I loved this property. Beds were comfortable and it was exactly as described. Really great location. Quick walk to the beachfront. It had everything we needed. Only issue was with the drains but Giancarlo came out in 30 mins to fix the situation so not ideal but very quick to provide help.

Thank you for your honest review. I am sorry you experienced problems with the drains but the pipes are very antiquated in the urbinisation. You had really bad storms whilst you were there and a number of other houses experiend problems in the area. I am sorry it detracted from your holiday and prompted you to only give a 4 star rating

A very nice villa in a secluded location but very close to beach and centre of Porta Pollensa. Great airconditioning which was very quiet and effective and very comfortable beds with nice bedding and lovely towels. Very well equipped and nicely appointed. A very comfortable villa would highly recommend

Great location for a relaxing holiday

Enjoyed our stay here. Communication with host was easy and we were able to check in early which was helpful. Outside space is perfect for relaxing by the pool and everything we needed was walkable from the house.

The villa is just lovely. Great outdoor space and pool area. Decor is really nice, all rooms and accommodation are on the ground floor. Excellent location, just 5 mins walk from the sea. 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedroom could benefit from full length mirrors. The host John is really helpful and responsive and was very accommodating when asked for a later checkout as we were fortunate that there was no guests coming that day. None the less not every property owner would be so accommodating. It made such a difference to the last day and therefore the overall enjoyment of our trip. We loved our experience so much that we have booked to go back to this villa next year.

Very relaxing holiday

The villa is in a great location, with easy access to restaurants and bars. However, the best bit is relaxing on a sun lounger by the pool. The villa is spacious with air-con and all the mod-cons you need.

Porto Pollenca stay

Gorgeous property, exactly as portrayed. Easy walk to restaurants and beach. Taxis were very accessible and responsive. Kids loved the swimming pool. Outdoor dining space was our default gathering spot. Restaurant The Store five minutes away was the find of the week.

Perfect family villa. We stayed here for a week in September. The location of the villa is great for accessing the pine walk and the rest of Puerto Pollença. There is a bit of a walk into town but if that’s an issue we used Mallorcacab to take taxis. There were 7 adults and we loved the villa. Outdoor spaces are lovely and we tended to use these even on the rainy day we had we were still able to sit at the outdoor eating area. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Would have liked a change of sheets and towels during our stay but that’s only if staying over 7 days. Would definitely recommend booking.

Excellent stay at a lovely villa

The villa was spotlessly clean. Decor was simple but very tasteful and all essentials were provided. The large swimming pool was very welcome. The villa owner was very helpful and responsive in providing additional advice and recommendations. Check in and check out was simple. The location is perfect- a 15 minute walk to restaurants but situated in a quiet residential district.

Absolutely Perfect

Thank you so much for our wonderful stay in your property. The location is perfect just a stroll to the pine walk and the amenities are brilliant. We have stayed in many villas in Mallorca and this was by far the best. 5e rooms are large, the bathrooms are lovely, the kitchen is well appointed and maintained and the outdoor areas are fabulous. The outdoor dining area is a particular highlight and we spent most evenings there. Thanks again we will be back if you will have us!

Stunning villa!

We were a party of 6 family members ranging from 22 to 76 years of age and it was perfect for all of us. The villa was as described, beautifully clean and well equipped. Communication was excellent with prompt responses to any queries. The outside space was superb with lots of options of places to relax in the sun or shade. The outside dining area was great during the day as it's shaded but also a nice place to congregate in the evenings with its soft lighting. The gas BBQ came in very handy when staying in and cooking for ourselves. Would highly recommended and would definitely stay again!
