Located in the village of Cabo de Gata and 200 meters from the beach with air conditioning and heating in bedrooms and living room. Built on a plot of 50m square. Renovated in May 2011. It consists of 2 bedrooms, (main with wardrobe, 2nd bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed, modular wardrobe), terrace, 2 bathrooms, both with shower (one upstairs and one downstairs), kitchen ; 4 ring stove, cooking utensils, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, kettle. Small utility (patio). Total capacity 5 people.

Cabo de Gata, also called San Miguel de Cabo de Gata is a small fishing village with crystal clear waters and long beaches, where you can comfortably explore the Natural Park of Cabo de Gata-Nijar and enjoy the beauty and charm of its quiet beaches. It has one of the most beautiful coastlines and ecological richness of the western Mediterranean and an extension of 38 000 hectares, to which must be added a strip of sea a mile wide (12 000 ha), the Natural Park Cabo de Gata has become one of the natural jewels for tourism in Almeria, Andalucia and Spain.
Getting around
The most practical and comfortable is getting around by car, guests can park their car on Broad Street next to the apartment, there is a bus line that connects Cabo de Gata with the city several times a day, the bus stop is 100 meters from the apartment. Schöne zentrale Unterkunft am Fuss des Regionalparks
José Manuel's Unterkunft ist komfortabel und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen schönen Urlaub am Cabo de Gata benötigt. Bis zu den schönsten Ecken sind es nur rund 15 Minuten Fahrt und die Wohnung ist gemütlich. Es fehlt in der Küche an nichts, das WiFi ist schnell und stabil und alles in einem guten Zustand.

Schöne Wohnung in ursprünglichem Fischerdorf
Schöne Wohnung, gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und relativ ruhig gelegen. Sehr netter Vermieter. Uns hat allerdings der Ort Agua Armaga besser gefallen. Empfohlene Lektüre: Cabo de Gata von Eugen Ruge.

Geräumige Ferienwohnung nah am Naturschutzgebiet
José ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der sich gut um seine Gäste kümmert.
Die Ferienwohnung liegt im kleinen Fischerdorf; zwar nicht direkt am Strand, aber da das Dorf sehr klein ist, kann man alles binnen 10min problemlos zu Fuß erreichen. Vor der Wohnung gibt ausreichend Möglichkeiten, ein Auto zu parken, was sehr komfortabel ist.
Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Unten gibt es ein kombiniertes Ess-/Wohnzimmer sowie Küche und ein Bad. Oben gibt es zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Balkone und ein weiteres Bad. Alles ist zweckmäßig und modern eingerichtet sowie sehr sauber. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Klimaanlagen und Heizmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden, Internet per WLAN ebenso. Die Kommunikation mit José klappte problemlos auf Englisch. Er hat uns alles gezeigt und die Wohnung erklärt. Er hat uns auch noch ein paar gute Tips gegeben, was im nahen Naturschutzgebiet anschauen sollte (z.B. die Flamingos!).
Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage. Wir kommen gern wieder.

A lovely base from which to explore the Cabo de Gata-Nijar National Park
Well-proportioned, very clean property with useful 2nd bathroom and great drying facilities for beach wear and equipment. Near the beach with easy parking outside the front door. Close to local restaurants and only 3km from well-stocked small supermarket. Easy to reach some stunning beaches from this great villa.

Nice modern duplex in Cabo de Gata
The apartment has a very modern and tastfull shape. It is perfectly equiped everithing was clean, new and in good condition. The contact with the host was uncomplicated and friendly. He offered very good Information material about the hole area of Cabo de Gata and Almeria. . We liked that Cabo de Gata is not a typical holiday ghetto. The accomodation is situated in a quiet road of the village (easy to leave the car) it takes only few minutes walk to the beach and some infrastructure.
