Everything from start to finish was excellent, Isabel (the host) was tremendous throughout offering support instantly when needed. The villa itself is perfectly well suited to large families or groups and due to its extensive size gives everyone their own space even as part of a large party.

Summer vacation of a lifetime

First time in Portugal and We had an incredible time staying in this fabulous home. The communication and responsiveness, from our property manager Lanvin was impeccable. He was the greatest guy. He took the time to tell us about the neighborhood, activities nearby, places and things to go with the kids. He was such a sweetheart. The house was amazing. It was very clean and a great place to spend time with family and friends. This place was so great that you wouldn’t mind just spending every day sitting by the pool. Would really recommend this home to make life long memories.

Wonderful Villa for Larger Groups / Families

We stayed with a group of 11 people for a golf holiday at the Algarve. We chose the villa for its location (Laguna, Millenium and Victoria courses nearby, other golf courses in the area) as well as the size and amenities shown in the presentation. We were really overwhelmed when we arrived! The villa is on a very large piece of land and provides a lot of space to relax or jump in the pool. The terrace is under a roof, so it provides nice shadow. The rooms are all large, clean and modern (incl. electric window blinds). The 4 main bedrooms all have en-suite bathrooms with modern appliances. The kitchen is well-equipped and the living room is large and provides plenty of seating. Service was excellent, both check-in and check-out was easy and efficient. Mid-week cleaning was quick and thorough. A nice service were plenty of pool towels. Two minor issues were the non-functional terrace lighting, which made it rather dark outside in the evenings and the bbq grill, which was rather small and coal only. Other than that, we very happy and will definitely consider coming back!!!

Great villa but needs attention

This is a beautiful villa, but it has several things that didn't work, had been removed or were just faulty. Firstly, the listing location isn't accurate so we were sent t the wrong location, which given that we were travelling with 3x babies was not ideal. When we finally arrived at the villa we were very impressed, it is very spacious, very well equipped and has lovely outdoor space. It is also in a very quiet location. There were several things that didn't work either at all, or properly: The BBQ, The wine Fridge, The speaker system, the outdoor lights and the pool lights to name the main things. One very important note - This villa IS NOT child friendly, the paving around the pool is raised in areas and is razor sharp under foot, there are lots of steps, and there are a few death traps (ie, 6 foot + drops onto concrete that are not fenced / gated off.) We travelled with 2x one year old toddlers, and 2x four year old infants and we literally had to watch their every move. One the whole, we had a thoroughly enjoyable week but the villa needs some serious TLC to bring it back to the level of expectation that the description provides.

Good Morning Mike Thanks for submitting I review There are just some issues which I would like to clarify: (i) Location ...yes that was not correct on the site ...as it was incorrectly loaded for another property (which is located in the road parallel to the road where this Villa is located) we have been trying via VRBO to get this changed ..apologies for that ...but it is a very short drive as it is in the same Development ..Pinhal Velho Vilamoura (ii) The items that did not "work" ...the BBQ works , the outside speakers are faulty and probably would need replacing ..but there is a music system which previous guests have used ..and enjoyed. Wine cooler ..unfortunately this a MIELE brand and can only be serviced by a MIELE technician (who at the time of your stay happened to be on his annual leave)...the problem is a faulty electronic board which needs to be ordered and substituted...apologies for that ..but in defence of that ...there were two bar fridges downstairs ...a large fridge and separate freezer in the kitchen and a wine cellar downstairs. The outdoor / pool lighting ...this works on a timer switch and during the day it works fine ..tested ...at night when the irrigation system starts up ...water seeps into one of the outdoor garden light's "housing" and causes the system to trip on the main electric board as you were aware its not for the lack of trying to resolve the problem as the electrician was there a couple of times during your stay ...but as one can imagine trying to locate this type of problem when the irrigation system is off and there are more than 30 garden lights is not an easy task. The last resort was that we disconnected the irrigation system and left the pool light on all the time. (iii) In terms of the property not being child friendly ..yes the back area with the rock amphitheatre ...which is a retaining wall ..is certainly not kiddy friendly ..but that is on the far side of the house ...and no one really needs to go to that area due to the fact that there is more than enough open space in the front of the Villa and around the pool area. Looking after 4 toddlers is not an easy job irrespective of the property ...unless you choose one that is completely child proof with fences all over the show. When you selected the property the photos illustrated the property interior and exterior ... We are glad that you enjoyed your stay despite the few issues mentioned..you also forgot to mention the welcome pack ... Thank you

