The villa is situated in a calm and green area and only 2,5 km away from the centre and the "Arenal beach". From the terrace, the swimming pool and 3 of the 4 bedrooms you have a panoramic vue over the sea, the bay of Javea and the surrounding mountains.
From the terrace with nice bows you can enjoy your meals and drinks. In the evening the external lights give a marvellous effect. The new kitchen has all the modern appliances for your comfort. The 2 bathrooms are renewed and the bedrooms are spacious (all have mosquito-screens and shutters). The villa is ideal for a large family or can be shared with friends.
Arround the swimming pool, in the sun or in the shadow, you can enjoy the scenery. In 2023 we have add a mobile gaz BBQ with grill and plancha.
There are some steps to access the villa, which makes it unsuitable for people with restricted mobility.

Perfect holiday getaway

On arrival we were greeted by the lovely Christine who went above and beyond to help us settle. Property was very comfortable and a real home from home. Just be aware of the 52 steps up to the front door. It’s quite a climb but worth it for that amazing sea view.

Family Holiday

We had a great time in the Villa. This our 3rd time in the area and the villa gave us everything we were looking for. Secluded but close enough to do what we wanted - Beach, shops and Restaurants -La Siesta( Car)and El Campo ( walkable) . We are family with 2 adult children and a 15 year old. We all enjoyed the pool and the villa was just what we were looking for our weeks holiday. Would certainly recommend!

La propiedad está muy bien, espaciosa y con buenas vistas, amplia piscina y terrazas. Como indica el anuncio muchas escalera... incómodo para subir maletas y compra. El principal defecto és no disponer de aseo en la planta principal donde está el salón comedor, cocina y terraza donde se hace la vida... hay que nbajar y subir escaleras para ur al WC, Por cierto, no tiene 4 WC como dice el anuncio, sino 3.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit

Wir waren mit 6 Personen 2 1/2 Wochen zu Gast in dem Haus. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und konnten uns gut erholen. Es war sauber, gepflegt und die Kontaktperson war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Grundsätzlich ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die ein oder andere Poolliege ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und auch die eine oder andere Auflage könnte mal getauscht werden. Das hat aber unserer Erholung am Pool keinen Abbruch getan. Die beiden Bettgestelle im oberen Stock (nicht Masterbett) quietschten ein wenig, so dass es zu zweit im Bett etwas unruhig werden konnte. Wir hatten einen schönen Familienurlaub und können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Buena opción para relajarse y olvidarse de todo, pero cerca de supermercados y playa. Las escaleras de acceso hacen que te dé más pereza salir, pero no importa porque su orientación es estupenda: por la tarde no da el sol y se puede disfrutar de la brisa y las vistas sentado cómodamente en la tumbona. La piscina con una temperatura perfecta, ¡no daban ganas de salir!. La única pega, por decir algo, las camas. Cuando te mueves hacen mucho ruido. En general la estancia ha sido estupenda y la persona encargada de recibirnos con buen trato.

Stunning views and lots of space

We spent one week in this beautiful villa, and we loved every second of it. The villa has a stunning view of the sea, but also of the valley it is situated in. You can enjoy the same view also from the large swimming pool, wonderful. The sun is there early in the morning, and in the evening the villa is in the shadow which can be very nice on hot days. The villa is perfect for families with kids (above 5, because of stairs and balconies). The kitchen is well equipped, and there is a BBQ for you to use. There are four good sized bedrooms, but you should be aware that two of the double beds are queen size. It is also good to be aware that you must climb some fairly steep stairs to reach the villa. Javea is a very nice area with many different kinds of beaches and creeks for swimming all within 5-15 minutes by car from the house.

Excellent séjour de deux semaines dans cette villa

La villa a correspondu en tous points à ce que nous attendions (2 familles, 7 personnes). La maison est grande, très bien équipée et entretenue. A déconseiller toutefois aux personnes à mobilité réduite en raison du nombre de marches pour y accéder et s'y déplacer. La localisation nous a également bien convenu, légèrement à l'écart de la plage de l'Arenal mais suffisamment proche pour s'y rendre facilement en voiture (6-7 minutes). Idem pour la vieille ville de Javéa. Le quartier est vraiment très calme. L'accueil sur place fut très agréable, clair et réactif en cas de besoin. Très bonne réactivité également de la part des propriétaires. Une très bonne impression pour ce premier séjour à Javéa

This villa suited our needs very well. Large family home well equipped with everything we needed to cook both indoors and out. Maureen and Alan took care of us and made sure all queries were answers swiftly. Can not wait to go and stay again.

