Great stay! Mt family of 8 (5 adults, 2 teens and 1 tween) stayed here for 5 nights. Good location as it was away from the crowds, but close to things you need. Apartment has everything you could need. Would definitely recommend!

Convenient location, great for student groups

A group of us stayed here on a study trip to Rome. It was conveniently located - not to mention that we had a large groups split over two apartments in the very same building. Close to Termini station, and lots of restaurants nearby.

Multi family trip to Rome

Good size and sufficient sleeping arrangements for the group. Grocery store within 5 min walking. A bit far to walk woth luggage from termine but we managed.

Great place for our large family!

Property was great for what we were looking for! Easily housed our group of 7 (3 adults, 4 children 14-9). Easy walking distance to Termini (10 mins), Blue line of subway (5 mins) and grocery store (5 mins). Plenty of options for restaurants. Washer/dryer combo is small and clothes need to be hung up to finish drying.

Great family get away!

Let me start by saying we would definitely come back again and again! The communication was very clear and easy to follow. They received us and welcomed us to the property. Our family of 6 and 2 friends loved the layout. Plenty of beds, perfect accommodations, very clean and quiet. Manuela is great to work with and her assistant was very helpful at checkin. Looking forward to staying here again.

Perfect family stay

Great property for a few nights while we explored the city. Comfortable beds, although we could have done with a few more pillows, good showers and property nice and secure. Surrounding area is a little bit run down but nothing that causes any issues and we all felt safe whatever time we returned to the property. Overall the property was exactly as described and would recommend to a larger group looking for a base in Rome

Great property

Great location - walking distance from Roma Termini, a lot of food markets and restaurants in the area. Great property, very spacious, AC in every room with individual control - it was a big deal for us. Property is exactly as pictured on the listing. Owners were very responsive about any questions/concerns we had. We really enjoyed our time in Rome.

Our stay in Rome

We were a family of 11 people. The apartment was cool. It was a pleasure to return in the evening after a very hot day. We had enough room for everyone.

Perfect for a large, multi-generational family

The apartment was extremely comfortable for our group of 7 adults, 3 kids, and a baby. Large bedrooms, comfortable beds, 3 full bathrooms, very clean, and, most importantly for our July stay, excellent air conditioning. Emanuela was available and responsive via text and very helpful with any questions. We'd love to stay again one day!

Wonderful stay on Rome

Great location. Close to train station and lots of good restaurants. Beds were very comfortable and it was quiet at night. The kitchen was well stocked with close grocery story. There was enough room in kitchen for 8 adults. We had fabulous stay. One thing to be aware off if it is important for you, there is not a living room. We just hung out together in kitchen

Clean and Convenient

The place was great. There isn’t a living room, but we played cards at the kitchen table like I always did as a child with my Italian descent family in the US. Air conditioners worked well. Very clean. And walkable to good restaurants and train/bus stations.

Perfect for families

Nicely renovated apartment, with everything you need for a family. It was located within reasonable walking distance of Termini and many of the major local attractions. There were many local restaurants and Espresso bars near by and a grocery store only a block away. This was a great hub for the seven of us to experience Rome. The apartment was clean and well stocked with the essential goods to make a comfortable stay. Communication with the property manager was top notch. I would book this property again without hesitation.

Everything was wonderful. Location was perfect and the space was just what we needed for our group. All communication was within an hour. All recommendations that I asked for worked out just as planned. Couldn’t have gone smoother.

Amazing!

This was a wonderful place for us to stay! There were 11 of us (9 adjusts and 2 kids), and it fit us perfectly. The property was centrally located to many restaurants and food markets. A grocery store was just two blocks away. The train station was a five minute walk. The apartment itself was very clean and quite large. All rooms had their own A/C unit which we very much appreciated. The host was great to work with and made check-in a breeze. We will definitely stay here again.

Awesome flat, perfect for our large group

We arrived on an early flight and we easily arranged for early check in. We very much appreciate the opportunity to drop out bags and freshen up before heading out. We were a group of 9 ,all adults. Grocery store nearby, cafes and restaurants also in walking distance. Only about 10 minute walk from Termini Station. Nice size kitchen, and table seating for 6. We pulled hairs from the bedrooms for extra seating when we gathered in the kitchen. I would absolutely book again.

Strange happenings

We had gotten the house due to the great reviews, number of bathrooms and space for our family. We were let down when the blankets were locked up - the house cleaner told us she forgot to put them out because it had been so hot. It was raining in the forty’s when we were there - cold to Californians. Then our toilet broke and never was fixed so we had to fight over bathrooms the remaining three nights of the trip. The location is very far out too. If I had to redo my location pick I’d chose closer to the Colosseum or Trevi Fountain. Rome is vibrant and bustling so best to be near the action when there.

Shannon I apologize for the bathroom problem, as you know it is not a hotel and we do not have 24-hour maintenance. We tried to arrange for someone to come in on Friday but you were out until 5.30pm and didn't want anyone to come in while you were not at home which made it impossible for us to resolve the problem during your stay. Monday morning it was resolved. For the blankets, from your message that said "We found these for the green room. Please don't send anyone to the apartment while we are away. Thank you" I understood that you had found the blankets and as I told you you could also use the heating. The location of the apartment depends on everyone's needs, luckily today there is a google map and you can check everything before booking.

Really nice place

For frequent travelers, this is a nice place. The check in process was easy and Vivian met us on site. The washer/dryer combo was a little confusing. Maybe a set of instructions in several languages would help out. Beds were comfortable and had plenty of blankets. Kitchen was well stocked with excellent amount of utensils. For us, the only complaint I heard from my family was there was not a living room with a couch for all of us to gather and just talk. No major issues. The building was secured and we felt safe the entire time. Not the property owners fault but if you do visit, please be mindful of the 10pm courtesy quiet time. Don’t be those guys who party until midnight just because you’re jet lagged. Be cool.

Clean, spacious and great location

This apartment served us all really well, 8 adults and 2 kids and we were all very comfortable. A great shared space with separate areas of privacy. The location was good. Lots of restaurants very close by (I mean, a 30-60 second walk!) that were fabulous. Daily market right on the street. Train station very close by. The host was very responsive leading up to and during the trip. Thorough walk-through of apartment upon arrival. She made several wonderful suggestion, especially for a car service which ended up saving us a great deal of time and money. The apartment itself was very clean and well-equipped. There was an all-in-one washer/dryer which was useful. The neighborhood was fine. We never felt unsafe or threatened at all. The building is very quiet. We rarely saw or heard others. Open the windows to a beautiful view of a courtyard. Air conditioning worked perfectly. I would absolutely stay here again.
