En un valle con vistas frontales a las salinas de Ibiza y rodeada de campos y bosques. La casa está completamente equipada, dispone de piscina infinity, 4 habitaciones dobles, 3 baños, 1 aseo, lavadero, cocina completa, BBQ, zona de aparcamiento para varios coches, 2 porches, baño exterior, terrazas con preciosas vistas a las salinas del Parque Natural de la Playa de Salines. Además, mesa de ping pong, 2 bicicletas, colchoneta elástica para niños, columpio en árbol. Al ser una zona rural, hay caminos para pasear y relajarse, no hay apenas coches, ni vecinos, privacidad total, ideal para familias con niños o parejas.
Está a tan solo unos minutos de varias calas y playas como “Las Salinas”, “Sa Caleta” o “Cala Jondal” y de las ruinas del poblado fenicio de “Sa Caleta” catalogado como BIC. También está cerca de Ibiza ciudad a unos 10 minutos aproximadamente.

My friends joined me to celebrate my birthday in Ibiza and i was delighted to find Isidor's house exactly as described - wonderfully comfortable accommodation and a fabulous pool overlooking the amazing view towards the sea and nearby islands- fascinating watching the planes land and take off too but we were not disturbed by aircraft noise - plenty of space and multiple seating areas to take full advantage of the view or shade from the midday sun- very well equipped and Isador was very responsive to our queries about the area- it is a little remote so perhaps a car is essential but its easy to get taxis - there is a great local supermarket which is also a cafe for essentials and a pebble beach we walked to - beach shoes advised- all in all a very chilled and luxurious holiday despite the tail end of hurricane Gabrielle!

Great family and friends place

Very comfortable accommodation for family and friends, in a super quiet green area, very convenient location. We did rent catamaran for day trips and it worked perfect from a bay right nearby during all our stay. Nice grocery shop and Jul's restaurant are in walking or quick drive distance. Highly recommend

Perfect for families

A big thank you to the owner of the villa. He gave us a warm welcome, was always available for us and very helpful. The villa was very well maintained, offered a lot of space, had a great view and our children especially liked it; large pool, space to play, fenced off so that they could play without constant supervision... All in all a wonderful vacation.

Wonderful villa, highly recommended

A wonderful villa with a great outside area and pool that we really enjoyed as family. The villa is quite close to Ibiza Town, the Airport, Sa Caleta beach and is a great base to explore the Island (or laze by the pool). The villa is some way off the main road slightly up hill giving great views and a peaceful relaxed environment. Isidor is a great host, very helpful and responsive. We had a fantastic stay and would love to return in the future.

Isidoro is amazing!

We loved our stay at Isidoro’s villa! It’s got everything you need if you need really comfy beds, spaced out rooms, lots of beautiful table eating areas outside and inside, a beautiful pool and amazing location to get to most beaches on that side. It was perfect for what we needed! Isidoro was such an amazing host too — he kindly picked us up from the airport and even let us pick up groceries on his day off — thank you so much again! We appreciated it so much!

Awesome villa, great host, great value

We had a large group of (11) comprising 2 families (from australia) and it suited us perfectly (though it would be great for 4 couples too). The location is perfect (in bet3ween Ibiza town and Cala Jondal) and the views were awesome. We had a large group of friends staying at various villas and while some of theirs were nicer than ours, ours was by far the best value! Isidoro was a pleasure to deal with throughout the booking process and while we were there and nothing was too much effort. We would definitely recommend it

The perfect stay in Ibiza

We stayed for nearly two weeks as a group of four in this wonderful house. We had the perfect time there. The house is clean and spacious. Everything works very well, the kitchen is well equipped. The pool was very clean and perfect for swimming. The house is located in a beautiful and quiet area. The view over Ses Salinas is perfect. The closeness to the airport did not bother us at all. Isidor is the perfect host. The contact was very friendly. He took care of us very well. Muchas gracias.

Stunning property overlooking Las Salinas

Our party of 6 enjoyed our stay, it was very comfortable and roomy. The pool is amazing and was in use day and night. The Villa is very close to the airport and a short drive to Ibiza Town, Las Salinas etc. Ibiza is pretty small so it wasn’t a long drive to the North of the Island. The weather was a little too hot for our liking (32c and blazing sunshine everyday), so the air conditioning provided some welcome relief. We found the Island very expensive, 190 Euros for a family of 6 to visit a waterpark etc. This and the stifling heat did detract from our enjoyment of the holiday. We also had a few problems with our chosen hire car company Class Rent A Car - who we would not recommend! The owner was excellent, polite, friendly and helpful. He was particularly helpful on arriving at airport when we were stranded without our booked car rental. Overall the Villa, the owner all excellent and we would recommend! Ibiza in terms of cost, infrastructure etc. is less favorable compared to other destinations, so we may not return to the Island in a hurry. But if you are sold on Ibiza and it’s affordable to you, this is an excellent, quiet, private, property choice away from the busier North side of the Island.