Fantastisch

Prachtig verblijf met genoeg ruimte voor iedereen. Grote zwembad met tuin rondom de villa (tegen verwarmde optie) Villa heeft ook een zeer nette wijk en omgeving. Zoek je een luxe verblijf met vrienden of familie? Zoek niet verder en boek. Restaurant tip voor gezellige sfeer: Parilla Natural, en reseveer het plekje onder de verlichte boom.

Property was amazing. Air conditioning throughout property. Lovely and spacious inside and out. Pool and jacuzzi both warm and inviting. We were a family of 12 plus a baby and had plenty of room. We used the option of the property manager organising transfer from airport to villa and back. Hassle free and easy. The taxis were also used to transport us to and from villa to marina and beach. Great value for money and the taxi people were so helpful and on time to suit our timescales everywhere we went. They also have car seats for all ages so no need to take your own. Just let them know what you need when booking taxi. Juicer was used all the time as the oranges you could buy whilst out and about were delicious . Supermarkets available local but we travelled 15/20 min to continental in loule as its great for choice. Ping pong and pool table had good use. BBQ was used and oven and hob to , no problems with any of it. Villa situated in nice location and you had sun all day long around the pool , but plenty of shade available close by for those that wanted it.

Excellent property, enjoyed a family holiday with 3 generations and all throughly enjoyed.

Renting the property was easy enough. My only comment would be that you may want to mention that there are 2 bedrooms downstairs as it’s not easy for older members of the family to go up and down. I believe the description is silent on there being another level.

The villa was more than we expected beautiful inside and out there was 15 of us staying in the villa and plenty of room the kitchen was well equipped and enough outdoor chairs for us to eat outside and sunbathe I would recommend the villa and the service by Isabel and Andre

Family celebration

Pre-arrival we contacted the property manager and they organised an early arrival as one of our party had an early flight into Faro. They were shown around the property and everything was explained, although the audio/video system was a bit complicated and as a result was rarely used during our stay. When the full party had arrived we were extremely happy with the cleanliness and facilities on offer and the grounds and the pool area were wonderful for the entire family with seating areas both close to and away from the pool. The pool was heated and was ideal for our party, which included two young children. We made the most of the pool and the hot tub during our stay. The location is great; close to all of the main golf clubhouses, and only a 10 minute walk from Millennium/Laguna, where the food was pretty good also. Only a 5 minute drive to the Marina/Falesia beach or alternatively a 40 minute walk. Also convenient for the supermarkets (Spar on the road to the old course, and Aldi/Lidl in Boliquieme, 10 minutes drive away). Regular visit from the cleaner (Maria) for towels and bedding change, and Andre was also very attentive to any issue when it arose. The only downside was a slow internet service, running at not much more than 4mbps, which made streaming a bit laborious, especially as we are sports fans keen on watching cricket and the US Open golf. Overall however a lovely villa in a great location, run by a well organised management team, who helped us out on every request. Well worth a visit.

Absolutely beautiful

Fantastic villa with all the modern facilities available. Beautiful quiet location perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of life. A great 45 minute walk into Vilamoura which offers everything for the holiday maker - would definitely go back. Andre, works for the villa company, was a lovely chap and accommodated our every need especially hiring a wheelchair and cot for our family, thanking you.

This villa is amazing, the photos do not do it justice. It is absolutely stunning!

I stayed there this summer with my family, there was 14 of us but in this villa there was room to spare, it is huge! Everything is beautiful and will kept. We had some minor issues which were dealt with immediately, we were well taken care of. I loved our holiday in this villa and would definitely return.
