Spacious and bright apartment, sleeps 5, at the entrance of the village
The 70 sqm property is located on the first and last floor in a very quiet area, a few minutes walk from the center, is surrounded by a communal garden, with shrubs and trees typical of the Mediterranean scrub, with a field in the center tennis court which use is free of charge for our customers.

Ample parking in the area in front of the residence.

The house, with attention to the smallest details, is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, consists of a large living room with sofa bed, relaxation corner, 43-inch satellite TV, fireplace and open kitchen complete with everything, large terrace level with complete privacy, mountain and condominium garden view, perfect for enjoying the sunset, having lunch and dinner outside.

The house is ideal for those who choose a relaxing holiday with family or couple.

The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, large wardrobes and a balcony with a wide view.

The apartment is completed by the bathroom with hydromassage shower cabin and washing machine.

In five minutes by car you can reach beaches of incomparable beauty such as Simius, Porto Sa Ruxi, Campulongu, Porto Giunco, Spiaggia Del Riso, Punta Molenti and Notteri as well as the marine reserve of Capo Carbonara, an ideal place for diving and snorkelling. About 200 meters from the apartment there is the stop for the Summerbus which stops at all the beaches; same stop for the Shuttlebus to and from the Elmas Airport and the public transport line to the center of Cagliari.
In the immediate vicinity there are shops, bars, pizzerias, restaurants, hairdressers and the new Museo Del Mare.
Equipment provided: iron and ironing board, hairdryer, microwave, toaster, American coffee maker and umbrellas.
Please kindly observe the release time of the apartment at 10.00 am.
Upon request change of linen and bathroom set,
From the 2. week onwards a change od linen and towels will be payed on site.
The welcome and assistance is guaranteed by the owners or trusted persons.

Great vacation!

Cozy apartment, very well equiped with everything you need for a wonderful time. The apartment has washing machine and dishwater, a modern shower cabin and a charming balcony. Great location for town and beaches

Walk to town and restaurants. Within 15 minutes drive time of numerous beautiful sandy beaches. Warm welcoming host Maurizio met us when we arrived and recommended places for us to see and dine. Great to have a washer in the place. Beds were very comfortable. Two patios - one for drying laundry and one for dining. Had a wonderful 3 weeks in Villasimius. We will return.

Schöne Wohnung für einen erholsamen Urlaub an den Stränden von Villasimius. Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage mit Parkplätzen vor dem Haus. Ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Wir haben insbesondere bei den heißen Tagen die Klimaanlage in allen Räumen genossen. Sehr angenehm war auch, dass alle Fenster Rollos hatten, die komplatt dicht waren und keinerlei Tageslicht durchliessen. Wir konnten so sehr lange am morgen schlafen und uns gut erholen.

Prachtig appartement op loopafstand van alle voorzieningen

We werden hartelijk welkom geheten, door Maurizio. Hij vertelde uitgebreid over het appartement, de stranden, de eetgelegenheden en zelfs over de gerechten die we zeker moesten proberen. Het appartement was voorzien van alle benodigheden en er waren meer dan genoeg parkeerplaatsen voor de deur. Diverse prachtige stranden in de buurt en een trip naar Cagliari ( 45 minuten) is prima te doen via uitstekende wegen.Villasimius zelf is 5 minuten lopen en daar is ook genoeg vertier voor iedereen . We komen er graag een keer terug

VILLASIMIUS MIT HUND

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Wir wurden vor Ort sehr herzlich Empfangen und mit sehr hilfreichen Tipps für die Region ausgestattet. Die Wohnung war genauso so wie sie beschrieben wurde und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziges Manko für den Ort war, dass der Hundestrand in VILLASIMIUS uns nicht gefallen hat und wir deshalb an die „Costa del Rei -Tiliguerta Dog Beach“ ausweichen mussten und dementsprechend mehr mit dem Auto unterwegs waren als geplant. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tranquillità

