Property Villa Pineta is a lovely property that includes WiFi internet and air conditioning. The apartment / condo has been designed with a total of four private apartments. The property can accommodate up to 19 guests comfortably. Conveniently located in Marina Di Castagneto Carducci, Italy in the tourist area "Tuscan Coast" and only 78 km (49 mi) from Pisa. If you enjoy a round of golf while on holiday, then you will be happy to know there is a golf course nearby.

Guests have free access to a stretch of private sandy beach, located north of Marina di Castagneto. This is an area of about 10,000 sq.m. along the coast, a part of which is a fenced in botanical garden with plants, flowers and dune vegetation with an educational nature trail.

Each apartment has its own private living area with a kitchen with plenty of utensils, tableware and cutlery, a bedroom and bathroom. Many people traveling with friends prefer a multi-unit property where they can spend time together in the common areas but still have their own private living quarters.

Access from the garden into the living room ( Sat TV), with 1 single sofà bed and another single sofà bed (on request and to be paid on the spot).
Kitchen corner with gas cooking and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, German and Italian coffee machines, a toaster and washing machine.
1 double bedroom; a bathroom with shower.
The apartment can communicate internally through a door in the corridor with the apartament BUGANVILLEA.
Private equipped outdoor area.

IMPORTANT, the maximum number of guests admitted in the house (babies included) cannot be more than 4 (each person and baby beyond 3 People has to pay an extra fee of 70€ per week)
