Villa Pineta is a nice property with WiFi internet and air conditioning. The apartment / condo has been designed with a total of four separate apartments. The property can sleep up to 19 guests comfortably. Villa Pineta is located in Marina Di Castagneto Carducci, Italy and only 78 km (49 mi) from Pisa in the tourist area "Tuscan Coast". If playing a round of golf is important while on vacation, you are in luck because there is a course nearby.

Guests have free access to a stretch of private sandy beach, located north of Marina di Castagneto. This is an area of about 10,000 sq.m. along the coast, a part of which is a fenced in botanical garden with plants, flowers and dune vegetation with an educational nature trail.

IMPORTANT, the maximum number of guests admitted in the house (babies included) cannot be more than 4 (each person and baby beyond 3 People has to pay an extra fee of 70€ per week)
