A lovely stay if you want night life there is plenty of that in the marina, we did go out for a few nights but our stay was more relaxing break and it was perfect. Also gary was the perfect host couldn't have ask for anymore

Perfect home from home

Just returned from 10 nights break. Immaculate clean. Seafront location just far back enough to escape the direct promenade noise ( not that it was noisy in winter season). Bright airy inside out feeling in this clever apartnent. Heating if you need it, for winter. We didn't. I appreciated the soft touches like blankets pillow to snug and tissues ( i arrived with a cold )..A trolley to aid shopping which is 5 min walk away. Buses on your door step to explore. It feels like the owners have actually stayed over , everthing covered you could need. Great mirrors, plug adapters and hair dryer . Great storage to unpack. Large bin in the kitchen and fully stocked kitchen..TV wirh great channels and bright sun terraces X 2. Nice welcome on arrival with helpful tips about the area. Really appreciated bin bags, toilet roll to ensure comfortable start to the holiday that you dont always get. Perfect. Planning to return..

Amazing Stay!

This December, our family spent the Christmas holidays at Gary's apartment, and we were very pleased with it! Gary is an excellent and very thoughtful host. His apartment is well-equipped with everything you need, featuring a modern design with a beautiful sea view, and prepared for guests as if they had been waiting specifically for you. Gary is an amazing host, very friendly and hospitable! He personally picked up our mom in his car, gave detailed instructions on how to use all the equipment, and showed us where the nearest shops are located. Our mom wanted to mention that Gary welcomes guests like old friends or relatives! On a ten-point scale, we would rate both the service and the apartment as a perfect ten-plus. Thank you, Gary, for your attention, care, and comfortable stay!

Fabby apartment, Gary was a good host, gave very good information when meeting him. The only thing was the second bed was not to our liking. Very soft compared to the main bed. Apart from that a great apartment.

Great service!

Gary was always available and service minded! The flat was clean when we arrived. Gary provided all the necessary things you need on a holiday such as towels for the beach, hand towels and for bathing. There was also toilet paper, hand paper, hand- and dish soap. To summarize the staying everything was great! Just book this flat with confidence and you won’t regret your choice. Joni with family

Excellent place for a vacation.

Gary’s apartment is wonderful and the view of the Mediterranea is awesome! The location is just perfect, close to everything: beach, grocery, busses, boutiques, restaurants, pharmacy… Gary is an excellent host and he is very easy to reach if necessary. Everything you need is in the condo except maybe some soap and shampooing. Thank you Gary for everything. Marie and Leo (Canada)

We had a very nice time at this place. It was very clean and tidy and very well furnished. Everything we needed was within walking distance. Gary was a great host who did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. Will definitely come back

Great apartment with a fabulous view

A great apartment in a good location, easy access to all local amenities. There is a bus stop within a short distance on the main road from which you can travel to most other resorts. The apartment is comfortable, well equipped and has everything you need if you are self catering. The TV and internet are good with the benefit of British channels. The two balconies were a bonus offering sunshine and shade and wonderful views. Gary, our host was great and very helpful. We have no hesitation in recommending the apartment and would use it again when staying in this area.

Très bel appartement avec une localisation superbe!

Nous avons passé 9 jours avec nos 2 enfants dans cette appartement et nous avons adoré! L'appartement est impeccable et très fonctionnel. La localisation est idéale pour l'accès à la plage et à tous les commerces. La vue des 2 balcons est tout simplement superbe. Gary a été très accueillant et très aidant. Je recommande fortement!

L appartement est parfait! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour! Gary est très sympathique et disponible pour des questions. Super bel accueil! La vue des deux balcons est à couper le souffle! J y retournais sans hésiter et le recommande fortement! Très bien situé près de café et épicerie à pied. Pleins de boutique. Convient parfaitement pour une famille de 4. Wir kommen wieder !

Die Beschreibung der Wohnung ist eigentlich untertrieben.....das Apartment hat alles für einen perfekten Urlaub ! Von der Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Vermieter Gary bis zur Schlüsselübergabe läuft alles Reibungslos. Die Fotos entsprechen der Realität, einfach ein perfekt und modern eingerichtetes Apartment. Der Blick auf Meer & Berge, die Einkaufs- und Essengelegenheiten in unmittelbarer Umgebung und die Anbindung an Bus & Bahn sind genial für einen erholsamen Urlaub ohne Auto. Die Umgebung lädt zu tollen Ausflügen ein. Malaga, Marbella oder die kleinen Bergdörfer sind per Bus bequem erreichbar. Nach den Ausflügen kann man wunderbar im großen Pool relaxen. Gary ist ein hilfsbereiter und zuverlässiger Vermieter, der selbst Probleme vor Ort kurzfristig behebt !!!! Wir (2 Erwachsene + 2 Kinder) haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und werden wieder kommen ! Danke Gary für diese tolle Wohnung, mitten unter Einheimischen und in einer fabelhaften Umgebung.

