最近改装された石造りのコテージは、独自のテラスと庭園を備えた「メゾンドマイター」の敷地内にあります。 家はスタイルと快適さを念頭に置いて設計されています。 明るいリビングルームは1階にあり、大きな窓から夕陽が差し込んでいます。 冬には電気ヒーターとwellストーブがあります。 1階の寝室には、キングサイズのベッドと、廊下を横切る広々としたシャワールームがあります。
家は、Gouville sur merのビーチから1.5 kmにあり、モンサンミシェルや上陸ビーチへの旅行に便利な場所にあります。
グーヴィルは活気に満ちた小さな村で、毎週金曜日と夏の間は月曜日に市場があります。 カキのベッドはよく知られ、地元の経済を助けます。 コテージは、Gouvilleの一部と考えられているLinvervilleの集落にあります。 バーとレストランから200m、スーパーマーケットから1km、ミシュランの星付きレストランから3km、ゴルフコースから7kmです。

The Little House with big benefits!

This property has been beautifully and tastefully renovated. The kitchen is well equipped for any keen cook and the enormous shower is a treat! We found the terrace an afternoon sun trap and a lovely place to settle for an early evening aperitif. To be so closely situated to the coast meant that it was very easy to spend effortless days on the long, clean sandy stretches of beach. The owners were welcoming and available should any problem have arisen. We would recommend The Little House to everyone.

A leafy retreat

My husband and I stayed in this lovely little house last August. The layout is well thought out with the sunny living area upstairs, and the large bathroom and bedroom on the ground floor. Outside is a private patio area perfect for relaxing with an evening drink. We were very comfortable and easily felt at home. The location was perfect for us; an easy bike ride to the local market, the supermarket, bakeries and restaurants at the beach , though it is a beautiful walk to the beach too. I tried sand yachting which was well worth the €22 for the lesson. Its a short drive to the local golf club, shops, restaurants and fun beach bars all around Agon Coutainville which is a busy little town in the summer. We would happily recommend this house to friends, knowing that they would enjoy the house, the tranquility and the surrounding beautiful countryside.

Très bien

Maison très bien équipée, les commerces sont à 10minutes en marchant et 2 minutes en voiture. Marché le lundi. Plage de Gouville à 2kms. Nous n'avons pas connu de difficultés pour garer la voiture Les propriétaires sont discrets et attentifs. Une bonne semaine dans cette belle région.

Schöne Entspannung in einem heißen Sommer

Die Wohnung und die Gastgeber (keine Agentur) waren sehr charmant. Wir haben den Schatten der Bäume und die sonnige Terrasse abwechselnd genutzt und den Urlaub insgesamt sehr genossen. Der nahe Ort bietet alle Grundlagen: sehr gute Bäckerei/Boulangerie, Wochenmarkt, Supermarkt, Apotheke (haben wir nicht gebraucht). Der Strand war mit dem Auto gut erreichbar und dort stehen die bunten Kabinen als lokales Wahrzeichen.

MAISON TRES AGREABLE

La maison est dans l'enceinte de la propriété mais chacun reste très indépendant. La maison est très agréable, bien décorée, confortable avec des surfaces bien dimensionnées pour toutes les pièces. La commune de Gouville offre toutes les commodités et la mer est très proche. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et discrets

Erholsamer Urlaub - tolle Vermieter - charmantes Häuschen - traumhafte Umgebung - *****

