Appartement de style urbain, entièrement meublé, récemment rénové, donnant sur l'une des plus belles plages de sable d'Agios Nikolaos.

Idéal pour les couples, les familles et les entreprises d'amis, il dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée, accès Internet gratuit (ethernet et WiFi) et une télévision HD intelligente avec accès au contenu satellite et en ligne (Netflix, Amazon Prime vidéo). Il y a même une console PS4 pour ceux qui aiment les jeux.

La plage organisée (drapeau bleu) d'Ammoudi est juste à quelques pas. Une eau limpide et cristalline, une atmosphère relaxante et un choix de sports nautiques le rendent agréable pour tous les âges.

Tout près, le visiteur peut trouver un supermarché, des restaurants et un bar de plage. Le centre-ville est une agréable promenade de 10 minutes le long de la belle promenade qui suit le front de mer de la ville.

Le quartier est sûr. hôpital et poste de police sont à proximité.

Un distributeur automatique. est à environ 350 mètres. Il y a un arrêt de bus pour le transport local juste en face de l'immeuble.

Family beach holiday

We had a fabulous week in this apartment exploring eastern Crete. Manolis was very friendly and gave us great recommendations of where to visit and places to eat. The apartment was clean, fresh and spacious and in a great location to access local tavernas and the beach. It was also only a short walk along the sea front to Agios town which we enjoyed some evenings. A great place to stay!

Great location, well appointed, comfortable and relaxed

Myself, my wife and our 9 month old spent a couple of months here and we really enjoyed our stay. It has all you need for a long term visit and is very homely. Well insulated from noise with the doors and windows closed. The location is a stones throw to the beach and also quite a number of restaurants. Can walk for 10 min and get to the centre of town.

Best VRBO Apartment and Great Hosts

We have stayed in several VRBOs and this was our best experience to date. The apartment was beautiful with great views and location with a grocery store and several good restaurants nearby. The hosts had thoughtfully left coffee and other basic items. It was wonderful to wake up to a beautiful sunrise over the water everyday. We have been to Aghios Nikolaos several times and love it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 days at this great location! Our host met us and was phenomenal and shared helpful informations and reviewed all the best location highlights in the area. The apartment was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The beach was a 3 min walk from the door of the apt. Swam everyday - so therapeutic ! City centre a 5-6 min walk with many wonderful restaurants. Supermarket very close by as well.

Wonderful apartment

Spotlessly clean, comfortable and very well equipped apartment. Seconds from the beach with fabulous views across the bay. Owner was friendly and on hand if needed. He gave us an informative welcome briefing with suggestions for places to visit, restaurant recommendations etc. The fridge was stocked with a selections of essentials (milk, butter wine) along with some bread and even a carafe of Raki. We had a lovely week and will definitely be back.

Beautiful, clean and modern beach apartment!

This was the best vacation rental experience we have ever had! My husband and I stayed here for 5 days and loved this apartment. Everything was clean and well thought out. They thought of all the little details that made this apartment very comfortable. The pictures do not even do it justice. Additionally Manolis and Maria were lovely and gave us so many helpful recommendations - restaurants and beaches. If (when) we go back to Crete we would definitely stay here again! Cannot recommend it enough.

Footsteps from the beach

The apartment was spotlessly clean, airy, spacious and well-equipped. It was perfectly located across the road from the beach and short walking distance from town. The balcony gave us great views of the beach. The apartment had everything you could need on holiday including games, books, maps etc and there was ample cleaning products , cooking equipment, crockery, ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher etc. The hosts were very friendly and gave us good tips about the local area and even got in touch when there was a short power cut in the town. The apartment was a great place to stay .

Beautiful accommodation with a great view!

This apartment really was a lovely find in Agios Nikolaos - it was contemporary, spacious and very comfortably furnished - would highly recommend it. Manolis and Maria, the owners, were welcoming from the moment we arrived and had thoughtfully provided breakfast for the next morning as well as other items of food and drink to welcome us. The view from the balcony makes the apartment too, as it looks directly over the little beach and out to sea and is literally across the road. The walk into the centre of town from the apartment takes about 10 minutes but there are restaurants very near to the apartment too and a great diving and watersports centre (Pelagos). Manolis and Maria have thought of everything and it made our stay all the more pleasurable for it - wouldn't hesitate to book a return stay if we were in the area again.

Wonderful Apartment, exceeding expectations

This is a super apartment in Agios Nikolaos. It certainly exceeded expectations and that was already very high. The apartment is well equipped, was Spotlessly clean, bright and spacious and very comfortable. The balcony has a fine view across the bay, with the sun in the morning. Parking was not a problem, there was always a space very close to the apartment. On arrival we had a very warm welcome from our hosts and a short briefing on the apartment and the local area. The apartment is in a great position, close to the beach. Every day we took the few steps down to the sea for an early morning swim. The local beach is really a few steps away, just perfect positioning. The apartment is surrounded by a good choice of restaurants and it is a short walk to the centre of Agios. Before and during our stay the hosts could not have been more helpful. They were terrific. Overall a magnificent apartment for a fabulous holiday.

Beautiful apartment!

