Un apartamento espacioso y elegante en el piso medio de un Grado II casa de estilo georgiano. El apartamento está a minutos de la plaza del mercado; se encuentra en una zona tranquila y muy práctico para todo lo que tiene que ofrecer Uppingham: restaurantes, una gran cantidad de minoristas independientes, tiendas de antigüedades y galerías de arte, todo en un entorno patrimonio histórico.

El apartamento tiene su "propia entrada, accesible a través del paso que conduce al bonito patio.

Los dos dormitorios principales tienen amplia capacidad de almacenamiento - un vestidor en el dormitorio en la parte delantera y un armario empotrado en el dormitorio en la parte trasera. La tercera habitación es pequeña, pero tiene una ventana, una pequeña mesa de noche con cajones y es lo suficientemente grande para una cama individual. Anticipamos que será especialmente adecuado para un niño que no quiere compartir una cama doble con su hermano!
El cuarto de baño es la mitad de azulejos y tiene una ducha de lluvia en el baño. agua caliente constante es suministrada por una nueva caldera Combi.
Tenemos una cocina completa con pequeña despensa. Tiene una mesa de pino y sillas, cocina eléctrica, microondas, nevera-congelador y lavavajillas altura tamaño completo. vajilla amplia y sartenes si quieres cocinar en casa.

Delightful period appartment in Uppingham

Very comfortable, well appointed, holiday appartment, centrally located in Uppingham. Walking distances to shops and many good pubs & restauraunts. Kitchen well fitted out for self catering with plenty of crockery, cutlery, utensils, etc.

Super apartment in a great location

We stayed for 2 nights in this lovely apartment and were warmly welcomed by Sue and Dave. We were attending a wedding in Uppingham and the apartment was perfectly located for the church and venue. The apartment was extremely comfortable, well equipped and very relaxing. We also thoroughly enjoyed Sue's delicious tea loaf that was waiting for us upon our arrival. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Very convenient and well equipped apartment

Perfect for girly break in Rutland

Great location within walking distance to the Market Square in Uppingham - we had lunch at Hambleton Hall and hired bikes the following day to cycle around Rutland Water. The apartment has all the equipment you need home from home. The beds are also very comfortable. Dave and Sue were a pleasure to deal with.

Charming and cosy

A lovely charming and cosy flat right on the High street (the quiet end) with a lovely little court yard. Clean, convenient and a personalized message and homemade cake upon arrival ! Highly recommendable!

A lovely apartment near the town centre

Had a lovely stay in the lovely apartment near the centre of Uppingham. Sue was extremely helpful and provided all we required for the 3 days we were there. Although the 3rd bedroom is very small it is an asset to give that little bit more flexibility and on this occasion there were 4 of us as we visited for our sons wedding. We had inadvertently left a pair of jeans when we left, however, Sue, alerted us immediately which was most kind of her. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The apartment in the center of Uppingham provides you with its lovely and elegant interior the proper surrounding for peaceful vacations in rural England. Not only cultural events in Uppingham but also many treasures of England are worth visiting on a day trip. The landlords are helpful in every respect. Not only that they can provide you with helpful tips for your holidays but with their attentiveness they make you feel very comfortable.

Comfortable , home from home .

Excellent location for exploring Uppingham & Rutland. Would recommend boat trip on Rutland water. Welcoming & helpful hosts & loved the cake !! No problems with parking , short stroll to area suggested by Sue & Dave if you don't want to move car. Street parking after 6pm until 10 am outside was helpful . Would recommend & return. Many thanks .

A wonderful apartment, superbly located.

The apartment is exactly as it appears in the photographs; it is tastefully decorated, extremely comfortable and immediately felt like home. Dave and Sue are wonderful hosts, very attentive, thoughtful and kind. The apartment is centrally located, beautifully clean and everywhere in this lovely little town is walkable. This is one of the best properties we have stayed in and I look forward to our next visit. The only negative was leaving, it really is that kind of apartment in that kind of town!

Beautiful apartment, great hosts.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and comfortable apartment, which has a great situation within walking distance of everything you need in the centre of Uppingham. We particularly appreciated the many thoughtful and considerate touches which Sue and Dave provided which really make a difference when staying self catering. They could not have been kinder. The newly decorated apartment is stylish, comfortable and immaculately clean. Highly recommended.

We ourselves extensively renovated our High Street apartment and then lived in it for 4 years; so we know it well! We now live further down the High street but are on hand for any advice about the area or problems you may have. Otherwise we will leave you in peace to enjoy a short stay in our apartment in the little characterful charming town of Uppingham as much as we enjoy living here. For a small town and a small county it has a lot to offer

The apartment is self contained and in a perfect location for those who wish to stay put and explore Uppingham, or to use it as a base to explore the rest of Rutland. Uppingham is a small, charming market town and everything is in walking distance to us.

We have a lockable small outbuilding in courtyard suitable for bike storage (used to be Sue's artist studio).

It is ideally suited to business travelers too because it is close to the A47 with Leicester to the West and Peterborough and the A1 to the East, and is also bisected by the road that links Kettering and Corby with Oakham and Melton Mowbray
