Bolgheri and Castagneto Carducci: the first known around the world for its Cypress Avenue, a small jewel and for superb winery production, and the second for history (where Giosuè Carducci lived there and celebrated its name), typical products , oil and wine.

We love this house! We stayed there 11 years ago and returned this year and were not disappointed.Great area with a couple of nice restaurants in walking distance, 10 minutes.Selena and her mother Lina are great hosta!

Gemütliche, saubere Wohlfühlunterkunft mitten im Grünen mit praktischer Aussenküche. Es war alles da was man braucht, das Bett war sehr bequem, gut funtionierende Klimaanlage, die Vermieterin sehr nett und jederzeit zu erreichen - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Herrlich ruhige Lage mit sehr schöner Aussicht. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist die Außenküche. Bei schönem Wetter ist es sehr schön draußen zu frühstücken. Bei Gewitter und Sturm haben wir den Tisch und die Stühle reingestellt. Dafür ist glücklicherweise genug Platz. Von dort aus lassen sich sehr schöne Ausflüge zu wunderschönen Orten machen. Mit dem Fahrrad kann man schnell zum Strand fahren oder kleine Besorgungen erledigen. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und kommen gerne wieder :)

Entspannung pur

Das kleine Ferienhaus liegt eingebettet zwischen Olivenbäumen. Absolute Ruhe und Entspannung sind angesagt. Öffnet man die beiden Türen zum Schlafzimer, hat man einen guten Blick vom Bett, in dem man hervorragend schläft, auf die Olivenbäume. Die vorhandene Klimaanlage musste auch bei 30° Celsius nicht eingeschaltet werden, da bei abendlicher Durchlüftung angenehme Schlaftemperaturen erreicht werden. Das Bad hat alles, was man braucht und ist sehr gepflegt. Die zusätzliche Außendusche mit Warm- und Kaltwasser lädt zur kurzzeitigen Erfrischung ein. Mit der kleinen Außenküche mit 2 Platten-Ceranfeld kann man zwar kein 4-Gänge-Menü zubereiten, aber für einen Urlaub völlig ausreichend. Außerdem gibt es zusätzlich einen Grill. Im Gartenbereich laden die Liegen zum Lesen unter den Olivenbäumen ein. Die Vermieterin Selena Socci ist außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Den Weg zum Strand von 6km kann man auch mit Fahrrad zurücklegen. Wer mit dem Auto fahren will, kann den kostenlosen Parkplatz in Richtung Paradu nutzen. Von dort läuft man ca. 10 Minuten zu einem wunderbaren und gepflegten Sandstrand, der auch in der Hauptreisezeit Juli/August nie überfüllt war. Fazit: Jederzeit wieder Gabi und Bernd Nehmer aus Berlin

Sehr schönes ruhiges offenes Haus, mit einem herrlichen Blick in Olivenbäume und Castagneto Carducci. Für einen Urlaub zu Zweit nur zu empfehlen. Selena und Ihre Mutter kümmern sich sehr um das Wohlergehen ihrer Gäste. Sonst schauen 2 Hühner und eine Katze immer mal vorbei. Herrlich zum Seele baumeln lassen.

