Beautiful 5 Bedroom Home on the Pine Creek Golf Course...with lots of Ammenities
average rating of 4.5 based on 10 reviews

A beautiful Tri level home in a nice community with a view of the mountains & golf course.

  • 4 of 5

We enjoyed our time in this beautiful & spacious home as we celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with our children & grandchildren. There were 15 of us & the home accommodated our tribe well. The owner notified us of the dishwasher not working a few days prior to arrival. The repairman came the day we left but the owner was always immediately available by text for any questions or problems. Would recommend this home to other large families.

Thanksgiving with the family

  • 5 of 5

Our family met here for Thanksgiving. We had 12 adults sleeping comfortably and 19 who came over for Thanksgiving dinner. The home is a great size for families to meet at and the basement provided a great place for football game viewing, ping pong etc... We enjoyed walking in the morning and seeing the white capped mountains from the neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped to handle our baking/cooking needs for Thanksgiving dinner. I would definitely recommend this home.

Great Experience

  • 4 of 5

The house was nice and very well equipped. We had 5 adults and 3 children, and there was more than enough room for all. The views are unbeatable, and its located in a great neighborhood. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Thank You Rick!

Spacious House with Great Views

  • 5 of 5

We had a total of 13 family members from 4 different states meet up in Colorado Springs. This house had plenty of room for everyone to spread out as advertised in the pictures on the site so no worries there. (Not everyone got a bed but we knew this going in...teens and toddlers can sleep anywhere.) The ping pong table and foosball were great fun for everyone. I think the favorite feature would have to be the decks off both the main living area and the master suite. My husband enjoyed the view of USAFA, his old stomping grounds so great memories for him.

We visited USAFA, Pike's Peak via the railroad, Garden of the Gods, Helen Hunt Falls, drinks at The Broadmoor, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, a historic home and some putt putt golf before heading to Denver. We were aware that this location is not 5 minutes away from all the places mentioned so plan for 20 to 30 plus minutes to get to your location. Again we knew this going in and didn't find CS traffic to be much of an issue.

I have no idea where our family will meet up again next year, but if we went to CS, we'd happily stay here. A final thanks to the owner who had to answer a few anxious e-mails from me as this was my first time using this site. He always got back to me quickly and it was much appreciated.

Awesome property

  • 5 of 5

Family had a great time. My only complaint was that there was no easy way to get on to the golf course to practice chipping and putting on hole #5 which was just about in the back yard.

We stayed at this house for Thanksgiving 2015 and we had a blast. There were 8 adults and 6 kids. There was plenty of room for all of us. The house was fully stocked and exceeded our expectations. I would definitely recommend this house for large families with lots of children. You will not regret it.