Villa de charme avec assez d'espace pour 2 familles. Les marches ne sont gênantes que pour l'arrivé avec les bagages. Jolie vue. Une seule chose négative à mon goût : le rebord de piscine. .un bourrelet de ciment brut qui vous arrache la peau. Merci et peut être à une prochaine fois !

Très bien avec une petite réserve

Super belle maison très bien équipée. J'ai juste été un peu déçue par la qualité du nettoyage à notre arrivée. Étant une maman de deux jeunes enfants, il est possible que mes attentes à ce sujet soient très poussées. Nous avons séjourné dans cette villa début du mois de juillet. Le soleil innonde littéralement la maison le matin. Ce qui nous a permis de nous lever avec de beaux rayons de soleil mais il y a très peu de zones d'ombre. La maison étant ouverte sur un versan de la montagne, il n'est pas possible de réellement dejeuner à l'ombre, en profitant par exemple d'une terrasse de l'autre côté de la maison . Cette situation particulière implique aussi qu'au delà de 17h, il n'est plus possible de prendre un bain de soleil. Ce qui était un peu dommage. Mais la piscine, la terrasse spacieuse et ses installations permettent néanmoins de passer d'agréables heures au bord de la piscine. Disons qu'il faut simplement en tenir compte dans l'organisation de la journée. Nous descendions souvent à la plage en fin de journée pour profiter un maximum de notre séjour. Le propriétaire est très correcte et très serieux. Ce qui est évidemment un réel atout dans l'organisation des vacances. Pensez simplement à faire des courses bien complètes à votre arrivée... Pour l'anecdote, à notre arrivée il n'y avait pas le moindre morceau de savon, ni de papier toilette. Ce qui apres un long voyage en avion aurait éte agréable de trouver. Et enfin, je déconseillerais peut-être cette jolie villa aux personnes peu "sportive" la maison est repartie sur 3 niveaux. Nous pourrions même dire 4 si nous tenons compte du fait que pour y accéder il faille gravir un haut escalier assez escarpé. Avec nos jeunes enfants, nous pouvons communément dire que c'était "sportif". Bon prochain séjour à vous!

Villa agréable et belle vue

Nous avons passé une semaine à la fin du mois août dans cette très jolie villa. Nous avions le choix avec d'autres villas moins cher mais la vue qu' offre celle-ci a déterminé notre choix que nous n'avons pas regretté.Le voisinage est très agréable et notre petite famille de cinq personnes deux adultes , un adolescent un enfant de six ans et d'un an et demi a disposé de tout le confort dans cette maison bien équipée. Il y a effectivement quelques marches pour accéder à la maison mais rien d'extraordinaire pour une maison qui se situe en haut des collines. La piscine très agréable nécessite tout de même une surveillance pour les enfants ainsi qu'à l'étage, ce qui n'est pas de la responsabilité du propriétaire mais des parents qui doivent rester vigilant. Nous donnons une évaluation très positive à cette location qui fera sans doute d'autres vacanciers heureux.

SUPERBE VILLA

Grande propriété très bien située : quartier très calme à l'écart de l'agitation touristique du bord de mer . Maison très spacieuse très bien entretenue avec mobilier de qualité. A noter une vue magnifique sur la mer depuis les 2 terrasses: on ne s'en lasse pas. Piscine entretenue par une entreprise spécialisée : 2 passages durant notre séjour d'une semaine. WIFI télévision française climatisation linges de maison fournis et ménage irréprochable. Bref que du positif , l'accès à la maison comme indiqué dans l'annonce n'est pas adapté pour les personnes à mobilité réduite: marches pour accéder à la première terrasse puis de nouveau pour la deuxième terrasse ainsi que pour 3 des chambres et salle de bain. Sinon ce n'est vraiment pas un problème. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire par mail ainsi que sur place avec Allan notre voisin. A louer les yeux fermés.

