Beautiful Modern Detached Villa in Popular Urbanisation - New to market 2022
Lets start from the front of the building....It has off road parking for one car and road parking for plenty more. The charming frontage has some beautiful desert plants surrounded by local volcanic stones. The charming hallway open up into an exceptionally large lounge and dining area. It has a modern white glass dining table, 6 chairs and two very large matching modern sofa. A sony 40 inch flat screen accompanies the DVD player, full Satellite system with other 700 international channels (sorry can't name them all here). The lounge and entire house has the fastest internet speed on the Island. We also have a election of in-house DVD's to watch. The normal Television channels have a few English channels such as Disney Channel, Discovery Max and the Paramount movie channel. The living room has two homely rugs and curtains to match.
The kitchen is fully equipped with; Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Toastie Maker, Electric Fan Oven, Ceramic Glass Hob, Extractor Fan, Single Silver Sink and Fridge Freezer.The charming hallway has a lovely console table and large mirror above leading to the two bedrooms, bathroom and external door onto the Patio area. Bedroom 1: Master Bedroom with a kingsize bed, very large fully mirrored wardrobe, desk with hairdryer, lamp and vanity mirror. Flatscreen Tv mounted on the wall with standard TV access. View out to the rear garden large volcano. Bedroom 2: Twin room has two single beds, a side table and a very large fully mirrored wardrobe and views out to the front garden. The good size clean bathroom has a bath, and shower over the bath, sink, toilet and bedee with a large fully mirrored cabinet.
The patio area is semi undercover with a large round table and 4 chairs. There is a very large 1/2 drum BBQ with cover to enjoy 'al fresco' dining overlooking the volcano in the background. The garden is well looked after and has two sun loungers with thick cushions to relax and unwind. The garden is very secluded and exceptionally quiet. Great Neighbours!
I love this house and I'm sure any one visiting will love it to :). The side of the garden leads onto the utility area where you will find a 7KG washing machine, clothes horse and essential cleaning products.

Property was exactly as described. Very clean and tidy. Good location for out of town Corralejo, 5 mins in car. You need a car. This property is a great base to cover the whole island.
Maria was very informative.
Jason - the owner- is so easy to communicate with and replies very quickly.
Will use again in our future visits to the Island.

Großes Haus mit riesiger Terasse zum wirklich günstigen Preis
Das Haus liegt in einer Schlafsiedlung (mit sehr vielen einheimischen Hausnachbarn) an der Schnellstraße nach Corralejo. Die Siedlung ist optisch sehr schön, bietet aber außer einem Supermarkt und zwei Imbissen keine Infrastruktur. Ein Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich.
Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Es entspricht genau den gezeigten Fotos. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar, es gibt keine versteckten Nebenkosten. Wenn es keine Schäden gibt,wird die Kaution von 200€ wird am Ende anstandslos zurückgezahlt. Die Betreung durch Maria funktioniert prima.
Das Wohnzimmer und die Terasse sind riesig, aber nach Nordost ausgerichtet. Die beiden Schlafzimmer und das Bad im Vergleich dazu eher klein. Die Küche ist schick. Sie ist minimalistisch eingerichtet, aber alles nötige für 2 Personen ist da. Für 4 Personen wird es etwas knapp.

Very quiet and beautiful villa, well equipped. Maria was there to welcome us along with welcome pk
Sunshine all day long at the rear private garden. Everything you could need at property. Local supermarket only 2 minutes away. We would recommend a car so you can explore the island. Fantastic property and very helpful local representative Maria.

Justo lo que buscábamos...
Justo lo que buscábamos...perfecto para unas vacaciones de playa. El apartamento totalmente equipado y cuidado y en una excelente ubicación, muy próximo a El Cotillo y a Corralejo; un supermercado a dos pasos, parques alrededor para las niñas, y la posibilidad de realizar actividades como Stand Up Paddle, Kite Surf o paseos a caballo al atardecer. El trato, impecable. Repetiremos!

Großes und Sauberes Apartment
Wir waren mit dem Apartment sehr zufrieden. Die Besitzerin war immer bemüht uns alle Wünsche zu erfüllen und war jederzeit ereichbar. Die Wohnung bot uns viel Platz um Surf- oder Kitematerial unterzubringen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dorthin zurück gehen und können das Apartment nur weiterempfehlen.

Ottima villetta/ Great villa
Ottima villetta in una zona tranquilla a circa 3km da Corralejo centro.
La descrizione dell'inserzione corrisponde totalmente al 100% con la realtà.
Ringrazio la signora Maria Diaz per l'ottima collaborazione soprattutto per quanto riguarda gli orari di arrivo e partenza per la consegna delle chiavi e l'espletamento delle brevi pratiche contrattuali.
Nella villetta c'è tutto l'occorrente per minimo 4 persone e più, è spaziosa, solare, un dehor fantastico, BBQ, teli mare, ombrelloni, e paratie antivento tutto disposizione, ed infine una cucina fornita di tutto l'essenziale ed oltre.
Il supermercato è a 200m,e qui si possono trovare una gran quantità di viveri.
Parcheggio fronte casa con doppia uscita pedonale per un comodo carico/scarico di spesa/attrezzature da mare direttamente in giardino.
Offre un'ottima posizione che garantisce un'ottimale ventilazione la sera molto piacevole.
A meno di 7 minuti ad ovest di macchina ci sono le famose dune del parco di Corralejo ed a 15 minuti ad est c'è la spiaggia di El Cotillo.
Corralejo di sera offre svariati ristoranti ed un bel lungo mare fronte porto per belle passeggiate.

Excellent villa in a quiet area about 3 km from Corralejo center.
The inset description totally 100% corresponds with reality.
I thank Ms. Maria Diaz for their excellent cooperation especially regarding the times of arrival and departure for the transfer of keys and the completion of the short contractual practices.
In the house there is everything needed for a minimum of 4 people and more, it is spacious, Solar, a fantastic outdoor area, BBQ, beach towels, umbrellas, and wind-proof bulkheads everything available, and finally a kitchen stocked with all the essentials and beyond .
The supermarket is 200m, and here you can find a great deal of food.
Parking front of the house with double pedestrian exit for easy loading / unloading of expense / beach equipment directly in the garden.
It offers a great location that provides adequate ventilation very pleasant evening.
In less than 7 minutes west by car are the famous dunes of Corralejo Park and 15 minutes to the east it is the El Cotillo beach.
Corralejo in the evening offers a variety of restaurants and a lovely promenade facing the harbor for nice walks.

The house was perfect
Had a great time staying at the house. It had everything we needed. Maria was so helpful and we appreciated the welcome pack. It had all the facilities we required and we felt really at home. We hope to avail of it on the future. The location is ideal for our needs - quiet but within 10 minutes of Corralejo town and close, by car, to the beaches at Corralejo and El Cotillo. To really see Fuerteventura a car is essential. Thanks again to Maria for making us feel so welcome.
