This beautiful property is situated in a fantastic location In Pueblo Espanyol a 10 minute stroll into the Centre of El Campello The property is designed on Two levels and has been refurbished to a high standard on the first level is the well equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge , coffee maker, microwave etc through to the beautifully decorated lounge/dining area with comfortable sofas , Modern TV ,WIFI and air-conditioning the contemporary style dining area has seating for Four, from the lounge is the glazed in terrace for dining or chilling with views of the beautiful pool and gardens, this level also offers you separate toilet facilities. Second level incorporates two double bedrooms, the beautiful designed master bedroom offers double bed, air - con and wardrobes this has the added bonus of a balcony to chill in a morning and enjoy the views of the gardens and pool, The second bedroom offers two single beds, Air- Conditioning, wardrobes and mirrors and partial sea views. This level also offers you the family bathroom with a shower, vanity unit and toilet. The property has air- conditioning in the master bedroom, twin bedroom and lounge . Outside there is a large swimming pool set in beautiful gardens overlooked by palm trees(.Please note the pool is open in the Summer months with a lifeguard present, the rest of the year is at the clients own risk) and maybe closed between months November through to May. There are lush green well maintained areas with benches for relaxing,

September getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the flat, it was very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The check-in was well organised and we could contact Martene with any issues we had. We loved the swimming pool, which was kept very clean as the grounds were too.

We look forward to staying here every summer. The pool is great for the kids, the apartment is great for a holiday and has everything you need and El Campello beach with its restaurants and lovely promenade is 10 minutes walk away. A lovely holiday.

Family holiday

We really enjoyed our stay . Great location, beach for quick dip 100 metres, three restaurants within 100 metres. El Campelló beach and restaurants 10-15 min walk.The accommodation was comfy with great air conditioning if needed. We will plan another visit next year. One thing we would comment on was the beach chairs and umbrellas were unusable both very dated.

Great Property for El Campello Holiday

Great holiday rental property. Everything you need is there at hand. Plenty of space in the apartment. We made good use of the bedroom balcony as it had all-afternoon sun. Lovely pool which was very quiet most of the time. Only 5 mins walk to tram station for easy access to El Campello old town, Alicante or Benidorm. Martene the host is very helpful, responding promptly to any questions we had. Would recommend.

Great apartment in lovely area

Lovely apartment and pool (never too busy or too noisy). Host had bought us some essentials on arrival - water/tea/coffee. Location is good - small beach 5 mins walk and larger beach a 15 minute nice walk. Lots of restaurants near the larger beach - spoilt for choice! Also the option of a tram trip to Alicante or Benidorm. So plenty of things to do. Would recommend apartment and resort. One downside is having to walk to supermarket but you can also get the tram if the walk is too much!!

A Wonderful Month in El Campello

Our El Campello stay from mid March to mid April was wonderful. The self efficient townhouse was a minute walk from the Mediterranean where my husband often took his morning coffee to revel in the view. The grounds of Almadrava were well groomed and the pool was very clean, though a little too chilly for us to use at that time.The tram, our daily mode of transportation, was only a 5 minute walk. The tram card of 10, 20, or 30 rides works out to about 43 cents a ride. We bought ours in Alicante but there are machines on the trams.It was only a ten or so minute walk to the lovely boardwalk bordered by a beautiful beach on one side and a selection of restaurants and shops on the other.There are several grocery store choices in El Campello itself. We preferred the choice of two Mercadonas, the lower one a block up from the beach and the higher one three or four blocks from the station. The townhouse is one tram stop from the town of El Campello but it is walkable. Also convenient was a restaurant 100 metres down the road from the house.Thanks to Martene who met us when we arrived and was available to answer any questions we had during our stay.

Good apartment and swimming pool

We liked the apartment very much. Happy with the beds, kitchen, bath mat, extension cord, kitchen towels, 2 new beach chairs. etc. We have had a lot of problems with the mosquitoes near the swimming pool and on the balcony. After 2 weeks we went to the small sandy beach a bit futher than the Italian restaurant. No mosquitoes and warmer sea. We have been several times to the restaurant "El Porto"on the boulevard, which we liked a lot. We have been to Alicante by tram 1 leaving from the station Poble Espanyol near the cemetery. Buying a one way ticket in the tram. We only had some problems to get our groceries. Aldi is 1,8 km away and Mercadona 2,3 km away. The distance together with the high humidity was for us a problem. Martene and het husband is a good host. She responded within 6 minutes about our problems with the shower and arrived within 20 minutes to explane it to us. We wish the following guests a pleasant stay.

Appartement propre dans une jolie résidence. Parking sécurisé. Martene est une hôte charmante et s’est adaptée à nos horaires d’arrivée et départ. L’appartement est bien équipé, la literie confortable et climatisation dans la pièce principale et les 2 chambres. Environnement calme, les résidents sont respectueux et la piscine est un vrai régal. Situé à 11-15 minutes de marche du front de mer avec la plage et restaurants. Nous avons passé 12 jours en famille et nous sommes ravis.

Muy bonita y familiar

Urbanización cuidada y tranquila. A poca distancia del puerto donde hay restaurantes y tiendas. Apartamento muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de descanso en familia. Por añadir mejoras sería bueno tener los canales españoles en la TV ; solo cogía la 1 y la 2 los demás eran canales ingleses y la cocina se podría mejorar con vitro en lugar de gas y un frigorífico el que hay es muy pequeño tipo minibar. Pero la casa está fenomenal y la atención de Martene muy buena; responde rápido. Totalmente recomendable; nos ha gustado mucho; volveremos.

Apartment, location excellent. Home comforts second to none. Large swimming pool available. Local bars, restaurants, beach a short walk away, going easy. Local transport the Tram amazing, good value, clean and always on time. Tram ideal for Benidorm and Alicante and all stops in between. Tram from Poble Espanyol only four minutes walk from the apartment. Overall excellent 10/10😊

Un sitio genial

Perfecto para pasar unos días de descanso. Urbanización muy tranquila, todo muy limpio, la piscina genial. Martene siempre pendiente de que no faltara nada. Muchas gracias por tu profesionalidad. La única pega es que no había persianas y a las 7 había mucha claridad en las habitaciones.

Bungalow genial

El bungalow, está genial, con 2 pisos, una terraza en cada uno con capacidad para comer, cenar. Bien distribuido, menaje muy completo, con toallas, sábanas, toallas de playa, juegos para los niños para la playa, cremas solares, menaje de cocina... La zona residencial muy tranquila, sin ruidos y maravillosa piscina.. El único mini pero es que la Playa de la Almadraba está a 50 metros, pero es muy pequeña y de piedra. La zona de restaurantes y paseo marítimo a 10 minutos andando tranquilamente. En general un 9,5, muy aconsejable.

A delightful property with access to all amenities

Staying in this lovely duplex apartment made our holiday. There were two balconies to the property, one of which led out from the lounge, and where we ate, overlooking the pool and beautiful secluded garden. There was also a balcony leading out from the main bedroom up above with the same outlook. There were many restaurants close by to choose from, and would definitely recommend the restaurant on site, and La Covo, a 10 minute walk away, overlooking the marina. The tram station is only a 10 minute walk in the other direction, and from there you are able to visit many other resorts. Alicante itself is worth a visit too. The walkway running parallel with the beach in El Campello is lovely, where there are many bars, restaurants and shops. We would definitely consider going back to this duplex apartment.
