Yes this a nice place to stay but had too many maintenance issues and we didn't have a working washer and dryer , they did give us another unit to do wash in but not convenient

Great Condo

Overall our stay was great. Location was wonderful, condo met our needs nicely. Could be outfitted a little better and had a very minor bug issue. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Ocean Condo

Very comfortable and homey. Close to most anything you will need, within walking distance. 3 most popular beaches, and not a long drive to others. This is our second time staying here.

The suite was okay, ice maker not dispensing, numerous light switches don’t work, poor dishwashing quality, breaker kicked out. Wet laundry was left for us in the machine when we arrived, lower front curtains stained.The property itself was poorly maintained, dum socks laying around in front of the suites for the duration. The garbage can by the sand shower was never emptied in 11 days. Pool area not cleaned daily, walkways sandy and full of tree debris.

Kihei sunsets

This place is perfect for a small family. Swimming, surfing break up the street, walk to food and touristy stuff. We will be back for sure.

Our second stay here…Beach across the street 🏖️, beautiful Sunsets 🌅, great food and shopping within walking distance. Check out The Cinnamon Roll Place…grab one and enjoy it while sitting on the beach. Thank You again for a wonderful stay, looking forward to our next visit!

Easy booking, easy check-in process, Excellent location, excellent full furnishings! It accommodated the 6 of us comfortably! We would definitely stay in this unit again! Would've given a five star review, but it could've been a bit cleaner. The kitchen needs a good deep cleaning, the couches/sofa beds need better cleaning, the floors under the couches & beds need not be ignored and the walls need to be cleaned or paint touch ups. Overall, the unit probably needs more frequent deep cleanings, but we weren't unhappy with our stay!

Family Loved it!

Condo is right across the beach (2-minute walk). Close to the stores and shops.This is great for the family. Plenty seating space for the kids. AC, WiFi, full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit. Parking right in front of unit with extra visitor stalls.We had an issue, but it was solved right away.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at Kihei Akahi. The unit is a bit outdated and could use some updates. Also the cleanliness could use some attention to detail. But overall it was fine. Would definitely stay again

Maui 2018

We stayed in Tyler's condo with our Daughter and her partner. The condo was the perfect setup for 2 couples. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The condo was clean and well appointed with everything you need for your stay. We would highly recommend this unit.

Room with an awesome view!

Fabulous location, right across from the Kaneohe beach park II. Busy road but it quiets down at night. We could see the sunset from our lanais. Beach stuff for adults and kids were appreciated by all

Great Condo

The condo was clean. The view of the beach was blocked by a few trees but it was still a good view. It was very close to a couple restaurants and shops. Beach chairs and other beach items were supplied, so I didn't have to rent them.

Holiday in Hawaii

This was a great trip. The location of the property couldn't be beat. It was a minute walk to the beach. There were many restaurants within walking distance. There were beach chairs, an umbrella, towels, etc for use. I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the carpet on the stairs. The bathrooms could also use an update. However, it was a great stay. We would definitely come back.

Great view, great location

Very comfortable accommodation, air conditioning worked well, beautiful ocean view. Everything worked perfectly until the dryer stopped on our last night. It was quite late when it happened, so I hope there was time to fix it before the next group came. We texted the manager, but didn’t hear back, so we can only assume it was taken care of. We would definitely stay here again, the whole experience was wonderful.

Great location but pay attention to the A/C

Location was great, right across the street from the beach. Town house was as described. En-suite laundry is convenient. BBQs by the pool were also a nice addition. My only complaint would be the air conditioner. It’s on a timer which wouldn’t be a problem but the maximum time is 6 hours which isn’t long enough to make it through the night. Having an 8 hour timer would make more sense. It got hot quickly when the timer would run out.

Great Location

This property was just as represented. The kitchen served our needs and we were right across the street from Kam2 Beach. We even used the pool. The owner was very responsive which helped when we had an AC issue. Note to others, make sure to close up the unit when leaving for day. The split AC units have a hard time catching up when the unit is hot. The owner was having the units recharged. We would definitely stay again.
