About Kelly Ringstad
We are the proud new owners with young kids (8 and 3) who have been enjoying the Whistler lifestyle since 1983 when my family bought our cabin here - with the dream that now we can create some of the same memories with our kids as they grow up. We both skied competitively on the Canadian Freestyle Team for many years and Jim has coached the Canadian and Russian Mogul teams over the past 10 years. With competing and now coaching we have been lucky to have traveled extensively since 1993 visiting many top ski resorts throughout the world and we strive to create and ensure a world class, welcoming, and relaxing retreat for your next vacation to Whistler. The location and view!! We love that the condo is a true ski-in/ski-out property on Blackcomb and that we are a top floor corner unit closest to the slopes with amazing views up both Blackcomb and Whistler Mountains.

Our immaculate condo was fully upgraded in October 2014 and again in the Fall of 2016 and offers an extensive list of special features as well as our complimentary personal concierge service we provide to all of our guests. The Aspens on Blackcomb is widely considered the BEST ski-in/ski-out property in Whistler due to its proximity to the slopes, lifts, ski school, base of Blackcomb and the restaurants, lounges, ski stores, spas and boutiques of the Upper Village. The Aspens also offers great amenities - large heated year round outdoor pool, 3 hot tubs overlooking the slopes, fitness facilities, secure underground pay parking, and a free ski and snowboard storage valet service.

We had a great time in this condo. The beds are very comfortable and the unit was well stocked with essentials. I would recommend this unit for a family getaway.
A perfect place to stay in Blackcomb- highly recommend
The condo at that Aspens was perfect for our family of 4 with a guest staying for a couple of nights. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped.
Ski in ski out even though the conditions on the lower slopes were poor due to lateness in the season. Ideal for ski school meeting in Blackcomb. A 10 min walk into town....didn’t bother with bus.
Shirley was very helpful right from the start of the booking. She sorted ski lessons, hire and booked other activities for us. Always at hand if we needed anything.
We definitely would return to the Aspens as had an amazing holiday! Thank you!
Ski in ski out, just perfect
Excellent location, great amenities (pool, hot tubs, ski valet), well stocked and lovely/modern decor. This is our family’s second stay - we’re sure to come back and would highly recommend. Very responsive help from owner Kelly and their concierge service. Thanks again - see you next year!

Great location, top floor, corner unit
Definitely ski in/ski out. Right at the bottom on Wizard Express. Perfect for 4 people with ski rentals and ski valet. The unit came with an awesome concierge that helped us book ski rentals and dinner reservations as well as a mid week cleaning, Kitchen is well stocked

Possibly the BEST SKI-IN/SKI-OUT location in Whistler located right on Blackcomb Mountain! Especially with the added complimentary ski/snowboard valet service from Summit Sport right in the Aspens lobby where you can also pick up equipment rentals or have your skis/board tuned for the next day. Our property is the top floor (4th) south facing corner unit with fantastic views looking up both Blackcomb and Whistler Mountains as well as overlooking 2 of the hot tubs and on the closest side to the ski hill. The base of Blackcomb/Wizard chair is less than a minute away once you've grabbed your skis. The Aspens is located right above the Fairmont Chateau Whistler Resort Hotel which is perfect for apres-ski drinks or dinner (or the spa!) as well as the other great restaurants available at the base of Blackcomb (Upper Village). The Four Season Hotel and Spa is also nearby as well as the cafes, ski shops and boutiques in the Upper Village which also hosts the popular Whistler Farmer's Market every Sunday from June-October and the Kids Adventure Zone. There is also a small grocery store (Upper Village Market) across from the Chateau if needed without having to go into the main Village grocery store or Marketplace IGA. Easy walking distance to the main Village restaurants and night life (less than 10 min) or can utilize the free Whistler shuttle bus.

Rates are for up to 6 PEOPLE MAXIMUM. **Rates are subject to change without notice**. All applicable taxes are included in the posted rate except the GST tax (5%). Complimentary end of stay cleaning included in posted rate unless otherwise stated for season. Cancellations made 60 days in advance of arrival date are fully refundable less $250 cancellation fee & associated costs. Reservations cancelled less than 60 days in advance of arrival will be refunded provided the booking can be resold less a $250 cancellation fee & associated costs.
