Holiday apartment with private terrace in Miami Platja, for 4-6 people, located in the quiet residential area Parque de Mont-roig in Miami Platja, with restaurant, bar-cafeteria and beach bar, 1 km from the center of Miami Platja, in an ideal area for families and next to the sea.

The apartment is on the second floor, it has an area of 65 m², very cozy and bright, with a large terrace with magnificent views of the sea and the pool. It consists of two double bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a terrace with awning and sea views.

It has a barbecue, internet access (wifi), satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French), community pool, outdoor parking in front of the accommodation, air conditioning in the living room and fans in the bedrooms.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and has a ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

Great apartment - fully equipped. 3 minutes walking from a beautiful beach. Amazing service and care. The apartment is located above a rail road. Fast trains every hour, but usually not after 23:00. (We got use to it after daytwo).

Apartamento con excelentes vistas

Terraza impresionante, vistas fantásticas, cocina muy bien equipada, sofá y cama cómodos, wifi funciona muy bien y aire acondicionado, estupendo todo. Se debería cerrar con llave la piscina , se cuelan muchos adolescentes ajenos al edificio ,que incomodan a los inquilinos y no se puede disfrutar plenamente. También se podrían numerar las zonas de aparcamiento, así se sabría si hay coches aparcados ajenos a la propiedad.

Appartement très propre, tout est neuf. C'est la première fois que je loue cet appartement, je le reprendrai cet automne. Matelas neufs très confortables. Le personnel est très professionnel et à notre écoute merci. Tout à été pensé pour passer des vacances de rêves à 2 pas de la plage. Vue magnifique.

Obwohl wir nach den Öffnungszeiten angekommen sind war es kein Problem den Kontakt aufzunehmen und den Schlüssel zu erhalten. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Anmeldung am Tag darauf ging sehr schnell und ohne Stress. Wir kommen ganz sicher im nächsten Jahr wieder!

Verliebt in Parque de Montroig

Die Wohnung ist für unsere Familie optimal. Die Küche wurde innerhalb des letzten Jahres renoviert , wodurch die ganze Wohnung viel heller und freundlicher wirkt und sie verfügt nun über eine Spülmaschine, was den Komfort natürlich beträchtlich erhöht. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Man hat alles was man braucht (inkl. Waschmaschine). Aber das für uns wichtigste ist die super tolle Terrasse mit atemberaubendem Ausblick auf Strand und Meer. Fußweg zum Strand von höchstens 3 Minuten. Super gepflegter Strand, weicher Sand , alles sauber und das Wasser (im Juli) angenehm warm und ganz klar. Es ist nie zu heiß, da fast immer ein leichter Wind weht. Es ist ein recht ruhiger Urlaubsort, der überhaupt nicht überlaufen ist. Wir haben auf jeden Fall schon zum 2, Mal einen richtigen Traumurlaub hier verbracht! Das WLAN ist leider noch sehr unzuverlässig.

Très Bon sejour

Logement très bien situe au niveau emplacement. Par contre voie ferrée juste derrière la location!!!!! En décembre, peut être par trop de passage mais en plein été, à voir!! Personnel très disponible et personne de l agence très sympa. Très bon séjour.