Wonderful Villa

We had a lovely stay in this rental. The host was super friendly and helpful and was great at responding promptly to any of our queries. The villa itself looks as it does in the photos and the layout is great for an even larger group than ours. There were 3 of us on this trip but you could of course manage a lot more with 4+ bedrooms. We spent most of our time by the pool overlooking the bay but it was easy to drive to Sa Caleta beach which is very close by. The beds are comfy - I think memory foam mattresses. Bathrooms are clean and ensuites (2) are large. We had rented a car for this trip and I would recommend that for this property - taxis seem to be notoriously hard to get in Ibiza island anyway but as its a little bit more remote than most it can be tricky for cabs to find you. The TaxiClick app was a useful discovery however for those nights we didn’t want to drive - but be sure to start the process of ordering well in advance of when you need the ride. There are plenty of supermarkets/grocery stores nearby. You can even get pizza delivered from local spot. It was our first trip to the island so we drove around to get to know the different areas - everything is easy to reach within the hour. Worthwhile day trips to Portinatx, Cala Mastela, Jondal Beach, Salinas. As well as of course the old town of Ibiza. We all enjoyed our trip, the villa, the view, the quiet and the sunshine - topped off with a great host who was always available as needed. Thanks,

El casero se cuela en casa sin permiso. Ubicacion buena y casa bonita. No deja hacer ningun ruido. Nos amenazo con echarnos y los vecinos de al lado nos confirmaron que no habian escuchado ningun ruido.

Estimada Aurora, La casa es para 8 personas, me engañaste y dormísteis 16 personas en colchones inflables, hicísteis fiestas ilegales con música por encima de lo permitido que molestó a numerosos vecinos, rompistéis mobiliario, ensuciásteis toda la casa, terrazas y exteriores como había visto jamás, gente con vuestra educación, mala fe y valores no salgáis de dónde habéis venido. Fuera de Ibiza. El propietario.

Fantastisch huis met schittert uitzicht!

Met 7 personen (5 volwassenen en 2 kinderen) hebben we een week gebruik gemaakt van dit heerlijke huis. Het huis is ruim opgezet en heeft een fantastisch zwembad. Het huis ligt in een rustige omgeving. Je hebt uitzicht op de de zoutvlaktes (ses Salines) en de landingsbaan van de luchthaven (je ziet de vliegtuigen opstijgen en landen maar hebt daar geen last van het geluid). De eigenaar Isodoro is erg behulpzaam en staat klaar om al je vragen te beantwoorden. Wij hebben een top week gehad!

Nice villa with pool and stunning view

We were with 4 adults and 4 children for 1 week in this house situated in a quite area nearby Cala Jondal and Sa Caleta. The house is perfect and the views towards the airport and Ses Salinas is great. Although the house is nearby the Airport, we had not any disturbance of airplanes. Isidor, the owner, is a great person and he will make your stay very comfortable. For sure we will be back when we revisit Ibiza.

Stunning and beautiful holiday home!

What a superb villa in a beautiful location, with stunning views overlooking mountain and sea. Isidora was the perfect host, helping us to settle in and providing lots of great ideas and places to visit. The villa itself was very comfortable and had everything that we required to house two families, consisting of 4 adults and 4 children. The beds were comfy, and we had all of the appliances we needed. The pool was well kept and Isidor came up a few times to check the levels and maintain it. We would certainly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Ibiza.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Porque es una casa totalmente aislada y con una privacidad total. Perfecta para familias con niños, o para quiénes busquen tranquilidad total, únicamente una casa en la zona. Hay bonitos caminos por donde pasear o ir en bicicleta. Además está situada en la parte alta de un valle, con unas vistas espectaculares (con piscina infinity), rodeado de campo y bosque . Cerca de playas y calas bonitas como
Las Salinas, Sa Caleta, o Cala Jondal entre otras. Y cerca también de los mejores beach clubs de la isla y de las mejores playas.

Hay que señalar qué la casa está a 10 min. en coche del centro de la ciudad de Ibiza y de Playa den Bossa.
