The communication is unbeatable, with supermarkets and restaurants within 5 minutes walk and for people who do not want to use the car is perfectly located, in the same housing complex is located the bus stop. The bus runs every 30 minutes and runs through Playa Blanca, communicating with the bus station and thus allowing a perfect connection to travel the island.
Quiet area ideal for families and couples, close to the promenade and various leisure and relaxation centers. Next to the largest White Beach Aquatic Park. This locality is close to places like Papagayo Beach, Timanfaya National Park, Los Hervideros, El Golfo, El Lago Verde ......

During our stay we had a couple of questions about the villa. We contacted the owners and he replied very quickly. We had a small problem, which was resolved within 15 minutes.
The villa was nice and clean, near a small supermarket and a few restaurants. We had a lovely walk along the sea; started at the lighthouse and ended at Rubicon.
This is a superb property in a great location.Local shops within 300 metres. Regular bus service to Playa Blanca (15minutes).The villa is very nice and the promotional pictures don't do it justice.The cleaning staff are very friendly and any communication with the owner is answered very quickly. Don't miss out on a great villa.We will be back next year.
This property is great, and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. It's in a great location that suited us. The only slight negative - the TV is not smart. It is a flat screen TV that has only Spanish terrestrial stations and radio. We could only watch the programmes we wanted to watch on tablet or mobile. A lead is required to connect your device to the TV. We think the description should be amended to reflect this.
We had a lovely time staying in the house. You can tell that love and thought has gone into it. It is smaller than it looks from the outside. We called it the big little house. it is near a roundabout and my partner, a driving instructor, loved this detail. It was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for our stay, including a wonderful tasting coffee machine. Two main highlights for us were that the ground floor terrace has sun all day - gorgeous. Just the thought of it now as I write makes me feel warm and nourished. Also, the sunset from the upstairs terrace. Amazing! Thank you Enrique and Charo.
My wife, daughter and I have just returned from a wonderful week in Charo and Enrique's villa and it was absolutely perfect.
We know Playa Blanca (PB) well, having stayed there many times when our children were younger. Typically however we always stayed in hotels. Whilst the location may look a little away from the harbour, town centre and marina, if you like walking, you will find that all those parts of PB are very accessible along the gorgeous promenade which extends all the way from Papagayo at one end to the Lighthouse at the other end (not from from this villa). Alternatively, the local bus service (number 30) picks you up just 100 metres from the villa, costs very little (1.4 Euros) and will whisk you into town in just a few minutes. Taxi's are plentiful and reasonably priced.
The villa was immaculately clean and very well presented. Furnishings are modern and the villa is well equipped. The only thing we missed was an electric kettle but we boiled water via the hob (there is also a microwave).
The villa sits within very spacious gardens and benefits from two wonderful terraces which receive full sun all day long.
PB harbour, town centre and marina are full of places to eat and drink however there is also a very decent choice of places to eat a few minutes walk away from the villa and close to the bus stop.
Charo and Enrique were brilliant hosts. Their communications and responsiveness were first class and we would not hesitate to stay with them again.

The property has a pedestrian entrance ( single gate and path ) and a separate gated driveway. The property was on two levels, but it would have been quite easy to just stay on the ground floor. Downstairs was an entrance hall, with shower room off, leading to an open dining lounge area, with galley kitchen. As others have said, this was quite small, but fine for two people. There was also a twin bedroom with ample storage. Upstairs was the bedroom with small double ( 4 feet across ) bed, a bathroom with bath with shower over, and access to two balconies. One was quite small, looking east, the other south and west, with excellent views of the sunset. Outside is a large patio area ( careful, it gets hot underfoot ) with a shaded area, with barbecue and outside table. Also outside is the washing machine. Within easy, flat walking distance was a parade of bars, grocery shops and restaurants, and several circular walks to the coastline, including the lighthouse. The property is set in a quieter part of Playa Blanca. The only downside is the mini roundabout junction by the property, which is used by several bus and coach routes.
I would recommend calling at the supermarket on your way to the property, as there were no groceries left from previous guests - we took our own coffee and tea, bottles of handwash were provided, along with dishwasher tablets. Bedding and towels were of good quality.
Overall, I would recommend this property.

