Family friendly - Amazing views!

Lovely comfortable beach front villa, with private patio and unbeatable ocean views.

The villa has two bedrooms, one double and a twin room. There is a comfortable lounge area, TV with full package including all the usual UK channels, movies and sport and a DVD player. Wifi included in the price. The kitchen is well equipped for a self-catering break, with fridge/freezer, hob, oven and microwave there is also a washing machine available for use. There are two full bathrooms both have a shower over bath .

The patio has a dining table and chairs for 4 plus sunbeds and as it is slightly raised from the beach front it offers a good degree of privacy.

All in all great value for money accommodation, ideal for families with a view which you cannot beat !

We have just spent two weeks at this villa and it has been amazing the property is clean and tidy location is perfect some great restaurants only 1min away i would highly recommend the Italian and the Asia restaurants. Playa Blanca is a short walk or a quick bus ride away Bus's are very cheap 5.60 euros for 4. Beach and pools are great kids had a great time.

Spacious clean property and amazing views!

We were very impressed with this bungalow. Spacious, clean with amazing views of the beach and very close to a couple of great swimming pools as part of the Flamingo complex. We have 2 young children and being so close to beach, pool, shops and some great restaurants was a real bonus. The bungalow had a homely feel to it and really recommend.

Best location in Playa Blanca but....

Amazing beach front location and sensational terrace and view. But property felt very dated. Double bed was ok but singles were uncomfortable. Could really do with a refurbishment werewereuuncomfortable.

Great location, not a luxury villa though

Fab location, Villa does need upgrading, broken shower head in one bathroom, freezer and fridge full of water on arrival, one sunbed broken, others tatty and no sunbed cushions for use. Grouting in bathrooms dirty, and shower screens scruffy. The location is fab though.

Holiday on the front row

The villa/apartment is ideally located on the front row of the Flamingo complex but is still quiet quite and not overlooked by people walking along the front. Great beach ideal for small children. The snorkelling can be very good (go down left side by rocks, if going beyond the entrance I'd recommend fins). There are 6 restaurants and 2 shops inside 100m on the front. All nice. 15 mins walk to the centre of town. Apartment is nicely equipped as per pictures.

bon emplacement mais rénovation du logement à prévoir.

On a aimé ce logement spacieux l'emplacement proche de la plage, la terrasse. On a moins aimé l'odeur pas très agréable persistante remontant des canalisation, le logement mérite une bonne rénovation.

This property could not be better placed, on the beach, close to several excellent restuarants and bars yet in a quiet position (no music from bars or night clubs). Will return if we can only find a week when this propertry is available!

Beautiful accommodation just a stones throw from the beach

A beautiful, clean and spacious villa with stunning views over Flamingo beach. Some A/C and WiFi would take the villa to another level. The pools in the complex were a bit busy and noisy with the ‘all inclusive’ TUI hotel guests so we tended to use the beach most days! There were two supermarkets close by and a handful of restaurants, we would definitely recommend the local Chinese. The main centre of Playa Blanca is just a short walk away (stop at the Irish Anvil for a Tropical beer on the way) where there is a fantastic range of restaurants. The Rubicon marina is on the other side of the resort but has an excellent market twice a week and also has some lovely restaurants. We would highly recommend this villa and resort to others!!!!

Excellent location

Very satisfied with the location, couldn’t be better! The villa was perfect for our needs. The patio was excellent with possibilities for both sun and shadow all day. The views were stunning and less than 100 meters to restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. There were a little problem with the drain in the smallest bathroom, but as we were only two we only used the big one. We phoned A1 villas to tell them about it, so I guess that has been fixed now. The villa was well equipped, we only missed a coffee-machine. We have already booked the villa next year.

Best location, family friendly

We loved the location of this villa as it was close to the beach, pools and town. It also gave you the opportunity to totally relax whilst enjoying stunning views. We didn't miss the TV once !! The villa was great but a little dated. If I'm being picky, then the sofa really needed changing, there was a tile missing in the bathroom and cleaning just needed to be a bit more thorough ( the small lounge table had been swept around but not swept and mopped under, the same with the sofa as there was the previous occupants bright red ball underneath !) The bathrooms/bedrooms were clean and towels provided. The washing machine was quite new. A1 villas are the company you call if you need help out there. We did need to contact them during our stay and they sorted the problem promptly and efficiently. We would definitely stay here again and I do recommend this villa, hence 5 stars !!!

Perfekt

Alles wie in der Beschreibung.Das Appartement ist groß, sauber und perfekt ausgestattet.Treppe runter und Strand! Unsere kinder (4 und 6) haben es geliebt. Die Möglichkeit die pools der anlage zu nutzen hat den Familien Urlaub perfekt gemacht. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter dass wir noch eine zusätzliche Nacht übernachten durften als unser Flug ausfiel! Es war die Rettung für unsere kids mitten in der nacht! Liebe Grüße