Tres bon séjour

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cette villa qui est très bien équipé et entretenu. De vrai toilette et une douche au niveau de la piscine et tres appréciable. Le BBQ avec évier, aussi, juste dommage qu'il ne soit pas au niveau de la terrasse. Nous étions avec 2 enfants en bas âges, alors oui c'est vrai, avec les nombreux escaliers il faut faire attention, prévoir peut être une barrière au niveau de la terrasse supérieur... La seule chose qui à manqué c'est la climatisation dans l'une des chambre, surtout la nuit..... Allan qui nous a accueilli est très sympa et disponible à tout moment si besoin se qui est un plus. La piscine nettoyée régulièrement, et les draps et serviettes changés en milieu de séjour! Parfait!!!!

villa très agréable

Nous étions 4 couples et nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette villa. Son emplacement est parfait car il est au calme et à proximité du centre ville qui est très animé. De nombreuses criques magnifiques sont a découvrir. Concernant la maison nous avons été déçu qu il n y ai pas de plancha, dans une villa en Espagne cela est très appréciable en plus du barbecue. Nous avons ete également très surpris de devoir payer 25 euros en supplement pour avoir la climatisation. De plus seulement 2 chambres sur 4 disposent de la climatisation....

Magnifique vacances

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette belle villa. La vue est absolument splendide, la maison très bien équipée , propre et confortable. Et ce fut un vrai bonheur de profiter de la belle piscine même très tard le soir (elle est entretenue 2x par semaine). De plus le quartier est très calme. L’accueil sur place est discret mais professionnel et efficace (un problème d’airco réglé en 24hrs). Les seuls petits bémols seraient le nombre important d’escaliers (mais c’est le prix à payer pour avoir une vue aussi magnifique) et la literie de certaines chambres qui n’est pas tout à fait à la hauteur du reste de la villa ….. Pour le reste un sans-faute. J’espère avoir l’occasion d’y retourner l’année prochaine.

Très agréable villa avec une vue magnifique

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Javea, située dans un quartier très tranquille dans les hauteurs de Javea et une vue splendide sur la mer. Très bien équipée et confortable avec une piscine très bien entretenue. De plus, la vieille ville de Javea (et ses nombreux restaurants à tapas) vaut le coup d'oeil ! Nous reviendrons !

Belle villa confortable bien équipée

Vacances de 15 jours dans un cadre superbe, très bien situé, belle vue panoramique sur mer et montagne, mais très gros inconvénient!! 74 marches très pénibles à gravir donc, à déconseiller à personnes âgées et enfants en bas âges.. piscine au 1er niveau, alors que l'habitation est au second, on ne peut pas en profiter comme on aimerait car trop fatigant.

Nous avons passé 15 jours...

Nous avons passé 15 jours merveilleux à Javea au sein de cette sublime villa. A notre arrivée, nous avons trouvé une villa parfaitement propre, avec tous les équipements nécessaires. La demeure est très bien située sur les hauteurs de Javea (moins de ( minutes de la plage). La vue est époustouflante. Belle piscine (plein soleil) nettoyée deux fois par semaine. Nous recommandons chaudement cette villa pour passer de bonnes vacances estivales. Javea est une très belle ville. Allez-y !!

Nous avons passé d'excell...

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette maison, qui est très confortable et accueillante. La région regorge de petites criques pittoresques. La maison est équipée pour y vivre, et pas comme une maison de location, ce qui est rare. Il n'y manque rien, nous y avons trouvé tout le confort souhaité pour pouvoir se reposer. Les pièces sont spacieuses. 2 chambres sont climatisées, plus le salon. La piscine n'a pratiquement pas varié des 30°, ce qui nous change de l'eau à Genève :-) Idéal pour une grande famille.

C''est très bien situé, à 5 minutes de la plage ainsi que de la vieille ville et du port. Tout était propre à notre arrivée et nous n''avons manqué de rien.