Erholsam-ruhig-ungestört

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns vorgenommen, nächstes Jahr wiederzukommen. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir mit einer Flasche Prosecco begrüßt. Selena und ihre Mutter Lina haben sich sehr bemüht, uns alles zu erklären und Tipps zu geben. Das kleine Häuschen liegt im Garten zwischen Obst- und Olivenbäumen. Wir durften alles ernten, was der Nutzgarten hergab. So konnten wir frisches Obst fürs Frühstück und die Verpflegung am Strand sowie fürs Abendessen Gemüse holen. Das eigenproduzierte Olivenöl war auch aufgefüllt. In der Außenküche macht es Spaß zu kochen, und es ist fast alles vorhanden. Gelegentlich haben uns die dort lebenden Tiere einen Besuch abgestattet. Wir könnten sogar einen Wiedehopf beobachten. Die Matratze ist sehr bequem und wir hatten deshalb erfreulicherweise keine Rückenprobleme. Außerdem stehen zwei sehr stabile und komfortable Liegestühle bereit. Nicht ganz so stabil und komfortabel sind die Stühle am Esstisch. Dafür haben sie Style. Es war sehr angenehm, die Strandsachen in der vorhandenen Waschmaschine waschen zu können. Trotz Hitze haben wir nie die Klimaanlage benutzt. Ein abendliches Durchlüften hat für angenehme Schlaftemperatur gesorgt. Die Fenster können geöffnet bleiben, da sie mit Fliegengitter versehen sind. In Donoratico sind ein großer Supermarkt (Conad), sowie coop und Penny. Der Strand ist mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben uns gerne im Abschnitt unterhalb der Villa Margeritha aufgehalten, weil dort wenig los war. Man könnte auch mit dem Fahrrad fahren. Wir haben uns prima erholt.

Calme et relaxant, proche de la mer et idéal pour un couple.

Première impression, c'est beau et relaxant. La maisonnette "Il Ciliegio" est entourée d'olivier et de cerisiers et elle correspond en tous points aux photos affichées. Elle est bien équipée et c'est très propre. Les propriétaires Rino et sa femme sont très gentils et accueillant et vous mettent à l'aise de suite. Il y a deux maisons à louer, celle-ci et une autre un peu plus grande à 50m. Les propriétaires ont leur maison à proximité mais tout est bien séparé et c'est calme. L'idéal pour visiter la région sur les bons conseils de Rino. Je recommande vivement cette endroit et j'y retournerai bien volontiers. Urlaub mit bleibender Erinnerung

Unser Aufenthalt war rundherum erholsam. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und genossen die Annehmlichkeiten des Hauses und der Region in vollen Zügen: ... das täglich Frühstück mit Gartenblick auf der Terrasse. ... die Ausflüge mit den Rädern in die nähere Umgebung, zum Strand oder zum Cappuccino nach Donoratico. ... die Vollmondnächte mit Castagneto Carducci im Hintergrund. ... das rückenfreundliche Bett. ... und zu guter Letzt die Gastfreundschaft von Herrn Socci – der uns auch noch Einblicke in die Olivenernte gewährte – rundete unseren Aufenthalt zu einem bleibenden Erlebnis ab. Wir durften 4 Tage im Il Ciliego wohnen und können uns den bisherigen guten Berwertungen aus vollem Herzen anschließen. Diese Wohnung ist für zwei Personen perfekt. Das Haus und die super große Terasse und Außenanlage sind sehr sauber, modern und entsprechen hohem Standard. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Vermieter waren außerordentlich gastfreundlich und sympathisch. Haben uns mit allem versorgt und trotzdem die Privatsphäre sehr geachtet. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier gold richtig. Fernsehprogramme gab es in diesem Haus zwar nur in italienisch, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. WLAN war perfekt. Sehr schnell und stabil. Die Abende konnte man herrlich auf der Terasse ausklingen lassen mit großartigen Blick auf die umgebenden Olivenhaine. Man hat das Gefühl, völlig allein mitten in der Natur zu sein, aber trotzdem sehr sicher und geborgen. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen. Danke nochmals an Selina und Rino für die herrliche Zeit. Perfect accommodation for a relaxing holiday with everything you need at hand

My husband and I loved our stay at this lovely place. Selena and her father are amazing hosts who were always there when we needed them and provided us with everything we needed and also great information about local places to go and the best beaches etc. which was very helpful. The house is very nice and clean and includes everything you need for a holiday for two. The house is surrounded by cherry, olive and fig trees which is very nice and makes you relax instantly. We were well able to cook for ourselves as the kitchen is well equipped. The beach that was recommended to us is only 5 minutes by car and not too crowded which is great. Also the villages have a lot to offer. We enjoyed every bit of our stay and can recommend it. We would definitely go there again!
