About the property

2,000 m2 of greenery and birds, the heart of a privileged site, quiet and safe

For the design of the villa on a plot all in length, it was used a architect who built the center, combining contemporary styles, Oriental and traditional local.

Very functional, it has a large living through bright, with large volumes, adjoining 3 airconditioned rooms with bathrooms.

Upstairs, a mezzanine provides access to the circular terrace with an unobstructed view of the residential area quiet and wooded and the neighboring hotel with the ocean and the lagoon in the background.

Open to the living room by a bar, the kitchen is fully equipped with modern and latest technology.

On the facade, sheltered terrace access full foot in the pool of 4 x 8 m, with its shelly beach, pool house and outdoor kitchen with sink, barbecue and stove.

Behind, a shaded and vegetated patio leads to the two independent twin boxes with bathroom, WC and Rochelle, each able to accommodate 2 adults and 1 child / teenager. Each box is air conditioned.

In front, pool side and lodge, the main gate gives access to the gravelled parking. Behind the huts, a 50-meter sand court opens onto a locked gated gate in front of the hotel, providing access to beaches within walking distance, and to the village on foot, by bike or by taxi. The space provides good insulation against the nuisances of the neighboring hotel while enjoying the benefits. It lights up at night automatically and is well suited to petanque and ping-pong around its central baobab.

Junior, goalkeeper, lives on site discreetly at one end of the property. It manages the plantations, pool, solar energy, stewardship and can provide useful tourist tips. From Monday to Saturday, his wife Danielle takes care of the housework, the linen, the dishes and, on request, meals.

Water stored in a reserve is distributed under pressure, immune to cuts.

A solar installation supplies the essential electrical needs (fridge, water pump, lighting, swimming pool filter ...) and makes it possible to ignore without any nuisance the possible load shedding.

Smoke detectors are operational at strategic locations.

L’exposition de la villa permet d'apprécier la beauté de la lagune et de la belle plage de la Somone . Les chants d’oiseaux nous accompagnent toute la journée.Pour la villa spacieuse et pratique le propriétaire a tout prévu pour le maximum de confort tant dans l’assortiment que dans la qualité.Le personnel de maison compétent est à notre écoute.

Venons de passer une semaine fin février 2018 en famille à cinq. Superbe villa très accueillante avec une tranquilité exceptionnelle, bien équipée , tout près de la mer, chambres spacieuses, le personnel Junior et Danielle sont des gens dévoués et d'une gentillesse remarquable, garderons un merveilleux souvenir et à refaire avec grand plaisir

Less far, 7 km, Saly offers the services of a large seaside resort (golf, supermarkets, banks with ATM, craft village, bars, restaurants, night clubs etc)
