バケーションレンタルの合法住宅。 2 kmの静かな農場。 costitxの町から舗装道路で、大きなプールがあります（プールの底は時間の経過によって多少変色しますが、水の透明度と清潔さにはまったく影響しません）、バーベキュー、鶏がいる動物用の大きな犬小屋、果樹と土地の面積。 35 mビーチエリアと45メートルから。首都からショッピングエリアと広いエリアから15分。森と少数の隣人に囲まれています。山の景色を望む、小さなお子様用の浅いエリアのある大きなプライベートプール（8m x 4m）。

Enjoy and Relax!

We recommend everybody who want to Enjoy and Relax in the centrum of the island Mallorca. Are you tired of hotel stress then visit this quiet place. The host is There for you if you need anything. Good communication with the host. We was there with 2 children and they loved the pool Day and night swimming, and quiet for the parents. WE LOVED IT DURING OUR STAY FOR 14 DAYS! THANK YOU JOSÉ!

Quiet rural retreat, great to recharge the batteries

We had a great time staying on this rustic small holding. We enjoyed pottering about with the hens, and the local kittens. The pool took a couple of days to clear up and then we were in it every day. Lots os wasps around but they were not interested in us at all. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. Enough space for the two of us inside. The kitchen was small but very easy to use, with everything we needed. Loads of different options for seating outside. Lots of covered areas for shade. Very secure property behind high fences and gate. You need a hire car if you stay as it is out of the way (get a small car and you will find the single track lanes much easier). Jose Antonio was very kind and friendly, he spoke some English, I spoke some Spanish and we could communicate fine. Jose was keen to help us have a nice stay. No real negatives, other than the front door. You must ensure you have the keys with you on the outside otherwise you will be locked out. Our human error one day caused this to happen. Fortunately we had a phone with us, Jose came and we had to get a local tradesman to break in for us (it was not a good day!). We would definitely stay here again if we go back to Mallorca. Muchas gracias por un viaje muy agradable.

Casa de campo totalmente recomendable. Tiene todo lo necesario para tener una estancia agradable, con una piscina estupenda y una bbq que te da la vida por las noches. Lo mejor de la casa, José Antonio, que está todo el tiempo pendiente por si necesitas algo.

This is a rustic house and ideal for us, set in the centre of the island.

Jose was very good and waited to meet us on our late arrival and show us the property. Unfortunately, we felt the property needed a good clean, new pillows and attention to some of the furniture, which smelt terrible. We were not looking for luxury accommodation and had this been cleaner it would have been perfect for us. The chickens were lovely and laid every day. Overall we would stay here again but the property does need some TLC.

Affordable, simple but great!

If you are searching for an affordable Mallorcan house, but with private pool and much privacy, look no further! Sure, it is simple but has everything you need. For this price you can't get much better. Jose, the owner, will do everything to make your stay even more pleasant and comfortable. He is improving things all the time. We stayed for 10 days and we very much enjoyed the place, especially the private pool and the veranda for hot days. Costitx, the nearby village, is also centrally located on the island for daytrips in all directions.

Como a la casa

Petit coin sympathique où on a envie de musarder. On profite du soleil sans souffrir de la chaleur gràce à la piscine et aux différents coins ombragés. Très accessibles pour visiter les curiosités du centre de l'île comme les marchés mallorcains extraordinaires ou les grottes fabuleuses, un peu loin des plages surpeuplées. Merci à notre hôte qui est aux petits soins pour ses locataires.

Leider schmutzig

Leider mussten wir am Anfang viel schrubben obwohl wir nicht pingelig sind. Das gesamte Geschirr war mit hartnäckigen fett bedeckt und im Kühlschrank lag ein zerbrochenes altes Ei und im Tiefkühler roch es sehr stark nach Fisch. Das Haus ist sehr sehr einfach eingerichtet und leider fallen die Möbel und die Dusche auseinander und der Gulli am Pool riecht stark. Der Pool war schön dafür gibt es einen Stern aber leider trübe und es wird unfassbar heiß in so einem kleinen Haus mit niedrigen Decken und nur einen Ventilator. Der Preis pro Woche ist leider zu hoch. Es tut mir leid eine schlechte Bewertung abzugeben. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und wohnt auch im Haus wenn er es nicht vermietet.

Gracias José!

