hébergement très vétuste on voit qu'il n'y a pas d'entretien Général(peinture générale extérieur salle, des murs fissurés, réfection des sols extérieurs, des herbes hautes, carrelage fissuré dans la maison, dans des bois qui trainent partout dans une partie du jardin, la barrière est tordue)le pourtour intérieur de la piscine est vétuste les joints de ciment se détachent.derrière coté douche extérieur il reste du carrelage suite à des travaux.le prix de cette location ne correspond pas à cette maison, j'ai payé 4396 cela ne l'est vaut pas pour cette location les photos sont mensongèresvous me devez au moins 1000

Très bonne location

Excellent état de propreté à notre arrivée . Excellente reception par l'agence et explications claires. Les chasses d'eau etaient défectueuses et ont ete reparé immediatzment apres notre signalement. Pas de mauvaise suprise cachée. Quartier calme et apaisant. Les points à ameliorer : - Le wifi haut débit est trop faible et mérite une augmentation de la bande passante (insuffisant pour regarder des vidéos en streaming)- Etre reçu à la location et rendre les cles sur place serait plus pratique pour les vacanciers plutot que de ce rendre a l'agence. (Mise en place d'un boitier a la location?)- La literie de la 1 ère chambre lit double a droite est extrêmement dure, a changer à notre avis. Sinon cela a éte un excellent sejour, nous recommandons cette location tres bien située que ce soit pour un sejour a Port Aventura ou pour profiter de la piscine et du barbecue.

Propreté irréprochable. Manque d'ustensiles : casserole, poêle, les couverts surtout les couteaux médiocres.Nous avons dû acheter des éponges..manque 1 poubelle dans Salle de bain, pas de paniere à linge.Extérieur manque d'entretien pas de parasol et grille barbecue rouillé

La maison et le jardin sont de bonnes grandeurs ,agréables et bien exposés.la piscine est grande 4x8 et est de bonne profondeur 1.60 m. Nous avons apprécié la réactivité de l´agence. le manque de moustiquaire à chaque fenêtre,et un peu plus de vaisselle (entre autre plats et casseroles)

Es hat uns gefallen in dem Haus. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen was gut ist für die Ruhe aber unpraktisch da man immer auf das Auto angewiesen ist. Es hat ein paar kleinere Schönheitsreparaturen die zu machen wären aber nichts tragisches. Die Türschlösser bräuchten vielleicht etwas Öl. Aber die Ferien waren sehr schön und ruhig und wir kommen wieder

la piscina y la amplitud la camas durisimas, hay poco menaje, la nevera se hiela por la parte trasera y no hay mosquiteras en todas las ventanas, es imposible almorzar fuera pues te da el sol y el calor es sofocante a pesar de esas cosas hemos pasado unos dias muy buenos.

Nous attendons toujours une réponse du gérant et d’Abritel quant à une compensation financière suite au préjudice subit de 11 jours sur 15. Vu le prix de la location je trouve que ce n’est pas très honnête .

Relaxing and peaceful

Spending a week in this house with my family was very relaxing. House is nice, in nice condition, with plenty of room and with own pool. Surroundings are very peaceful and quiet. Cambrils city center is just behind the corner.

Maison bien équipée, sans vis a vis et au calme. Proche de Cambrils, de Salou et de Reus. La piscine est de bonne taille et entretenue 2 fois par semaine. Seul bémol: seulement 4 transats et cassés.
