Backyard for parking the car + secure private parking 50 meters from the apartment. Exceptional view of the beach and the sea. Large market 4 days a week 100 meters on foot. Supermarket nearby accessible even without a car.

Les points très positifs : appartement fonctionnel, bien entretenu et très bien situé avec vue mer magnifique, proche des commerces et des marchés, très bon accueil de Mme Nicole Perez.Les points un peu négatifs : troisième étage sans ascenseur, pas de place de parking réservée dans la cour de l’immeuble, la place de parking privée se situe quelques rues plus loin, au sommet d’un parking de 5 étages.

Phantastische Lage

Unser Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war super. Wir haben die ruhige Lage direkt am Meer mit Blick aufs Meer sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben.Der Parkplatz hinter dem Haus ist super. Frau Perez war sehr freundlich und ist uns mit der frühen Abreisezeit entgegen gekommen. Die Bäckerei La Fougasse liegt um die Ecke und ein kleiner Carrefour die Straße hinunter zum Zentrum hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Die Stadtmitte ist fußläufig erreichbar. Das Auto konnten wir stehen lassen, wenn wir nicht gerade nach Perpignan (18 Min), Figueres (55 Min) für Besichtigungen unterwegs waren.Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Vue imprenable sur mer

Une semaine dans un appartement idéalement situé, face à la mer et bénéficiant de tous les équipements tant au niveau vaisselle, ustensiles de cuisine, linge de bain et même de plage. Rien ne manque ! Les propriétaires à l'écoute et reactifs à la moindre interrogation ! Nous regrettons juste que la tramontane soufflait très fort cette semaine là !

La vue est superbe, la location est au milieu de tout c'est idéal, proche des animations sans en subir les désagréments (pourtant en août). Elle est très bien équipée et de qualité, nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec un super accueil agréable.

Wonderful appartement & very nice hostfamily

The Appartement is exactly as shown on the pictures. It´s nice, tidy and clean with a wonderful view to the sea. We were allowed to bring our dog with us and enjoyed a very nice relaxing week in Canet. The appartement is equipped with everything you need (but capsules Coffee machines only. For Tassimo + Nespresso). Good Parking situation in the backyard. And the final cleaning of the flat is in the price included. Excellent! Miss and Mister Clamagirand are very kind and friendly persons. They waited for our arrival in Canet, allthough we had a 3 hours delay caused by several traffic jams. Also they are reliable contact persons, whenever you need support. 5 stars recommendation from me. :-)

The property is in a prime position. It is well looked after and just the right size for us. The view from the balcony is spectacular. All of the equipment works well and everything you need for a great time is provided so less to pack and unpack. Looking forward to seeing you all again in Canet Plage.

Un très bon emplacement avec de très bonnes prestations

A notre arrivée, nous avons reçu un accueil très chaleureux par les propriétaires qui nous ont tout expliqué. L'appartement est très bien agencé, proche des commerces et une vue magnifique sur la plage et la mer. Tout est à disposition en quantité (serviettes de bains et de plage, draps...) avec un parking privatif à 3 minutes s'il n'y a plus de place dans la cour (aucun problème pour garer une grande berline). Si nous revenons à Canet, nous réserverons à nouveau ici. Nous recommandons sans soucis.

L' appartement est très bien situé juste en face de la mer, proche de toutes commodités, il est décoré avec soin, vous n avez rien à emmener, vous êtes comme à la maison, il est bien équipé. Les p'tits bémols, la personne chargée de nous accueillir n 'est pas du tout ponctuelle, problème au niveau de son organisation à revoir, pas beaucoup de places sur le parking, c' etait problématique pour se garer, et surtout sortir de sa place, très souvent nous étions bloqués par les autres véhicules. Les chambres donnent juste à ce niveau, un peu bruyant lorsque les fenêtres sont ouvertes.

Very very nice

We went to Canet for two weeks. One week we were in this appartement. Everything in the house is included (towels for example). The house is very good organised and the view is amazing. When you come in the house you feel that you are welcome. The two bedrooms are Nice and big enough. We have three kids and the house is big enough. 1 minute walk to the beach. I recommand the house for people with children and people that loves the sea.