My husband and I, both retired, rented this property from Charo & Enrique and loved every minute. It is located at the westerly end of Playa Blanca, buses run regularly into the main part of the resort but we had a car so never used them.
There is no hot tub as listed in amenities (this may be a translational problem rather than anything nefarious) we wouldn't have used it anyway so it was not an issue for us.
"Wifi speed: 250+ Mbps (good for 3–5 people or up to 10 devices)" The time we were there the speed was between 2-10Mbps, the range was poor as it didn't extend to the sitting area on the lanai or up into the upstairs bedroom. This could be addressed by the addition of a couple of wifi extenders (this wouldn't address the speed, only the range)
Not sure this would be a great property for those with visual or mobility issues as the property has level changes entering and exiting, the stairs to the upper level have no banister so can be quite daunting even if you had a drink. I don't drink but I'm nearly 70 so would have appreciated a handrail on the stairs.
There was an issue with accessing the safe on arrival but someone was there within a few hours, excellent service.
Great communications with the owners who addressed any concerns we had. Would most definitely come back if in the area again.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr aufmerksam, haben wiederholt nach unserem Befinden gefragt und sowohl der Check in als auch der Check out waren unproblematisch. Die Buslinie ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und die Busse fahren kontinuierlich gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind fußläufig keine 5 Minuten entfernt. Das Haus ist geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht :-). Lediglich die Außenterasse hat uns nicht so gut gefallen, da die Außenanlage fast gar nicht angelegt ist. Das Haus liegt auf einem Eckgrundstück und alle Fußgänger und die Insassen von vorbeifahrenden Bussen / LKW haben ungehinderte Sicht auf die Terasse. Das hat uns jedoch nicht den Urlaubsspaß verdorben. Es war eine schöne Zeit!!!!

Man muß es nicht unbedingt haben.
Es ist ja so, man bezahlt den Preis und erwartet dafür ein Haus ohne Mängel. Soviel zur Theorie. Ich brauche aber keinen Ansprechparter der zwar immer zu erreichen ist, aber sich um nichts kümmert. Alle Mängel aufzuzählen bringt nichts.
Die stellenweise kümmerliche Ausstattung und der fehlende "Wohlfühlcharakter" des Hauses sind nicht unbedingt förderlich. Deshalb kann man es auch eigentlich nicht empfehlen.
Mit meiner Kollektion an Bildern diesbezüglich könnte ich ein Buch schreiben.
Aber was soll`s, pech gehabt.

Nuestra villa, en la zona, mantiene la mejor calidad-precio, tras cinco años y más de 50 clientes de cinco estrellas.
La casa se entrega super revisada y con quejas comunes debido a desconocimiento del uso de electrodomésticos e instalaciones.
Bernhard se quejó de no poder usar los estores, se les escaparon y estaban enrollados en el techo.
Se quejó de la caja fuerte, la cerraron sin seguir las instrucciones.
Mandé a mantenimiento que no sólo puso los estores en su sitio sino que también tras abrir la caja fuerte les invitamos a ensayar la apertura y el cierre de la caja.
Luego bloquearon la placa de inducción al desconocer su funcionamiento, y me dijeron que no funciona. Se les explicó y resuelto.
Visto que no conseguían su propósito, empezaron a dañar las instalaciones, el desagüe bajo el fregador y me avisaron de que tenía fugas, luego arrancaron de un tirón un enchufe de pared , desencajaron la puerta del garage y me mandan foto de la puerta.
Mandé fontanero, electricista, cerrajero, carpintero de aluminio, etc.
Dicen que se cayó nuestra platanera enana, que lleva años dando frutos.
Y se queja de que mi jardín de cactus tenía pocas plantas.
Bernhard nos ha costado dinero, nos quiso hacer creer que era culpa nuestra y que la casa no merecía la pena.
Jamás os recomendaría a Bernhard

Fantastic villa, very well equipped , spotlessly clean,
Great level of communication from owner , villa sits close to small well stocked supermarket and one fantastic well priced restaurants . Bus stop also close by to take you further along the coast to marina Rubicon only 1.40euros.
Will be making sure we return to Playa Blanca

Gut ausgestattetes Haus etwas abseits
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war problemlos. Das Haus ist etwas abseits von playa Blanca- Auto ist zwingend erforderlich. Fussläufig erreichbar sind ein Supermarkt und ein Paar gute Restaurants. Wir hatten ein Auto, daher alles problemlos zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung ist ok, alles sehr sauber. Achtung: das Doppelbett ist sehr klein, für uns war problematisch.

Casa grande adatta a famiglie con 2 bambini o a 2 coppie dato che dispone di 2 bagni con ampi spazi esterni. Casa consegnata pulitissima e arredata con gusto manca solo la piscina per godersela al 100%

Una casa de dos plantas, perfecta para cuatro personas. La vivienda cuenta con todo lo necesario y se nota que los propietarios han cuidado hasta el último detalle para que los que la visiten se encuentren como en casa. Muy recomendable. La ubicación de la villa permite ir caminando a distintas zonas de ocio y a la playa y además cuenta con una parada de guaguas que nos lleva hasta Playa Blanca. Al margen de las vistas, la luz solar -todo el día- y las comodidades de la vivienda, hay que destacar el rincón de asadero - barbacoa de la que dispone el jardín. Todo un lujo. Siempre hay que buscar un pero y ese es la falta de piscina aunque nos consta que los propietarios quieren construirla en breve.
He de destacar que la propiedad se encontraba en perfecto estado de limpieza y que el trato con los propietarios ha sido exquisito. Sin duda, recomendaría la villa para unas vacaciones familiares o con amigos.
