Great location, okay house

Very close to the beach (5 min walk). Nicely located, not far away from Sete (4 km). We enjoyed our stay. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhoud. The house in itself is big with a nice terrace. Enough space for 8 people to stay in and equipped with all you need (also bikes). If you looking for a lively outside environment like a promenade with bars and terraces you will have to take your bike and go to Sete. Near to the beach and on the beach some bars and restaurants are available. At less then 10 minute walk restaurant L’Essentiel is the best place to go! comments: - The house is very noisy (inside), closing doors, flushing the toilet, taking a shower and so on can be heard throughout the house. - The house was not very clean when we arrived. The floor was dirty.

Hello Martin, thank you very much for your kind appreciation. We are happy that you enjoyed the villa and its location, the calm of the neighborhood and the free availability of bicycles. Regarding interior noise, we are a little surprised by your opinion because this villa has been rented for more than 10 years, which means that we have had at least 400 families who have stayed in the villa, and you are the first to make this remark to us. This is all the more surprising since the railway is not far away and you have not made any remarks about it, which proves that the house is well insulated. Anyway, from the outside... Regarding the floor, which you found a little dirty, we are very sorry about this and we regret that you did not warn us on arrival because we would have immediately dispatched the cleaning lady again to solve this problem which should not arise. Rien a redire.Location très propre et très bien équipée.La situation est parfaite à 400m de la plage et de la promenade du Lido.Les transports sont à proximité également donc pratique pour accéder au centre-ville de Sète.Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Séjour à Sète

Logement spacieux et bien équipé. Idéalement situé dans un lotissement très calme pour découvrir la région. Une vitre dans la salle de bain au niveau de la baignoire serait la bienvenue.

Lovely stay near beach close to scenic Sete

We had a most enjoyable stay in Villa St Pierre. In spite of the high temperatures , the modern house was cool thanks to very efficient air conditioner units. The neighbourhood was peaceful and friendly with good restaurants nearby. Having the use of the bikes was a welcome plus as there are many attractive cycle paths near the house. The bus stop to Sète is also very convenient . One quibble was the quality of the pillows , and the rather stingy towel provision. Otherwise we found the house a fantastic base for a stay in this area and would definitely return.

Belle villa, très propre et fonctionnelle.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour à la villa St Pierre. La villa est conforme à l’annonce, très propre et fonctionnelle. Les vélos à disposition un vrai plus pour découvrir le coin en se baladant.
