Welcome to Beach Bliss, our 30A escape! This 5 bedroom 5.5 bath home in WaterColor will sleep 12 comfortably, leaving everyone with plenty of indoor and outdoor space and private bathrooms in each bedroom. The first floor greets you with modern lines and light, airy colors which trend throughout the home. The open living and dining areas and gourmet kitchen are fronted by accordion doors that open all the way, leading to a screened-in porch with fireplace and outdoor dining and sitting areas. Thermador appliances with white marble countertops only add to the allure of the eye-catching wooden floating shelves. The main living area also has a large wet bar with a separate ice maker and a dining table with a built in banquette. A relaxing private pool in the backyard is the perfect place to take in the sights and sounds of the Western Lake Nature Preserve on a cool, breezy afternoon.
The first of three king bedrooms is located on the first floor. The second floor bedrooms are made up of two kings, one queen, and a built in bunk room. The queen room and one of the king rooms share the second floor balcony, with private entry to each room. This property also boasts laundry rooms on each level. The master king bedroom has a luxuriously large bathroom designed with the same light, fresh colors and natural accents. The bathroom includes a spacious open shower with hand held fixtures and a rain fall shower. As if that's not enough, next to the shower is an over-sized soaking tub that fills from the ceiling, an entire dressing area, private toilet and walk-in closet. A private screened in porch faces the pool and nature preserve serving as the perfect spot to wind down or start the day!
We are located only two blocks from the popular Frog Pool which is only a 2-3 minute walk. And, we are only a 4-5 minute bike ride to the WaterColor Beach Club pool and private beach access. The short bike ride takes you over the pedestrian bridge that crosses over the beautiful and serene Western Lake past Cerulean Park, only one of WaterColor's many parks and green spaces for the kid's to play and explore.

Services include, but are not limited to: bike and beach chair rentals, airport transportation, grocery shopping, catered dinners or prepared meals, beach bonfires, kayak rentals, baby sitters, restaurant recommendations, and spa services. ***For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, Smoking and Pets are NOT allowed. WaterColor will only issue 2 parking passes per property. Any additional vehicles parked in the community without a parking pass displayed could be fined and or towed. WaterColor also has public off street parking throughout the community for overflow vehicles; parking is on a first come, first served basis and passes must be displayed at all times.
NOTE: Golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to a certain number of vehicles (approximately 45 per week) throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact Electric Cart Company directly for availability and pricing.
The WaterColor community has grown in popularity, becoming a leading 30A community and a favorite amongst guests from all around the world. With approximately 1,000 people per day using the Beach Club alone, the Board has decided it is time to expand the Beach Club and Camp WaterColor amenities. ***Projected plans are shown in the photos for this home.
Camp WaterColor Expansion Project: Construction began in late Feb 2018 and the projected completion will be approximately 8-10 months. The Camp Pool will be closed for the duration of the project. The Camp basketball courts and tennis center will be closed at certain times during this project as well.
Beach Club Project: Plans are in place to begin work sometime around late Summer 2018, if not delayed. The complete expansion will take approximately 18-24 months. Plans include phasing the project to one area at a time to create as little disturbance as possible and keep the Beach Club open during season. At this time, none of the amenities are scheduled to completely close during the projects. However, some disturbance will be unavoidable as construction takes place.
Due to the outstanding beaches, beautiful emerald water and amazing communities along 30A, our area is getting more and more popular each year. Along with this comes a higher demand for housing, restaurants, etc and projects in the communities to meet these demands. There is a high possibility of nearby construction, home remodels, community changes and county projects on the roads and bridges along 30A year round and throughout every single community. Please be aware that refunds will not be issued due to noise disturbance or unsightly views due to nearby projects.
Reservation/ Booking Policy:
- PUBLISHED RATES DO NOT INCLUDE TAX AND FEES
- 50% of the total cost is due at the time of booking.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date.
- Except for a 5% cancellation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancellations are given more than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions apply. Ask for details. (Insurance is Optional.)
- Concierge services are available. We recommend arranging rentals and services as far in advance as possible as some services are limited.
