Notre Flat est situé dans une superbe position sur la rive Christchurch de la rivière Stour. Il est autonome et orienté plein sud dans un endroit calme à environ 12 minutes
 à pied du centre-ville de Christchurch et 6 miles du centre de Bournemouth. Le plat est NON FUMEUR. Il pourra accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes mais nous ne prenons pas d'animaux domestiques ni d'enfants de moins de 8 ans ni de bébés. Pêche disponible en saison. Wifi gratuit est disponible dans l'appartement.
DETAILS APPARTEMENT
            L'appartement est une extension du premier étage moderne à la maison des propriétaires. C'est
   complètement autonome et bien meublé tout au long et maintenu à un
    haut niveau par les propriétaires qui assurent qu'il est soigneusement nettoyé entre
     chaque let. Il y a une chambre avec deux lits simples 3ft, une nouvelle salle de bains
     monté en 2005 avec une douche dans la salle de bain et un salon / salle à manger qui comprend
    une cuisine entièrement équipée. Le salon a une porte ouverte 10ft patio sur
    un grand balcon adapté pour bronzer ou à manger aux beaux jours, un ensemble de patio et
    2 chaises longues avec coussins sont fournis. Dans le salon il y a aussi un
     confortable rabattre 4ft 6in lit double (pas un put u up) et donc l'appartement
   pourra accueillir 4 personnes dans le confort. L'appartement est en excellent ordre décoratif
     et double vitrage partout. Un nouveau téléviseur HD à écran plat est fournie. Tous les lits
    sont constitués avec des draps et des couettes avant l'arrivée .Tous linge de lit et torchons
    sont fournis gratuitement. Les serviettes ne sont pas fournis.
ÉQUIPEMENTS
            La plage la plus proche à Southbourne se trouve à quelques minutes en voiture. Plages à Boscombe Bournemouth et Mudeford sont également accessibles en 10 à 15 minutes en voiture. Il y a la rivière pittoresque promenades le long des deux rives de la rivière et le plaisir des excursions en bateau fonctionner régulièrement à la plage Mudeford. Il y a aussi l'auto-entraînement des bateaux à moteur et bateaux à rames pour la location. Être une zone de vacances il y a beaucoup de restaurants, terrains de golf et des installations sportives Christchurch Leisure Centre, Littledown, et le centre international de Bournemouth à proximité, notamment. L'ancien prieuré
 ville de Christchurch, avec son Saxon commerçant de la place enceinte a une variété de
  restaurants, pubs, bâtiments historiques et les musées sont accessibles à pied.
INSTALLATIONS
           Parking . Il y a beaucoup de stationnement hors route dans le lecteur de gravier large.
Magasins. Le dépanneur le plus proche est à environ Stour route
         400 mètres (5 minutes à pied). village Tuckton a une variété de magasins
         et est à environ 10 minutes à pied.
Autobus. services de bus fréquents fonctionnent à la fois à Bournemouth et Christchurch
        à partir des arrêts de bus qui sont à moins de 100 mètres de la propriété.
Rail. La station est d'environ 1 mile away. Il y a un service de taxi disponible
       Là.
Pêche. S'il vous plaît noter ... Bien que les clients sont invités à pêcher à partir de la fin de
   le jardin, parfois les deux amarrages sont utilisés par le propriétaire et les invités seront
     avoir à pêcher autour de ses bateaux.

Location, location, location!

Fabulous stay in a very clean and comfortable apartment fronting the river. You just cant beat those views. Host was delightful and a font of local information, nothing was too much trouble. Easy parking and great access to Christchurch town centre. Would love to stay there again.

Excellent Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our week here. Pat and Graham gave us a friendly, informative welcome and the flat was fitted out to a good standard with everything we could need. Shops and eating out (to various standards) are all within easy walking distance and the view from the flat was just superb!

A good holiday. Nice location. Clean flat. Could do with some updating. Pull down wall bed old but clean. Would benefit from hard floors. Cream carpet conscious of stains etc. Seating furniture out of date. Tour from owner when you first arrive stressful. Told put masks. Detailing how not to break things. Curtain pole. Gas fire. Shower. Bathroom cabinet. Patio door lock. Found it patronising.

