A truly luxury apartment on an exclusive complex with a roof top pool.This apartment has been furnished to a high standard. The apartment boasts air conditioning, brand new 42"Satellite TV, WiFi ,dvd player, balcony, fully fitted kitchen and is minutes away from the beach which is golden sand running for 5 km. The apartment has two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge sleeping 6 people. The complex offers either the romantic holiday with strolls along the beach or walking into the fishing village of Armacao de pera. The fishing village offers typical Portuguese fish restaurants and cafes or the small bars offering the typical friendly Portuguese welcome. Then there's the new ultra modern Armacao de pera with its new apartments and international restaurants through out the area like French, Italian, Indian, Chinese, British, Mexican, Portuguese restaurants, bars cafes and beach restaurant. The apartment is only moments away from shops, supermarkets and beach. 5th Floor location with views over the surrounding area and 1 level below the sunny rooftop pool with 360° views of the sea and local town.

Literally everything you could possibly need in the property from condiments to beach umbrella's. Lovely pool on the roof & 5 minute walk to restaurants and the beach. Wonderful stay for a family holiday - would definitely recommend.

Great location

Great appartement just as advertised. Super friendly owners that are easy to contact and solve issues immediately. Location is a short walk to the beach and boulevard. Also close to several must see locations in the Algarve and a good base for visiting other towns.

Lovely relaxing family break

Perfect location. Minutes from nice area with lots of bars and restaurants. Beaches within walking distance. Apartment is in a quiet area. Rooftop pool is lovely. We spent a lot of time up there. Very often had pool to ourselves. Only improvement i could suggest is some sun longers.Two supermarkets very close. I had issue getting English language tv working. Hosts were super helpful in getting me sorted. Couldn't have asked for more. No hesitation in recommending this property

Lovely Place

The location, style of apartment, facilities. Exactly what I was looking for. Owners were very communicative and helpful when it came to check in early due to my flight. As well as a small issue experienced, they got in touch immediately and made sure to keep me in the loop. Only suggestions to improve the place was the addition of a full length mirror, replacement of the shower cable which was a little tired and a check on the kettle plug. Couldn't fault the place and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Fabulous stay!

We had a lovely holiday! Great location with choice of shops and restaurants in a very close proximity, beach only stones throw away. The apartment had everything you need with ability to cook if you choose to. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop pool on the down days and it was well suited for us as a family of 4. The hosts were very helpful and quick response time was very much appreciated when we had a question. The only minor note we had, was the location information, as it’s a new build, and we arrived very late at night, we struggled to find the right address on maps. Maybe “what three words” app location could be shared to make it tad easier in the future? ☺️ Overall, we absolutely enjoyed our stay and the helpful hosts and the property! Thank you Lesley and Steve x

bad experience with stays...stay away from them

there was an error on the add. it was showing a different building witch was much closer to the beach. my elderly relatives could not stay. the walking distance to the beach was too long for them. was advise about a complain id but never arrived. the tv its not working properly. the couches are old and smelly apartment needs to be upgraded on lighting in the living room and bathroom. there is not enough light for shaving. the linens were only changed after 10 days staying. and after I enquired about it. the renting time was for 2 weeks

Because these people did not read the listing properly where it clearly states 0.50km from the beach they are saying its our fault. Although we tried to help as much as possible this was never going to be enough. Hence the not so nice review however if you look through you will see all our reviews are 4 or 5 *. The apartment location is shown on a map and the address is sent out when booked. People need to be more careful and read everything before to make sure it is correct for them . This was TOTALLY the visitors fault. Our sofa's are not dirty and smelly at all, we have been renting this apartment since 2010 and have never had this mentioned. We are here ourselves now and they are anything but dirty and smelly. The lighting is fine again no one has ever mentioned this either. The apartment is exactly as is advertised on the website all the photos are correct. It's a lovely modern ,clean, family apartment great for holidays.

El apartamento está bien, limpio y bien ubicado pero no lo considero un apartamento de lujo. Los utensilios de cocina (sartenes) no estaban en muy buen estado. Es difícil de encontrar por lo que yo daría instrucciones más precisas para la llegada. En general la estancia ha sido buena.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et avons pu profiter pour visiter la région. L'appartement est propre et conforme à l'annonce. La piscine en haut de l'immeuble est un vrai plus. Appartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern- Luxus?

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut- check in problemlos. Die Beschreibung des Objektes stimmt teilweise, aber unserer Ansicht nach nicht immer. Die Bezeichnung Luxus- Appartement halten wir für sehr übübertrieben. Die Einrichtung- besonders die Stühle im Essbereich sind abgewohnt. Die Sitzflächen sind verschlissen. Die Sofas haben auch die besten Zeiten hinter sich. Um den Fernseher benutzen zu können hat sich die Verwalterin angeboten uns dass telefonisch zu erklären- das haben wir dann doch nicht in Anspruch genommen. Die Küche bräuchte eine gründliche Reinigung. Der Wasserkocher ist so verkalkt, dass er nicht mehr zu benutzen ist. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, da es keine Möglichkeit gibt sich dort aufzuhalten ( Stühle oder Liegen). Die Wohnung hat einen kleinen Balkon, der aber nur bedingt zu Nutzen ist, aber das wird in der Anzeige auch nicht behauptet. Der Ort an sich ist Geschmackssache und hat mit der Wohnung nichts zu tun. Klimaanlage funktioniert. Alles in allem eine Ferienwohnung, aber kein Luxusappartement.

Lovely apartment

Really great location, so close to the beach! Nice apartment, cozy and perfect for friends. Two of hobs didn’t work but I’ve been reassured they will be fixed. The pool with a view is so nice but the water only comes up to your waist. Had some issues during the stay but with the help with the owners we were able to fix it asap! Lesley and Sonja were so so helpful! I can’t thank them enough for a lovely stay.

Great little family getaway

Hosts really accommodating, Armacao de Pera is a lovely town with amazing beachfront, great value and friendly locals. Apartment has Bea h, shops, restaurants within minutes. It's comfortable and perfect for a small family.

Un superbe séjour dans un appartement très propre, spacieux, clair et aéré. La piscine sur le toit a fait le bonheur des enfants. La plage est accessible à pied en a peine quelques minutes ou l'on peut trouver des activités pour grands et petits. Malgré, les restrictions dus au Covid nous avons pu profiter de notre séjour au maximum tout en respectant les consignes. Merci aux propriétaires et plus particulierement à Lesley avec qui nous étions en contact pour sa totale disponibilité. Nous recommendons cet appartement à 100%. Louisa -------------------------------------------------------------- A superb stay in a very clean, spacious, light and airy flat. The roof top pool was a delight for the children. The beach is only a few minutes walk away and there are plenty of activities for young and old. Despite the Covid restrictions we were able to enjoy our stay to the full whilst respecting the rules. Muito confortável. Perto da praia e restaurantes. Pena não ter a garagem disponível, apesar de estar no anúncio do apartamento aquando da nossa reserva. Piscina muito pequena e sem profundidade(cobria apenas até à cintura). Poucas panelas(apenas 2 e pequenas para 5) e sem tampa, mas o que tinha era a muito fresco.

A nice place for a week in the sun.

You can opt to spend the morning in the beach and the afternoon in the rooftop pool or vice versa. The air conditioning is very handy.

Our apartment is 5 minutes from the golden beach which stretches for more than 5km. The area is quiet, not crowded and the sun shines nearly every day. We have stunning views from the 5th floor over the town. The pool is up on the roof with sea views and sunshine all day.
