Il dispose d'une belle piscine privée de construction récente entourée d'un grand jardin qui permet des jeux extérieurs le rendant idéal pour des vacances en famille et surtout avec des enfants. Entièrement équipé et rénové a WIFI, TV satellite, air conditionné et un ping-pong.
Il est situé à proximité des meilleures plages du nord de Majorque telles que Formentor et Alcudia et à 15 minutes à pied du centre de Puerto Pollensa, où se trouvent une variété de bars, restaurants, magasins, supermarchés, pharmacies et autres services locaux.

Fab short getaway!

The property was clean and tidy on arrival and in an excellent location. We could easily walk to the bars and restaurants and to the stunning coastline. The outside area is the best part of the villa with a gorgeous pool and patio area. Would definitely stay here again.

A truly gorgeous villa in a perfect location

We had the most amazing stay at Cristina's villa. Everything worked perfectly, the villa is really comfortable, the outside space is stunning, it's about 3 minutes walk to the sea and it's located in the quiet end of Puerto Pollenca. We honestly had a perfect stay, and will be returning.

This villa was perfect for what we needed, minutes from the pine walks and the beach and a short walk to the Store. It was really clean, well furnished and stocked with what we needed and Cristina was amazing at responding to our needs like bed guards for the kids. Loads of seating areas outside and a lovely clean pool and garden. Will definitely stay again.

Great place to stay

We had a wonderful 3 days in the villa. The outdoor area with the pool is particularly lovely - even more so than it looks on the photos!The location is great - very close to the seafront and a lovely walk along the pine walk to get into the town in the evenings. I would definitely recommend it. The property manager was very helpful and waiting for us when we arrived. The rooms are all nice, with their own bathrooms. I would recommend staying here.

Amazing

We had an amazing stay at the villa. The pool/garden area is perfect for chilling, eating, sunbathing and just having a good time with the family. The house has everything you need. You can walk 20-30 minutes to the port along a long promenade with many boutiques and places to eat and drink or staying at the beach.