This is a lovely, well thought out apartment. From my first enquiry, to the day we left, Manolis was one of the easiest owners we have dealt with when renting. He responded quickly to all messages and was very accommodating. He was there to welcome us, even though it was quite late. He gave us restaurant recommendations and tips for places to visit. The fridge had milk, bread, juice, butter, cheese, wine and fruit. Other essentials are thoughtfully provided, such as tea , coffee, washing up liquid and toilet rolls. Meaning you don’t need to make a mad dash to find a shop. Everything in the apartment is excellent quality and spotlessly clean. The bed was super comfortable! There is a wonderful view from the balcony, which is only slightly spoiled by the road which ican be quite busy at times. However, we enjoyed breakfast every day and a couple lunches out there looking at the view. We heard no noise from the road in the bedroom at night as there are electric shutters which work extremely well! There are nice restaurants very close by and plenty more a short walk away in the town centre. We decided not to hire a car, and used the local buses instead. This worked well for us, as the bus station is around a 10 minute walk away, with plenty of regular buses. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this fabulous apartment.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour à Agios. Ce logement est conforme aux photos de l annonce, très confortable et bien placé. Il ne manque rien. Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in diesem besonderen Appartement. Der Besitzer hat uns sehr liebevoll empfangen und uns mit sehr guten Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants versorgt. Wein, Raki und alles für das erste Frühstück war vorhanden, ganz lieben Dank dafür! Das Appartement hat eine wunderbare Innenausstattung mit gemütlichem Boxspringbett. Es ist alles neu, stilvoll, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Küche beinhaltet alles, was man braucht und mehr. Besonders erfreut hat uns die zusätzlich zur Kaffeemaschine vorhandene Nespressomaschine. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war schnell und herzlich. Wir sagen vielen Dank und werden wiederkommen.

Eine wirklich sehr schöne und geräumige Wohnung.

Die Wohnung ist toll! Mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und super gepflegt und sehr sehr sauber. Einfach TOP! Die Lage ist in Nähe zum Ortskern und zum Stadtstrand. Man geht einfach über die Straße und kann bereits in das Meer zum Schwimmen. Die Straße vor der Wohnung ist sehr lebendig, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat.

Absolutely perfect

The apartment is the cleanest and most well-equipped we have ever come across. Absolutely everything you could need is here. With one small exception, beach towels, these are not provided so do bring your own (or buy at the supermarket as we did). The beach is a few steps away, right in front of the apartment as are a couple of excellent local restaurants. Agios Nikolaos is a lovely, quiet area especially in early October when the sun still shines. Manolis and Maria are perfect hosts who are on hand for recommendations as to what to see, where to eat and so on. Very highly recommended.

Great apartment, location and hosts

We stayed here over the last three days and it lived up to our expectations. Accommodation - this was excellent, it was a good size for a family of four, well maintained and had some nice little extras like a nespresso machine. There is a big balcony which overlooks the road in front and beach. It is an amazing view and great place to sit early morning or in the evening. There is a bit of noise from a bar which is about 150 metres away but we found it quite nice sitting on the balcony at night and listening to it all as people went by. Very relaxing and once you were inside you could leave any noise behind. Hosts - they were great, very accommodating when we had to change our booking on a couple of occasions, met us at 11pm at night for check in and provided some essentials like milk etc.for our arrival which was very helpful after a long day of travelling. They provided us with lots of helpful information and were very friendly people. Thanks. Location - this is in a quieter part of the town and had a good mixture of different people staying and wasn’t dominated by English. Lots of nice restaurants around the apartment and there is a lovely beach 30 second walk away over the road. It’s a small beach but sandy with crystal blue water. There are water sports on offer. I walked into the busier part of town but I was less impressed as it is a lot more commercialised. Can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in Agios Nikolaos

Vermieter: Die Vermieter (Maria und Manolis) waren wunderbar! Wir wurden sogar von Ihnen am Busbahnhof von Agios abgeholt. Maria hat uns dann einen kurzen Überblick über Stadt und Wohnung gegeben. Der Kuehlschrank war mit einer Grundausstattung gefüllt (Toastbrot, Butter, Joghurt, O—Saft, Snacks, Wein und sogar einer kleine Karaffe Raki). Dankeschön! Ausstattung: Die Bilder auf der Homepage treffen zu 100 Prozent zu. Alles ist genau so wie dort beschrieben. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber als wir ankamen.Klimaanlage in allen Räumen. Die Kueche verfügt über einen Backofen (Backpapier vorhanden), Herd, Kuehl-und Gefrierkombi, Mikrowelle, Filterkaffeemaschine und Nespresso (Kaffee und Kapseln vorhanden). Besteck, Geschirr, 3 Toepfe und 2 Pfannen und andere Kuechenutensilien. Im Bad steht eine moderne Waschmaschine (mit Waschtabs). Der Balkon hat 4 Stuehle und einen Tisch . Desweiteren einen oben am Balkon befestigten Relaxstuhl. Der Balkon ist auf der Ostseite (Morgensonne bis gegen 11:00 Uhr). Lage der Wohnung: Im Norden von Agios Nikolaos. Schräg gegenüber von einem kleinen, feinsandigen, flach ins Wasser gehenden Strand mit allen Annehmlichkeiten (Verleih von Kanus, Tretbooten, SUPs, Jetskis usw.). 2 (hochwertige) Liegen mit Schirm kosten 8 Euro am Tag. Links und rechts des Strands gibt es Restaurants/Beachclub. Weitere Tavernen finden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zum See (Mittelpunkt) von Agios läuft man 10 Minuten ueber die Promenade (flach)oder etwas kürzer (auf und ab) in der Stadt. Agios ist eine sehr lebendige Stadt mit allem was man braucht in Gehweite. Ganz ruhig ist es dadurch nie. Man hört bei offener Tür und auf dem Balkon die Autos und Zweiräder auf der Straße. Das hat uns nicht weiter gestört, da man einen superschönen Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer, den Strand und die Promenade hatte. Fazit: Wunderschöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht mit super Blick von dem Balkon. Wir würden wiederkommen!
