Casas del Sol, en una ubicación privilegiada en Playa Blanca, es muy buscada con los huéspedes que regresan año tras año. El complejo está situado frente al pequeño puerto, con tiendas, restaurantes y 3 playas de arena dorada, a pocos minutos a pie. Con un práctico, la ubicación central de un coche no es necesario. La villa tiene vistas al mar desde la terraza y se encuentra en medio de jardines bien cuidados hermosas con gran piscina climatizada, pequeña piscina infantil y dos pistas de tenis. La piscina tiene un socorrista residente de guardia de 10 a.m.-6 p.m.. Casas del Sol se encuentra a 4 minutos de la antigua ciudad de Playa Blanca con sus numerosas tiendas, restaurantes, puerto y playa de la ciudad.

My second stay at Tariqs’ property and I loved it. It’s in one of the best locations on the complex with a sea view. Loved sitting with my coffee watching the sun coming up and ferries coming and going. Well furnished and everything you need for a self catering stay. The location is great as you are close to the bus stop and local shops. Another perfect stay. Hopefully see you again soon

We had a very pleasant stay, albeit we all found the swimming pool's water temperature very cold & in a way not at all inviting..in fact a little disagreeable. Throughout our stay we had clear blue skies with temps of between 27- 30 C. The location was perfect for us as within walking distance of restaurants, bars, shops, the local fish market by the docks, supermarkets & a pharmacy etc. On arrival, the Reception staff made us feel at home. All rooms were cosy, with adequate bedding, comfortable mattresses, and a truly quiet environment. The bathroom with large shower stall was also spotless, a good size and functional. Importantly, the free Wi-Fi was also reasonably fast and reliable.

Super location - nice apt on a complex with a great pool. Loved sitting on the patio and theres plenty of shade. Great communication with the owner who left a welcome back with reception and allowed us a late checkout which meant a relaxing last day.

Great setting

We both enjoyed our stay. So much so we aim to come again next year. Accommodation is adequate for our use. Maybe towels could be renewed they are a bit worn. But not a problem. Kitchen well equipped. Living area and bedrooms good. Overall great.

Everything was perfect!!

It's the second time we are in Playa Blanca in Tariq's bungalow. We love the place and staying at Casas del Sol it's always pleasant and relaxing. Absolutely recommended!! We really would like to come back next year!

Lovely complex and pool

Accommdation practical and cosy with nice patio area. Decor a little tired, could do with a bit of a refurb, but overall enjoyed.

Brilliant stay at Casas del Sol

We had such a great time at Tariqs’ bungalow, we stayed in a different property previously but loved this one due to the view and location. It overlooks the ferry port and sea and we loved sitting watching the world go by. Great space, 2 good size bedrooms lots of storage and a modern bathroom. We hardly sat inside as the terrace was perfect. Everything we needed for a self catering holiday. We had a car so shopped at Aldi or Lidl which are good value. The pool area was great, always sun beds available and not too busy. Communication with Tariq was spot on and check in really easy. We can’t wait to return again it’s like a home from home. Thanks again Caroline

Basic property but reasonable for price paid , previously stayed on same complex different unit , 32B not as well furnished but far better bathroom , more outside seating , bigger range of tv choices.

Absolutely perfect

The bungalow is very comfortable and clean with a kitchen equipped with everything. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom has a super shower. The location is very convenient to the center, the beaches and the supermarket. Tariq is a helpful and attentive host. Absolutely recommended, I will definitely come back!! :-)

Little bit of paradise

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay...villa 32B..hosted by Tariq who it was nice to meet we were greeted at reception by a really nice lad called Santiago who was extremely pleasant and helpful..we thoroughly enjoyed our week...the only problem being that is was not long enough 😀...we will definitely be returning to Casas del sol next year without a doubt...highly recommended..

Excellent

A very basic, clean villa.Everything you meed for a self catering stay. Ideally located. Short walk to bars, shops etc. The pool is wonderful and very clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly. One little niggle, as our flight was late on in the evening there is no where to have a hot shower. You could leave your suitcases in reception but it was not secure. We would definitely come back to this accommodation. Thank you Tariq for being a wonderful host.👍

We live Playa Blanca

From my initial enquiry to entering the property we found the process super smooth. We were given accurate detailed information from the owner as reception would be closed when we arrived. We were very grateful for the arrival pack of essentials that we weren’t expecting. The villa was clean and we found it fully equipped to self cater as we like to do this.The beds were comfortable and the fans were invaluable as the weather was unusually hot for this time of the year. It’s worth mentioning there’s a charge of 15:50 euros per week to use the safe with a 10 euro refundable deposit. The pool and facilities are clean and plenty of sun beds and parasols are available.

Well located

The apartment's location is excellent, right next to the port, with supermarkets nearby.Regarding the stay, we had an issue upon arrival—the smell of some kind of disinfectant was overwhelmingly strong. I had to keep the windows and doors open despite the cold because the odor was unbearable and lasted the entire night. As a result, we didn’t sleep well the first night. It seemed to be some kind of insecticide for flies or mosquitoes, and the scent was so intense that we were concerned about potential intoxication.Aside from that first night, the rest of the stay was very pleasant. The quality-to-price ratio is good, and Tarife was very attentive, except for the insecticide issue, which, of course, was beyond his control. However, it did affect our experience.Also, be aware that there are no basic cleaning supplies or essentials like salt or oil, which can be inconvenient for short stays.

Good for some winter sun

Clean and basic, but comfortable. Garden south-facing so plenty of sun. A welcome pack had been referred to in previous reviews, but we weren't expecting one and so not disappointed when there wasn't. But, there was nothing in the cupboards! Not even salt. No washing up cloth/brush or liquid. We had to equip the place from scratch and left a lot there, of course. It would have been helpful to have had a basic info pack in the bungalow and instructions for the washing machine, cooker and TV.The complex itself is very peaceful and probably has the best maintained gardens in Lanzarote. Lovely swimming pool. Central car park. To get luggage/shopping to bungalow you are allowed to park as close as possible to unload but only for 5 mins. Reception team very helpful.The complex is directly opposite Paya Blanca Port which is very busy with transport ferries so there is often the background throbbing of engines. It is not intrusive. A32B is midway between Playa Flamingo and Playa Blanca beaches (10 - 15 min walk). We enjoyed our February week there 2025. Property itself just a bit lacking

Sencillo por dentro,terraza y jardines muy bonitos.

Hemos pasado 4 días, casi no hemos estado, pero los desayunos en la terraza los hacíamos todos los días. El apartamento está muy bien ubicado. Lo único a destacar fue que se nos atasco un día la ducha, y vinieron a solucionarlo enseguida.Por lo demás todo correcto.
