Villa Corallia - Exclusive Pool Villa with stunning view over the bay

Accommodation

The villa is a spacious Mediterranean style exclusive Villa, inspired by Sardinia coral, with 2 double bedrooms and a triple room.
In two out of the three double bedrooms there is a separate additional bed, in case parents want to have their child in the room.
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and marble en-suite bathroom with shower.
To complete the indoor, there is a spacious area dedicated to the fully equipped kitchen, internal dining and living room, from which you can admire fantastic views.

Outside there are many different areas: the swimming pool area next to the house, where to cool down on hot days; the spacious green garden to relax; the dining terrace and the stone barbecue area, where to enjoy delightful meals; the romantic-relaxing terrace with the wonderful view of the bay.

- Tourist Tax of 2 € per night per person to be paid in cash at arrival.



Location

Villa Corallia is located on the hill overseeing the marvelous Genn'e Mari Bay. Approximately 2 Km from the beach and the supermarket.

Torre delle Stelle

Torre delle Stelle is a wonderful residential village on the Southern coast of Sardinia, 30 Km East from Cagliari. It is named after the Saracen tower on the top of the promontory between two marvellous sandy beaches, Genn'e Mari and Cann'e Sisa. With its fine white sand beaches, crystal clear waters, wild rocks and nature, Torre delle Stelle is a perfect escape plan from the city’s routine, a place to enjoy the sun, the beach and the Mediterranean nature.

Fantastic Villa

We loved our stay at the villa. Bathrooms were beautifully modern, the pool glorious and the views were stunning. The immediate area is also fantastic. We made a couple of trips to Cagliari and ate at local pizzerias. Little grocery stores nearby - we really had everything we needed. The view is spectacular!

Beautiful property with stunning views

We had a relaxing and highly enjoyable week at Villa Corallia. It’s position on the hill top affords it the most stunning views over the bay below. Gloria, the host, could not have been more friendly and helpful and the opportunity to do online check-in before we arrived made the process of settling into the Villa quick and easy. You can easily walk to the beach and local shops in 10-15 minutes, though obviously it is uphill on the way back! We would highly recommend staying here .

Spacious with amazing view

We had a great stay at Villa Corallia. Gloria was an amazing host. She was very hospitable and communicative. She was responsive to all our needs. She helped us book a sailing tour and a catered dinner at the villa. The villa was the perfect size for our two families. We were able to enjoy several beaches around the area and then come back to the pool in the afternoon. The only thing that may bother some would be the dirt road drive up to the villa. But you don’t get the beautiful view without somewhat of a climb.

Fantastisk villa til familie ferie

Alt var stort set perfekt, dejlig atmosfære og plads til alle. Også plads til at kunne være sig selv i de store værelser samtidig med at kunne være social i køkkenet, stuen og i pool området. Fantastisk udsigt. Køkkengrej kunne dog godt bruge en upgrade.

Maison confortable avec vue exceptionnelle

Maison tout confort et bien conçue avec un atout de qualité : la vue exceptionnelle. La piscine et le jardin sont magnifiques sans vis à vis. La terrasse est ombragée pour tous les repas. Bien équipée. Maison à privilégier pour ceux qui recherchent un moment au calme loin de l’agitation des villes plus animées. Voiture indispensable si l’on veut visiter les environs ou rejoindre les villes.. et même aller chercher le pain! La vue se mérite !

Tolles Ferienhaus mit atemberaubendem Blick

Die Villa ist super gelegen und bietet einen großartigen Blick über die Bucht. Die Zimmer und Bäder waren sehr sauber und die Villa ist super ausgestattet. Das einzige, was man hier beachten sollte, ist die Anfahrt über eine Straße, die einige Schlaglöcher hat. Ansonsten war alles perfekt und absolut empfehlenswert!

Eine wunderschöne, perfekte Villa mit fantastischer Aussicht

Ein Wort wäre genug: Perfekt! Ankommen und sogleich entspannen können, das passiert einem nicht überall - in der Villa Corallia fühlten wir uns auf Anhieb rundum wohl und wir haben hier eine perfekte Woche verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet, die Zimmer sind gross und geräumig. Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt und die Aussicht ist einfach fantastisch. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt. Meine Frau hat das morgendliche Schwimmen sehr genossen und wir alle schätzten den tollen Pool sehr. Es ist alles da und mehr, was man für einen wundervollen Urlaub braucht. Und Gloria ist eine sehr zuvorkommende, sympathische und tolle Gastgeberin.