Great Stay in Fantastic Apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartment which is the definition of small but perfectly formed. Spotlessly clean with great views of the sea and two balcony areas, it has eveything you could need. The walk to the Marina was abit far for us in the heat but we got a taxis the next time which was very reasonable. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and Gary was extremely helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend

Great place to stay

Great clean, well serviced, safe apartment with a wonderful view. This spacious, comfortable 2 bedroom apartment has everything you need from Wi-Fi, copious TV channels to extra towels. The grounds of the complex are well maintained and secure as an access code is required to enter the facility. The manager, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Would recommend this apartment to my friends for sure.

Fabulous

Arrived at the apartment I can honestly say who ever stays at this apartment will not be disappointed. The apartment has everything you need and is so clean and a lovely comfy bed makes all the difference.The balconys are amazing front and back (really) as you don't get many like that. Gary the owner is so helpful arranged transport and communicated via email which was great also got some groceries for us as we arrived late. Would defiantly recommend this apartment . We will stay at Gary's again on our return to Belanmedena. Many thanks Gary had a lovely time in Belamedena.

Very well maintained apartment

We've stayed for a week in August. The photos and description on this website are very accurate: a high quality apartment, clean and very well-maintained. Gary has thought about everything, even beach towels, chairs and umbrella; shopping trolleys. The beach is less than 5 minutes walk; a big supermarket is less than 10 minutes walk. There is a nice swimming pool to refresh with a few residents around.

Perfect apartment and location

The photos really don't do this fantastic apartment justice. It is a great size, so bright and clean, with fantastic views. Everything you need and more is supplied and a really comfy bed! Gary, owner, is a pleasure. So friendly and helpful. He arrange a taxi both ways for us ( €30 including tip) well worth it as totally stress free and quick. The pool is quiet most of the time and the beach a 5 minute stroll away. There are plenty of restaurants close by and the marina, with a load more restaurants, is a pleasant 20- 30 minute walk along the seafront. I really can't think of anything negative. Book with confidence, relax and enjoy, which is exactly what we did 😊 ( Thanks Gary- we will be back)

The apartment is very modern, clean and beaudifully decorated. Nice view to the sea and the mountens because it has two balconies. It is near the sea, restaurants, supermakets and still very quiet. Gary is the moust helpful owner. He took me to supermarket when we arrive, range taxi to apartment. I defenetly would recommend it to anyone. This was best vacation ever we had. And somethin in finninsh Luotettava omistaja. Kaunis todella siisti asunto. Kaikki tarvittava löytyy. Hienolla paikalla skandinaavinen sisustus. Juuri remontoitu. Voin suositella lämpimästi !! Another brilliant holiday

This is the 3 rd time we have stayed in this apartment, Gary as always made us welcome once again. The apartment is on the top floor and as great views it also catches the sun both in the morning from the front and the afternoon around the back Its also handy with the beach only a couple of minutes walk away and plenty of great bars and restraunts only a few hundred metres away can't wait until our next visit which won't belong

Great views, helpful owner

The apartment is comfortable, very modern and spotlessly clean. It is in a quiet position but only a few minutes walk from the sea, restaurants and shops. The views from both balconies are great and you have the choice of sitting in the sun or the shade. The apartment is very well equipped and the TV is big with internet channels. The sofa is comfortable and so is the bed - important for those of us getting on a bit. Travel from Malaga airport by train takes about 20 minutes and is only E2.50. Gary kindly picked us up from the station and booked a taxi to take us back there. Gary is approachable, reliable and very helpful. Can highly recommend a stay here.

Sheer Excellence

Having been renting holiday properties for over twenty-five years, we can say that this is one of the best properties we have ever rented. It is fabulously light and airy apartment in a development with well-kept grounds and pool. The apartment is stylishly furnished and equipped to a very high standard. The views from both the back as well as the front are fantastic. The whole place was spotlessly clean, and the wi-fi was fast and had capacity to support all of our devices. It is well located, with the nearest beach just a few minutes walk away, and a wide variety of restaurants and bars close by. Benalmadena is a great resort, with something for everyone. Gary is a superb host, very friendly and attentive to needs, as well as having vast knowledge of the local area.

We try our upmost best to please our customers, hoping for repeat bookings and good recommendation of the apartment.

Living within a 5 minute drive of the property, this means we are always on hand if you have any issues how ever big or small.

The apartment has been recently refurbished to a high standard. Modern immaculate interior., always receive fantastic feedback from our guests.

This stunning apartment has panoramic views of the Benalmadena Costa and the Complex is set in spectacular maintained gardens and a beautiful pool.

The apartment is fully equipped with everything you could ask for including Fibre Optic WiFi and complete UK TV channels
