Séjour agréable dans un environnement paisible

Logement spacieux, agréable, avec un extérieur très plaisant notamment avec la piscine. Proximité immédiate d’un supermarché très pratique. Propriétaire très réactif suite dysfonctionnement frigidaire. Vigilance néanmoins sur les équipements : un rafraîchissement notamment au niveau de la vaisselle et du canapé serait un plus ... Ravis de notre séjour à Lanzarote !!!

Entspannte Urlaubszeit

Die Ausstattung ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis und die Lage stimmen. Bei Rückfragen sofortige Reaktion durch die Agentur. Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Gute Lage, perfekt für Familien

Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal da. Das Haus ist super für Familien mit kleinen Kindern, denn der Pool ist eingezäunt. Die Kommunikation war reibungslos. Wir haben sofort weitere Decken für nachts bekommen. Wir kommen wahrscheinlich nochmal wieder!

Schönes kinderfreundliches Haus in guter Lage

Das Haus liegt zentral und es ist direkt ein Supermarkt um die Ecke. Wir waren mit zwei Kleinkindern dort und der eingezäunte Pool war klasse. Es gab Kindermöbel, Spielsachen und vieles mehr. Auch die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Lediglich ein Treppenschutz fehlte uns aber da haben wir improvisiert.

excellent séjour

nous avons passé un excellent sejour dans cette jolie maison décorée avec soin. nous avons aimé tous les jeux disponibles pour les enfants, le supermarché au coin de la rue, très bien placé. tout est reuni pour passer de bons moments

Great villa in great location

Excellent villa with shop nearby. A short walk to a beach and marina but recommend hiring a car for access to better beaches in Playa Blanca and Papagayo.

A lovely villa with spacious rooms, a good sized outside space and on arrival it was spotlessly clean. The pool was a great bonus that we made use of every day. The location is ideal for Marina Rubicon with it's many bars and restaurants or exploring the nearby unspoilt sandy beaches out towards Papagayo. No hesitation to recommend.

- alles da, was man braucht - während des 1-wöchigen Aufenthalts wurde sogar geputzt und die Handtücher gewechselt - keine Selbstverständlichkeit in einem Ferienhaus - nette Lage in einer kleinen (Ferien)Haussuedlung, ruhig in einer Seitenstrasse gelegen -geräumig, 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, kl. Pool - Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke

Perfect for small families

Rented this villa for my son & his young family, and they were not disappointed. Chose the villa because the pool is fenced and gated, to help keeping young children out. The villa has everything needed for a family holiday, with the added advantage of the supermarket just around the corner - literally. It's within walking distance of the Rubicon Marina - about 20 minutes - with plenty of choice of places to eat & drink. All in all, a good choice for small families or couples.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Schönes Haus, perfekt für Familien mit Kinder (umzäunter Pool, Spiele und Wasserspielzeug vorhanden). Ruhige Gegend am Rand von Playa Blanca mit netten Nachbarn und einem großen Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke. Zu Fuß läuft man zur Strandpromenade 10 Minuten. Das Haus war sehr sauber und wurde in der Mitte der Woche geputzt und Handtücher und sogar Bettwäsche gewechselt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Well presented-very clean and well equipped

Well furnished and equipped-equally suitable for a young family or an adult group.Owners easy to contact(no dvd when we arrived-sorted within a couple of hours).Would have no hesitation recommending this lovely property.

Lovely area one issue was the refurbishment of the local shop was ongoing for our stay.

Villa is ideal for a family of 4 and had everything we needed apart from aircon which I should have checked before. I was disappointed that we had no fans as the temperatures were very high during our vacation and our 10mth old baby really had trouble sleeping at night. If we had a fan for the bedroom it would have been perfect.

It looks better on the photos than it really is.

1. When you arrive, you should get a list with practical tips, as there are : where do you deliver the garbage, who can you call when something is wrong during the time the office of Luna Villas is closed. We had two times a problem with an overflowing swimmingpool and at the same time there was water in the house for the toilets and the other taps. We didn't know how to reach anybody to help us. 2. During our stay it was very cold in the evenings, but there was no heating at all. Why wasn't there an electric heater for the evenings? 3. The television was only in Spanish, so we could not understand is. There was no European television. There was no user's manuel for the radio, so we could not listen to the radio,so that was very boring during the evenings, as we were three weeks there. 4. In the morning we had to take a shower with very little water, because the waterpressure was very low and it took six minutes before we got some warm water. What a waste of water! Taking a shower in a bath is very dangerous for older people as we are. We are glad we have not broken a leg! 5. The washingmachine was very old and sometimes it refused. 6. The stairways was very dangerous, because there was only a short banister till halfway and then there was no banister anymore and the tiles were very slippery. 7. The two armchairs in the livingroom were very old and very, very low, so we couldn't get out of them again. We could not use them. 8. We have expected more for the money we have paid for the house.

Awesome holidays

We made the right decision booking here. We were looking for a break and we founded a great place for it with our two kids. We used to book in traditional hotels but staying in this Villa has changed our mind. When booking we were concerned about the low price we payed. We never tired of sitting on our roomy terrace and enjoy breakfast, dinner in there and our private pool. The house is well equipped, very peaceful and a great location, pretty close to the supermarket (1 minute) and within a walking distance of the promenade and Marine and a wonderful selection of waterfront restaurants... We went to a local market at the marina, climbed a volcano, snorkeling…. Wi-Fi connection works perfectly. We miss to have some bikes for the kids and maybe some outdoor gears for snorkeling and so on. Hopefully they will provide that when we came back. Awesome holidays.

The house was clean and very well-equipped. The external terrace was also excellent.

The house was bright and spacious for 2 people. Bedrooms and living space were roomy. The bathrooms were also large although the baths were slippy when used for showers. The space around the pool was very comfortable. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped. The walk to the Rubicon Marina was about 15 minutes but the footpaths were clean and tidy. The Marina had a good choice of bars, cafes and restaurants.

A memorable experience

We stayed there for a week. The house is very well equipped: free wifi, kettle, terrace furniture, etc. There are chairs and a table at the upper terrace where we spent some nice evenings and watching the sky of the island, the location is fantastic, the supermarket is pretty close (a few yards away), Papagayo beach is unique. Highly recommended. Thanks for hosting us…

Vacaciones inolvidables

Espectacular. La Playa de Papagayo es de lujo. A veces cambiábamos por otra que se llama Playa Dorada, perfecta para los niños. La casa tiene de todo, con wifi gratis, piscina privada con valla de protección, y todo súper cerca. Un supermercado completo a 100 metros. Como tener un room sercice. Nunca olvidaremos los desayunos en la terraza, las siestas, la cara de alegría de los niños y la gente de la isla. Contando los días para volver.
