Spacious holiday home near the North Sea beach

Our beautiful and spacious holiday home with lots of privacy and a large garden (450 m3) is located on the quiet De Keizerskroon bungalow park. The garden is completely enclosed and offers parking on private land for 2 or 3 cars. Garden with terrace is facing south. The terrace is partly protected with a windshield so you can sit comfortably out of the wind and quickly sit outside
 
The house has three bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower / toilet and on the 1st floor a separate laundry room with a second toilet, an open kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher, gas stove with oven, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker and Senseo machine. In the living room there is a TV (more than 60 channels) with DVD player and radio / CD player. In this modern age Wifi is of course not missing. In addition, there is the cozy and sunny conservatory with a long table for 8 people. There is also a 2nd large fridge. There is a barbecue ready for you and a high chair is also available.
Near the house on the park is a soccer field and a restaurant. There are play equipment. At the adjacent holiday park you can use the various facilities (for a fee): golf, tennis, bowling and a subtropical swimming pool.
The beach is within walking distance of the house and is one of the cleanest beaches in the Netherlands and, last but not least, has the most sun hours. For your shopping you can visit the largely covered and spacious shopping center on a daily basis. Another selection from the countless possibilities in the area: a day on Texel (boat at 8 km), horse riding, the Hoenderdael estate and a ride along the beautiful flower and tulip fields (April / May).
