Villa Michelle,
Just wanted to say ’thank you’ for the fantastic service you provided from the start to finish of our recent holiday. I was impressed by the high level of personal contact that I had with you, either via email, face to facetelephone. We get so used to dealing with larger, impersonal businesses, that seem to have a ‘slick process’, but can often also leave you feeling like you’re just another ‘number’ going through the booking/holiday process.
As well as the great level of communication from yourselves before the actual holiday, we were also given a very warm welcome by Jayne, who was extremely helpful and personable. All of our requests and questions were dealt with quickly and, when you said you would do something, you did! The icing on the cake, was being able to store our luggage with you on our final day. Not only did you allow for this, but Angelina really did go above and beyond, driving over to our villa to collect our luggage, chasing up the taxi when it wasn’t there on time and staying with us until the taxi had arrived - even though it was past her finishing time.
We spent last Christmas in Playa Blanca, booking our previous villa through a different agent. Although they were efficient, they certainly lacked the personal touch and attention that you provided.
In terms of feedback regarding the villa. I think I’ve already mentioned previously, the photos of the villa on the website really don’t showcase it. I know this is something that you are addressing. It was however, a lovely surprise to view the rooms that weren’t featured/photographed, especially the rooms that have recently been redecorated. It is a wonderful villa, very spacious and has everything that you might want/need. It is looking a little ‘tired’ in places (showers in both ensuites), but it’s also obvious that investment is being made toand improve it. Despite the calima occurring the weekend before we arrived, the level of cleanliness was good. A villa I would definitely recommend to others and would hope that we would return to it in the future.
