and well appointed. Beautiful flowers, lemon trees and jasmine were picturesque. The property itself is STUNNING! Pictures can not do it justice. The location is great to get to lots of historic towns and other "day trips" but we wanted just as much to lounge by the pool, under the sun, soak in the spectacular views, cook and enjoy our meals on covered patio. Maria Teresa and Domenico are lovely and helpful. We were so sad to leave and hope to return on our next trip. Five Stars all the way around.

Für uns ein perfekter Ort

Wir waren begeistert, sehr sehr ruhige Lage. Genau das Richtige zum entspannen. Wer Ruhe, tolles Ambiente, Aussicht und Entspannung sucht, kann hier sein Traumplätzchen finden. Herzlicher Empfang von Domenico, der auch alles rings ums Haus in Ordnung hielt. Super Pool, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, von Blumen umgeben und eine große Küche runden den guten Eindruck ab. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!