Il soggiorno in questa struttura è stato molto piacevole. La casa pulitissima e dotata di tutto. La posizione comoda con facilità di parcheggio libero ( giugno). Il centro raggiungibile a piedi percorrendo una strada un po' in salita all' inizio. Il supermercato più comodo per vicinanza e parcheggio é l' eurospin. Le spiagge sono tutte raggiungibili in pochi minuti d' auto o con bus. Quasi tutte a pagamento ( 5 euro intera giornata, ma ci si può spostare da una spiaggia all' altra nella stessa giornata con lo stesso ticket) . Nelle vicinanze della casa vari ristoranti e pizzerie. Ottimo soggiorno. Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibilissimo.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Wir wurden herzlich von Harald & seiner Frau empfangen. Der Check-in verlief zuverlässig. Wir erhielten tolle Restaurantempfehlungen. Harald konnten wir während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes erreichen, die Kommunikation war sehr angenehm. Von der Wohnung ist man zu Fuß in 7 Minuten im Zentum. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke. Zu den Stränden im Umkreis ein Katzensprung mit dem Auto. In der Wohnung ist alles da, was man benötigt. Wie im Angebot beschrieben. Auch Bügeleisen, Fön, Waschmaschine, Sonnenschirme. Klimaanlage. Netter Bereich zum Draußensitzen. Herzlichen Dank für Alles!

Appartement tout confort à Villasimius, un spot parfait pour le farniente

Très bon emplacement à la fois proche de toutes les commodités (magasins, boutiques, restaurants) et surtout des magnifiques plages de Villasimius. Harald est très prévenant, disponible et nous a dispensé les bonnes informations en sachant s’adapter à nos envies (belles plages, bons restaurants…) et à nos besoins (repos, calme, endroit pour se poser et prendre la distance avec le quotidien). nous aimons les plages et nous avons été conquis par cet emplacement réellement extraordinaire. Campo lungo, Timi Ama, del Riso, porto Giunco, Simius sont dignes de leur notoriété. pouvoir goûter à des plats de qualité grace aux adresses de restaurant données par Harald. il pousse le détail à nous orienter vers les meilleures plages adaptées au vent du moment. évidemment la météo idéale du sud de la Sardaigne n’a rien gâchée ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cet endroit 😃

Villasimius, petite perle du sud Sardaigne

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances dans l'appartement de notre hôte qui était exempt de tout reproche. Les photos mises en ligne correspondent parfaitement à la réalité. La terrasse et la pièce principale sont très agréables, les deux chambres spacieuses et la cuisine très correctement équipée. Le wifi est efficace et il y a une télévision connectée. Le propriétaire de l'appartement, Harald, est extrêmement prévenant et à l'écoute de ses clients. Il nous a fait part spontanément à notre arrivée de ses bonnes petites adresses de restaurants, plages et criques, bars et autres spots à visiter. Grâce à lui on a pu pleinement apprécier cette petite station balnéaire qui recèle de nombreuses petites plages à l'eau cristalline et transparente (je n'exagère pas). Encore un grand merci à Harald pour tous ses bons conseils tout au long de notre séjour !

Sejour parfait à Villasimius

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans l'appartement. Tout est conforme à l'annonce. L'appartement est à deux pas de la rue centrale de la ville, des supermarchés et à 5-10 minutes de voiture des nombreuses plages entourant la ville. Surtout, l'accueil d'Harald a été très chaleureux et la communication facile. Toujours disponible, il nous a donné des conseils sur les plages, les restaurants, la logistique... Merci beaucoup, five stars ;)

Très beau séjour

Excellent séjour dans ce bel appartement, très bien situé, confortable, propre, très bien équipé. Harald est très agréable,disponible, serviable, aux petits soins pour ses locataires, un accueil très chaleureux ! Il nous a donné de très bonnes adresses et même réservé d'excellents restaurants ! Schöner Aufenthalt!

