This newly restored (2016) ibicencian villa of 100 m2 invites you for a retreat amongst stunning green nature far away from any touristic noise and views. Relax at your private pool on the sun loungers or take a stroll through the hidden nature surrounding you. Ideal for Flora and Fauna lovers. Only a small private way leads to this house with your parking besides.

But as a car is recommended, in no more than 12 minutes you will reach the small village of Es CUBELLS with a supermarket, two bars a restaurant, playing ground and church. As West Coast located, all high above the most dramatic and spectacular coastal scenery of the Balearic Islands! At the opposite direction you can reach the bohemian and intact ibicencian village of SANT JOSEP - bars, restaurants, supermarkets, busstation to all destinations, taxis, doctors, pharmacy, petrol station, library and more.

Also some of the most beautiful beaches are only some few kilometers far away. Cala VADELLA with restaurants, shops and beach bars, water sports, Cala D`HORT with stunning view onto the mysterious sea rock ES VEDRA or the small Cala CARBO with the wonderful beach restaurants. Also SANT ANTONI with one of the worlds most beautiful sunsets at the natural bay of PORTMANY.

Description of the villa:
This compact orderly life on one floor has a comfortable, spacious living room,
a small corridor to the left leads to 1 twin bedroom ,1 room with double bed (a cot is available on request), with wardrobes, a complete bathroom, rustic style plain and fully equipped kitchen with dining table for four. All very clean and neat.
The main terrace has built in BBQ and another dining table for four. The sweetwater pool has a depth of up to 2.15 meters. The rural villa of 100 qm is built on a property of 25.000m2. Located in a beautiful, peaceful place surrounded by nature where your are like a queen and king in a magical place. Enjoy a great haven of tranquility and well-being at the spicy breeze of Ibiza Island. We want to invite you to an unforgetable vacation.

Fantastic Villa

The pictures do not do the villa justice. The scenery from the villa is stunning. Inside, the villa is very comfortable and spacious. Vicente clearly pays great attention to detail both in terms of maintaining the villa and ensuring guests have the best possible experience. We couldn't ask for a better or more attentive host. Wunderschöne, ruhige Lage

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in der kleinen Finca mit phantastischen Ausblick in die Natur und viel Spaß im Pool - vor allem unser Sohn. Empfehlenswert ist sich ein SUV zu mieten, da der Weg zur Finca sehr abenteuerlich/herausfordernd ist... Vielen Dank Vincente für den netten Kontakt und die schöne Zeit auf Ibiza.

Wunderschönes Häuschen ohne Nachbarn. Der Gastgeber (Vicente) war ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Hier gibt es nur wenig zu verbessern. Ein bisschen mehr Geschirr und ausgewischte Schubladen wären wünschenswert. Ein Auto, das sich für den doch sehr holprigen Camino eignet ist definitiv zu empfehlen, damit die Unterbodenversicherung nicht unbedingt benötigt wird. Haus und Lage sind einfach TOP! Flughafen, Clubs, Strände etc. innerhalb von 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder....

Mooie woning, heel rustig gelegen in de heuvels nabij zee

Een mooie villa/bungalow. Simpel maar goed ingericht. Alles aanwezig (geen vaatwasser). Prima slaapkamers. Ligging is fantastisch alleen de weg er naar toe is heel erg hobbelig, niet geasfalteerd dus een SUV is wel een aanrader.

ALLES richtig gemacht!

