Regarding the outer door, there is actually a button that opens the gate, so there’s no need to use the keys to exit. From your comment, we're a bit confused, did you perhaps use the keys each time to go out during your stay? If so, the procedure on the day of departure shouldn’t have come as a surprise. We're very sorry for the inconvenience this caused you, especially with your early morning departure. As for the internet, unfortunately the issue was with the provider’s line, which required a couple of days to be restored. We understand this was frustrating and apologize for the disruption. We truly hope that, despite these inconveniences, you were still able to enjoy your time in Rome and the comfort of the property.