I feel I must comment on Linda's review. We have a Flat and Studio in the same building with the same riverside location. Unfortunately, on the second day of the holiday our Studio guests returned to find Linda’s party occupying the patio that is exclusively for Studio guests. The Flat has its own private balcony with sun beds and patio set. I apologise if I did not make this clear but feel this should have been obvious when our Studio guests returned. This caused considerable friction between our guests which we have never experienced before. Since Covid 19 we always ask our guests to wear their masks when we show them around. Most feel this is good practice. We of course wear our masks. Our lounge suite is high backed and not modern but is high quality. Our regular repeat guests request we do not change it because it is so comfortable. I try to be as helpful as possible when showing people around and I am sorry if Linda found it stressful.

Great location

We were so lucky to get a cancellation for this property. You couldn't wish for a better location. The flat is situated right on the river with a view to die for. It has a large balcony where you can sit or lounge on the sun loungers. The flat was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Will return if we get the chance.

Just Perfect

A lovely property, very comfortable accommodation, in an ideal situation. Very convenient to everything, Ferries, on bus route etc. Nice to be able to park your car up and leave it for the duration of your holiday, the view from the balcony is an ever changing scene on the busy river...the hosts are friendly and helpful and will do everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Booked for next year..so that says it all really...

A flat in a superb location overlooking the River Stour with a short walk into the centre of Christchurch and a longer most enjoyable walk to Hengisbury Head. The flat was extremely clean and comfortable with everything you could possibly require and the owners were very helpful without invading our privacy.We hope to return next year.

Good to have bus routes so accessible, and enjoyed the riverside walks. We stayed in early March. Welcomed by helpful owner who gave us a comprehensive instruction of the workings of the property which is well appointed, warm and snug. Comfortable beds, settee is a bit tired - got a backache. Two armchairs much better. Felt the sealing round the door (connecting with garage??) at the foot of the stairs could be improved. On entering, having been out all day, could detect a 'workshop' type paint/cellulose smell. It was not evident upstairs.

Spacious, light, comfortable, awesome views, great location.

We enjoyed lots of cycling each day around Christchurch, Bournemouth area plenty of fabulous natural sites too see. After being outdoors most of the day in all sorts of weather, it was especially comfortable to relax make a wonderful meal, wine and hot bath. Will hope to come again in the near future.

Perfect property with ideal location.

My wife and myself stayed in the property for a week in September. The flat was lovely, spacious and clean with the perfect location. It is a short walk to Christchurch. We enjoyed it so much we have booked again for next year.

Dream location

This property gave us everything we were looking for and more. Comfortable ,clean , well maintained property in an ideal location. Owners were very friendly and helpful explaining everything to us on arrival , and then leaving us to our own devices but assuring us they were on hand if needed. Views from the balcony were just beautiful so much to see without going out. So much to do within walking distance, or a bus stop at the top of the road we did not use the car much at all. This property certainly ticked all the boxes for us.

Spacious apartment ,on the bank of River Stour

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment which was spacious & well furnished with comfy chairs & more importantly comfy beds. Plenty of room for car parking. It would be difficult to get a property with a better view, it was a fantastic view over the river where there was always something going on , boats canoes, paddle boards etc The walk into town centre along the riverside was very pleasant

Excellent Location

We just returned from a very relaxing and enjoyable weeks stay at Willow Way. Pat and Graham made us feel very welcome for which many thanks. The apartment was immaculate and the views across the River Stour to Tuckton stunning. We were fortunate with the weather and where able to sit out on the veranda just watching people, in the words of the song, 'just messing about on the river'. Good location with just a pleasant stroll along the river into Christchurch. Definitely hope to return in the not too distant future.

Lovely Apartment in a Great location

Had a fantastic week in Christchurch. The Apartment was perfect with everything we needed. Lovely Balcony with exceptional views. Easy ten minute walk into Christchurch where there plenty of places to eat. I Would definitely recommend this apartment and will be going back. Dave & Val.

A very enjoyable week

The property is in very good decorative order throughout, very clean and milk thoughtfully provided when we arrived. We were able to access much earlier than check-in which meant we had an extra days holiday so great communicators and lovely welcome. The balcony is lovely and a great asset for eating or lazing! All amenities very close by, we hardly used the car.