Das Apartment ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es beinhaltet alles was man benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wenn man ein Anliegen hatte, wurde sich der Sache direkt angenommen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Was man besonders hervorheben kann ist der Empfang deutscher Sender über Satellit. Im Juli ist es eben sehr heiß und während der Mittagszeit konnten wir es manchmal nur im Inneren aushalten. Da war es schon ganz nett sich einfach mal berieseln zu lassen, während man auf den Abend wartet :) Das einzige was uns gefehlt hat ist das WLAN, da wir gerne viel über den Ort, in dem wir uns befinden recherchieren, ob es nun um mögliche Ausflüge oder weitere Tipps rund um den Urlaubsort geht. Es ist aber eben nur eine Kleinigkeit, die dem einen oder anderen nicht so wichtig sein wird. Es sollte auch nicht unerwähnt bleiben, dass sich die Wohnung in der Nähe des Zentrums von Villasimius befindet (ca. 5 Gehminuten). Jeden Abend sind wir problemlos durchs Zentrum flaniert und haben unser Gelato genossen. Was will man denn bitte mehr? ;) Auch der schöne Strand Campulongu ist nur 5 Fahrminuten entfernt! Danke für die schöne Zeit! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Good base in the region!

We had a good time during our holidays in Villasimius. The town offers a good base to explore the wonderful clear water beaches nearby. There are so many!

We visited in June and many were shallow for quite few meters, ideal for toddlers/young children. The flat was clean upon arrival. Location wise, I thought it would be a bit more central, but the town centre of Villasimius is actually quite small. You can walk to the centre, a good 10min walk. Waste wise, you do have to bring your own compost and non-recyclable waste to the recycling centre (a few min away from the flat by car) which is manageable but to note that there is no kerbside collection. The flat has a nice terrace with mountain/countryside view, as seen in the listing description. There were however a few things that were not as per the flat description on Vrbo: there was no wifi in the flat and it wasn’t a smartTV (common definition of smartTV is ability to browse netflix or amazonTv etc). There was satellite though. This was something that Harald the flat owner acknowledged and helped us solve with providing us an internet connection that we could hotspot on. Parking wise, we did have a spot to park our car on, but I don’t think it is a private car space (as mentioned in the listing), it felt more of a first come first served, but as we were travelling right before the high season it’s been ok. It’s also a shame (but nothing you can do really!) about the view from the living room being on a nearby building in ruins.

 Upon arrival, we were also notified that the fridge was out of order, it was quickly replaced the next day.

At the end of our first week which had very hot weather, we had some issues with the electricity, the mains switching off when the AC was on in addition to either the dishwasher or oven. Again, the flat owner was very responsive and got in touch with the electricity provider to increase the electrical capacity of the flat.

 We were the first renters of the season so I believe it should be a bit smoother for the upcoming bookings!

Great Spacious Apartment with Fab Mountain Views

We're just home from a fabulous week in Villasimius. Harald's lovely apartment worked out really well. It was super clean, spacious with all necessary mod cons, three supermarkets within easy reach, and just a short 10 min walk to the main piazza. We also really appreciated the good quality beach chairs/umbrellas too as even in late September the weather was hot! Harald's a great host -- he left us a lovely care package on arrival and we especially loved his restaurant/wine/cheese recommendations. We visited Sa Tankitta on his advice and weren’t disappointed. In fact we went three times during the week as the food was awesome, service great but definitely make a reservation as it's a popular spot! But the best thing about Villasimius are the beaches. Our favourites were Porto Giunco, Punta Molentis (gets really crowded though, even in Sep) and Cala Pira, which is just south of Costa Rei. Definitely recommend hiring a car to explore all the surrounding beaches as they are simply fabulous. Crystal clear, warm, turquoise blue water full of fish! We also hired a boat (we used Sud Nautica located in the marina) which was great fun and the perfect way to see the coastline. It’s a wonderful place to holiday - we'll definitely return.
