Perfect location with all of the amenities.

Owner was very accommodating with our every need. Place was clean and updated. Incredible food within walking distance, and downtown is right around the corner. Very comfortable mattress too!

Denver oasis

Great home during our 5 day stay in Denver! Perfect for our family of 5 including a 5 year old, 3 year old and 6 week old... We didn't spend much time there but really appreciated the AC as temperatures were in the 90s! Very clean, quiet, well-equipped kitchen, beds super comfy, pacnplay much appreciated. Plenty of cool bugs in the backyard to entertain the kids! Would highly recommend to other families.

In Need of Some Care

Overall, the home was just OK. Really in need of some upgrades to make the place comfortable. The paper curtains in the windows throughout the house were ripped. Shower curtain was dirty, pots and pans were not in great shape and should be replaced soon... Back yard had a plywood board over a large hole, weeds in the front yard.

The location was great. Nice neighborhood and short drive to downtown. Probably would not stay here again when in Denver next time.

Cool place

Pros: Nice place. Very modern. Comfy bed. Pretty good location. 420-friendly. Very quiet street. Feels safe. Amazing breakfast/lunch restaurant around the corner (The Universal). It's pretty awesome that the place has a guitar (and some board games). There is Roku with Netflix.

Cons: The window treatments are made out of paper and are ripped in some places. The backyard and front yard need a mow. There are some weeds that are 3 or 4 feet tall (I'm not kidding). The wifi is a lot slower than I'm used to. The Direct TV only has the basic channels.

Perfect!

The house was super hard to find in the dark our first night but it was WONDERFUL! Even though it was stocked with coffee we walked to seven eleven every morning and then took a stroll around the neighborhood. We also walked to wells (a pizza place one night) we headed that way on a recommendation to try uncles but didn't make it. Enough room for two couples to be comfortable for our entire stay. Loved having outdoor seating to enjoy the perfect Colorado weather. Will stay here AGAIN!

Car: recommended

The Highlands is full of fun. Walking distance to parks, restaurants, coffee shops and more. Downtown is just a short 5-minute cab ride away. Go see a Broncos game only 3 miles away. Walk around Sloan's Lake for great views. Enjoy hiking in the foothills. Go for some skiing or zip lining in the mountains and come home to relax in comfort and style.If you've got a vehicle then take advantage of the garage in the back.