Wunderschönes Haus in exponierter Lage

Nachdem wir dieses Haus schon für den Sommer 2020 gebucht und pandemiebedingt dann auf 2021 geschoben hatten sind unsere Erwartungen dieses Jahr mehr als erfüllt worden. Die Lage und der damit verbundene tolle Blick auf die Lagune ist schon atemberaubend. Wir, 2 Familien mit jeweils 2 Kindern, haben alles für den Urlaub vorgefunden und haben die Abende gern gemeinsam auf einer der beiden Terrassen beim Essen, Spielen oder auch nur beim Zuschauen unserer Kinder - wenn diese stundenlang im Pool planschten- verbracht. Unsere tolle Gastgeberin Gloria hatte und mit den Tipps der Umgebung versorgt und auch für uns einen tollen Segeltörn an der Südwestküste organisiert. Der Wind war leider zu lau für die Segellei an diesem Tag . Das Boot war aber mit einen sehr leisen Motor ausgestattet und so fuhren wir mit Motorkraft die schönen Lagunen an. Marco unser Skipper war sehr freundlich und zurückhaltend und versorgte uns die ganze Zeit mit Essen und Getränken. Die blautürkisen Farbspiele verbunden mit Baden, Tauchen und Schnorcheln machten den Tag zum besonderen Erlebnis. Wir würden auf jeden Fall in den nächsten Jahren wiederkommen und haben uns von Gloria, der hier auch nochmal ganz persönlich von uns gedankt sei, sehr angenehm und zuvorkommend betreut gefühlt. Wir reisen jetzt in den Westteil Sardiniens und hoffen auch bei der nächsten Unterkunft alles so toll vorzufinden.

Super Holiday

This property is really beautiful. Very private with perfect views. Had a wonderful time. Only thing I would say is that the road to get to the villa is a dirt track, whilst it can be navigated you are better off with a jeep. It is single track and there are lots of villas on this mountain so slowness in navigating the road is apt. Villa has good access to a supermarket and restaurants. Drive further south and there is a marina with lots of very nice eateries. The beaches and the sea are to die for. Couldn't have had a better time. Thank you for letting us stay.

Proprietà da sogno !

Una villa spettacolare, con ogni tipo di comfort. Esattamente come nelle foto se non più bella. Ogni cosa è studiata affinché l’ospite si senta coccolato e rilassato come a casa propria. Cura dei dettagli maniacale. La vista è insuperabile e la piscina dona quel tocco indimenticabile anche di sera, illuminandosi e regalando un’atmosfera magica. Gloria è stata sempre a disposizione per ogni più piccola richiesta, host gentilissima. Che dire, non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

Amazing vacation

Our family - 2 adults and 3 teenagers - spent 10 nights in July at this beatiful place. Gloria is the best property manager we ever met during our stays in other similar sea villas across Europe. She was always ready to solve the various issues in villa during our stay (e.g. some small technical problems), she advised immediately where to see the nearest doctor (one of our kids needed urgently a medical help), she recommended the restaurants, beaches, interesting sites for journey, sailing agency etc... The villa is in mediterrian style. Each room has own bathroom. And in the kitchen you feel as you are at home, nothing is missing. There is a beautiful garden incl. barbecue place around the villa, you have excellent privacy. The infinity pool is amazing, with 2 levels of depth (1,2m and 2,4m). I think the villa is not suitable for families with small kids, because there is huge danger for small children to slip and to loose the balance on the edge of the pool (there is about 3 meters to the ground down below). Nevertheless, you have incredible top hill views from the pool and terrace. We would definitely come back again.

Herrliche Tage in Torre delle Stelle

Das Haus und alles drumherum ist in sehr gutem Zustand. Wir haben nichts vermisst und der Service war hervorragend. Zwei Dinge waren zu "bemängeln" (hat aber keinen Einfluss auf unsere Gesamtwertung): Der Internetzugang war sehr eingeschränkt (kann aber sicher repariert werden) und die Strassen in Torre delle Stelle sind eine Zumutung. Bei der Autoanmietung unbedingt einen Jeep oder ein geländegängiges Fahrzeug mieten, sonst wird es eine Herausforderung.