Nachdem wir nach fünf Jahren in Folge in einer anderen Finca (diese wurde verkauft) auf der Suche nach einer kleinen Finca mit Pool in den Bergen von Es Cubells / St. Joseph waren, sind wir auf diese Finca aufmerksam geworden. Was soll man sagen.... ALLES richtig gemacht!!!! Herzlicher Empfang und gute Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer Vicente und Marion. Die Finca: Für unsere Zwecke mehr als ausreichend, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Pool: Sauber und gepflegt und während des Aufenthalts immer wieder gesäubert, wenn überhaupt einmal ein Blatt den Weg in den Pool gefunden hatte. Umgebung: Wie erhofft abseits vom Trubel und ohne direkte Nachbarn in einem Tal in den Bergen von Es Cubells. Supermarkt trotzdem innerhalb zwei Minuten mit dem Mietwagen erreichbar. Mietwagen ist natürlich auf Ibiza immer ein Muss. Die Finca ist nach der Hauptstraße über einen für Ibiza typischen Schotterweg zu erreichen. Uns hat es insgesamt hervorragend gefallen und wir ärgern uns eigentlich nur darüber das wir nicht schon in den Jahren zuvor diese Finca gewählt hatten. Vielen Dank von Tanja und Nils

Lovely, secluded little holiday house

We spent a wonderful week in this little house and we loved every minute of it! We enjoyed the peace and quiet and a swim in the pool every morning. The owners were very helpful. The view of the Sa Talaia mountain is splendid!

We have had the most amazing time in Ibiza. Our first time visiting and it’s such a beautiful island. The villa was wonderful. Eine wunderbare Zeit

Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen! Ruhe und Natur, perfekte Umsorgung durch Vicente und Marion, Pool wurde top gepflegt, Wäschewechsel funktionierte super, Wünsche wurden erfüllt, das Haus ist sauber....wir finden einfach Nichts zum meckern! Wir konnten uns wunderbar erholen und können einfach nur "Danke" sagen. Auch die Umgebung hat alles was man braucht, tolle Strände, Restaurants, ursprüngliche Bars und einen gut sortierten Supermarkt mit leckerem Schinken.

Incroyable !

La finca est située au milieu des collines au bout d un chemin de terre. Le paysage est incroyable et le calme est absolu. La finca est très bien équipée. A ajouter l air conditionné qui n était pas installé lors de notre réservation. Nous recommandons la villa pour un séjour nature et au calme. La location d une voiture est indispensable. Voiture basse à éviter. Cas mestre (petit supermarché et restaurant ) se situe à moins de 15 minutes à pied. Nous recommandons également les ballades autours de la villa. Nous remercions encore Vicente pour ses bons soins !! Au top

Perfect getaway

The villa was perfect for our weeks stay. It was so quiet and private and exactly what we were looking for. A car is a definite must have as the track leading to the villa is difficult to find and quite bumpy for driving along. Vicente was really helpful on our arrival and most apologetic that the air conditioning he was expecting to be fitted hadn't yet been done. He went and got us a fan that we could use while we were there. The workmen turned up on our last day to fit the air conditioning and again Vicente apologised for any inconvenience this was causing. It really was not an issue we'd had such a lovely time and we will most definitely go back. If you are looking for peace and tranquillity this is definitely the villa to stay in.

Lovely Villa

Vincent’s villa was perfect for us, away from the crowds set in the southern hills of the island. We loved the situation where we could walk or bike on the trails straight from the front door. The villa itself was clean and well equipped and Vincente the perfect host. Outside the rural situation was a pleasure to relax in there is a lovely terraced area around the pool which we still used in October. A car is a necessity due to the location and also to explore the island.Hope to return and would recommend to all.

Great place, nice and secluded

Had a great time here. Nice villa with everything you need. Great care by Vicente who regularly came by and checked if everything was ok. It would be five stars if the swimmingpool was heated, it was a bit to cold in late september / beginning oktober.

Idyllic

What a lovely surprise Vincente's villa was. The location is incredible.. almost entirely secluded.. no people or traffic noise at all. The villa itself is basic but charming; it has everything you need. There is a master bedroom with a double bed, and a second bedroom with twins. There is also a sofa bed in the sitting room area (you may need to request bedding for it in advance of arrival if using it to sleep on). We dipped in and out of the fun the island has to offer, but always enjoyed coming back to our little oasis! A car is essential as the track leading to the villa is very rural (and not shown on google maps), plus taxis are not able to find it. The trick is to meet them at the main road (but you need to drive down there first). Also, there is no air-con, so it can get warm, but there are fans which worked for us. I wouldn't hesitate to book again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