Nach 10 Jahren in der Toskana waren wir auf der Suche nach neuen Zielen. Die Normandie erwies sich für uns, in jeder Hinsicht, als "Glücksgriff". Zudem ist es um Gouville und den Nachbarort Anneville besonders zauberhaft und die langen Strände sind ein Traum. Hunde dürfen an den Strand und laufen frei! Wir wurden, wie von anderen Urlaubern schon beschrieben, sehr herzlich von Amanda und Javier willkommen geheißen. Sie erwiesen sich als zuvorkommend, immer aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und blieben doch zurückhaltend, sodass die Privatsphäre gewahrt blieb. "Little house" erwies sich geräumiger, als wir erwartet hatten. Es war alles da, was wir für unseren Urlaub benötigten. Alles war sehr sauber, modernisiert, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut durchdacht. Ein schönes Schlafzimmer mit Boxspringbett und begehbaren Kleiderschrank, sowie ein schönes Bad mit großer Dusche und Verbandkästchen, befinden sich im Erdgeschoss. Hand- und Duschtücher waren vorhanden! Oben dann ein großer Raum mit moderner Küche ( reichlich bestückt mit Geschirr, Besteck, Gläsern, Schüsseln Pfannen, Töpfen, Salatschleuder, Öffner, Korkenzieher, Schere usw... Micro, Gasherd, Backofen, Gefrier-Kühlschrank) Kaffeemaschine haben wir mitgebracht!!! Essig und Öl, sowie Gewürze waren auch da, Geschirrspülmittel und andere Reinigungsmittel. Überraschend war, dass frische Milch, Cidre, Marmelade, Baguette, Käse, Butter und Salami für uns bereit standen, herrlich! Auf dem Tisch frische Blumen... wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für "den Hund des Hauses", MAX, einen liebenswürdigen zotteligen Gesellen, stand im Flur ein Gläschen mit Leckerlis, die er sich auch jeden Tag abholen kam ;) Schön auch der kleine Außenbereich mit 2 Tischen, 2 Stühlen, Sonnenschirm, Grill und 2 Holzliegestühlen, die uns jedoch zur Nutzung etwas zu abenteuerlich waren. Im Antilope, einem kleinen Bar-Restaurant, etwa 500m entfernt, wird man sehr freundlich bedient und hat eine schöne Auswahl der regionalen "Galette", einer würzigen Crepevariante. Sehr leckere Pizza gibt es am Ufer des Strandes in Gouville, vor dem recht unscheinbaren "Tandem". Nebenan eine karibisch anmutende Bar, "BOA" mit leckeren Smoothies, feinem Kaffee, köstlichen Waffeln (Gauffre) und sonstigen Leckereien. Im nächsten Jahr werden wir wieder in die Gegend kommen, diesmal dann mit Hund, und werden Amamda, Javier und Max die kleine Malou vorstellen! Es war sehr schön bei euch, à la prochaine, vielen vielen Dank und alles Gute, Iris & Leo!!!

Lovely Cottage in a fairyland village

Lovely cottage in an almost fairyland village. Supermarket within walking distance. Surrounded by beautiful countryside. A couple of miles from the ocean where I had delicious oysters. Amanda was a very gracious host who provided us with a lot of information about the surrounding area like where I could get oysters, a repetitive theme for me. Greeted us with a baguette, sausage and cheese. Cottage was very clean. Bathroom and bedroom on the first floor. Kitchen and living area on the second. A nice patio outside the house with a BBQ. A fun dog, Max, very well trained, with a good appetite and loved to have his belly rubbed. Say the word bisquit and he will come running. I highly recommend this property.

Ankommen und wohlfühlen

Das kleine Haus ist sehr einladend und bietet alles, um sich gleich wohl zu fühlen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war im Vorfeld sehr gut, die Begrüßung und Betreuung vor Ort sehr herzlich. Das lag nicht nur an den bereitgestellten Köstlichkeiten der Region.

Boendet var mycket trevligt, med en egen avskild del av tomten, med uteplats och grill. Dessutom trevligt sällskap av Max, dvs hunden. Femton minuters promenad till affären. Havet ligger lite längre bort, c:a två kilometer.

Accueil chaleureux, confortable. Dîner au coin du feu, au calme. Tout ce dont on peut rêver pour faire une coupure avec le quotidien. Sans oublier Max qui adore les croquettes (fournies) et sa balle de tennis. C'est l'occasion aussi de pratiquer son anglais avec les propriétaires.

The little stone house is unusual having only one bedroom, perfect for couples travelling alone. It has been done up to a high standard with flair and comfort in mind. It has the peace of being in the country but the convenience of being in a vibrant Norman village, with restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance.