Hola José, siento que volvamos tan tarde. El período posterior a la estancia fue bastante estresante, pero ahora viene su merecido reconocimiento. La casa es maravillosa. Tu eres uno de los host más simpático, que podríamos llegar a conocer. Es una lástima que no hablan bien el español, para hablar largo y tendido con usted. :-) En Inglés, que también ha funcionado muy bien. Cuando nos encontremos la próxima vez, entonces podemos mejorar español. La pequeña casa está equipada con todo lo necesario en el uso diario: a partir de todo, desde el café a la lavadora y secadora. Algo que falta, un mensaje y José lo suficientemente viene junto :-) Las habitaciones son lo suficientemente grandes para 2-4 personas y ofrecen una gran cantidad de espacio para la ropa y pertenencias. La habitación está amueblada con una cama grande y muy cómoda. La habitación tiene un pequeño sofá cama que está limpio y cómodo. La cocina es grande y se puede cocinar bien aquí. Está equipado con todo lo necesario. El equipo: La zona al aire libre es maravilloso! Una piscina muy grande enmarca la gran impresión de la finca. La piscina es muy adecuado, ya que es a veces bastante profundo incluso para los adultos. El agua es muy agradable y limpio. Se adapta a José ha construido un "salón chill-out" que invita a la relajación largo día en el agua. También hay dos sillas muy cómodas. Para el hambre en la noche hay una zona de barbacoa, que está equipado con todo lo necesario para hacerlo. Utilizamos la parrilla casi todos los días y no comer (hay que tener en cuenta únicamente la noche a veces los mosquitos están presentes :-)) otros: Hay una plaza de aparcamiento para dos coches y una llave para la puerta automática de la calzada. La pequeña ciudad "Costitx" es muy bonito y también tiene la posibilidad de comprar un aperitivo o para redondear la noche con tapas y una cerveza. El viaje a Palma oa otros lugares (por ejemplo, en el oeste y el este) se va rápido. José, que era una maravilla! Seguramente te vimos a finales de este año! P. S.:. Very, very nice, quite and lovely place to be! Perfect place to reload your batteries.

Very nice and peaceful place to be. For sure we will come back! House is sourrounded by some neighbours, so no worry to be too alone (which was important for my wife), but you'll have also absolutely privacy. The girls (as well as the parents) loved and enjoyed the pool a lot! In these two weeks we only went twice at the beach and returned to the house / pool with a smile in our face... Beds seems to be new, so we had a great rest and felt absolutely fresh and relaxed in the morning (no indication of a aching back in the moring). The chicken were really cute and did a great job, so every morning they left some eggs (which were collected by our happy girls). The landlord is such a nice and helpful person, that only because of him you'll have a great vacacion. Communication with him was the easiest and the most efficient, I ever saw (and we really rent different houses). One message, and he'll respond and come back to you very quickly (in minutes!). So no worries to feel alone if you pass some difficulties. Costitx is very close and if you speak some spanish, you can enjoy the really friendly, helpful and lovely people of Mallorca! We loved them. All in all for sure a place to relax 100% and return with a pleasure. At least we will! We can recommend this place and house 100%: So 10/10 points!!! Tranquilidad y relax

Nosotros estuvimos una semana en la casa. Un terreno amplio con huerta de la que se pueden coger tomates y otros vegetales frescos y naturales. Ambiente tranquilo, nada de ruidos, perfecto para descansar. La piscina es amplia. A tres minutos del pueblo de Costitx por si se necesita algo, y unos 10 min más esta Inca, con supermercados y demás. Los alrededores perfectos para dar paseos por el campo con unas vistas muy bonitas. El propietario siempre muy amable y atento, disponible en todo momento. Muy recomendable para desconectar de la ciudad y pasar unos días de relax y tranquilidad.

Peaceful living

We just spent the month at this beautiful property in Costitx Mallorca. This property is for anyone that is wishing to experience the peace and tranquility of Mallorca, Spain. We found the landlord to be extremely generous and helpful. From my son enjoying collecting the eggs from the chickens each morning to the peace of the neighborhood, our stay was magical. The beautiful town of Costitx is a 5 minutes drive, where you will find very friendly people and a couple of shops that stock everything you may need. I would suggest you will need to rent a car or a couple of peddle bikes to truly enjoy the experience. I am happy to recommend this property and look forward to our next stay. Thank you.
