Sunny, comfortable, well furnished one-bedroom apartment, in a very quiet building of only 6 units.
Has two balconies (one facing South), one bathroom with a large window, garage, and cellar. Indipendent heating. Complete with all household appliances (fridge, dishwasher, washing machine). Linens are provided.
Lovely view of the mountains across the valley and three castles..
Conveniently located near the Gran Paradiso National Park and the valleys of Cogne, Savaranche, Rhemes, Grisanche, Grand St. Bernard (Martigny). The town of Aosta and the Pila cable car are just 12 km away, Courmayeur is a 20-minute drive, Chamonix is one hour away.
The apartment is ideal for two people, or a family with one child.

In winter time, there is an additional charge fo heating in the amount of € 2.00 per cubic meter of gas consumed.

Fantastic apartment in spectacular location

The location is stunning, with breathtaking views across the Aosta valley and Gran Paradiso's 3 valley from a superb south facing balcony. The owners are tremendously helpful and accommodating - plenty of maps and guidebooks to use for hiking in this stunning location, which is one of the best in Europe. Thank you and I look forward to my return trip!

Fantastic panoramic view, especially from the balcony.We very much liked the bright, nicely furnished and fully equipped appartment (all kitchen utensils Italian coffee maker, dish clothes washer, wifi, maps of the area).Last but not least the owners are very welcoming and accommodating.

A week to remember

We had an exceptional stay. The apartment was a real home away from home. Our hosts spoilt us with their hospitality and their knowledge of the local area. The views are amazing and a short drive takes you to mountains, glaciers and walks around them. As well there are walks to the neighbouring villages and the local cooperative for supplies. We are looking forward to a return visit.

This was the best equipped apartment we ever rented; dishwasher & washing machine (including soap for both), coffee maker (incl. filters), herbs&spices, salt, sugar, TV with French and Italian channels, fridge, balcony, exterior shutters on all windows and doors plus fly screens on all windows to get fresh air in but keep the bugs out. There was plenty of space to store our cloths and sporting goods.The Wifi was good enough for at least 1440p (HD) streaming, possibly more but we didnt need any more.We were even welcomed with a bottle of local wine :-)On top of that the hosts are very friendly and speak good English. They provided great tips on hiking, cycling and restaurants. There is a spot to park right next door, and if your car isnt too big (think not bigger than VW Golf or similar) there's even a garage available.The location is quiet and very central in the Aosta valley, even the furthest places can be reached within an hour, local supermarkets within 10-15 minutes. We regularly saw both the Mont Blanc (Monte Bianco) and the Matterhorn (Cervino) on our hikes.What topped it all of for us were the views from the balcony and the dining table; three castles (lighted at night) plus the Grand Paradiso national park with the Grivola mountain peak.

Das Appartment ist perfekt ausgestattet und für eine Erkundung des Aostatals mit seinen Seitentälern sehr günstig gelegen. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jederzeit wieder!

Marinelli was a great host, property matches photos, views of Aosta Valley spectacular.

Transactions all went smoothly. Apartment is well equipped, we had everything we needed for simple meals. Plenty of storage for our belongings. Highly recommend!

Nous étions déjà venus en 2018 et avons de nouveau réservé l'appartement pour cette année. L'appartement, très proppre, calme, est très bien situé pour les randonnées. Marinella est une hôte d'une grande gentillesse. Merci à elle !!

Wohnung mit schöner Ausicht

Bei Ankunt wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir noch zusätzlich den Gasverbrauch für die Heizung bezahlen sollten. Ausserdem musste die Wohnung bei Abreise vollständig gereinigt werden. Wir hätten die Obtion einer Reinigungspauschale bevorzugt. Der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert. Die Dusche musste repariert werden. Einen verursachten Schaden wollten wir mit unserer Versicherung regeln. Statt dessen wurde mir ohne Ankündigung durch den Vermieter,, meine Kreditkarte über FeWo direkt belastet.

Breathtaking views, Incredible Hospitality

This quaint, modern and extremely comfortable apartment features everything a couple alone or with a small child could need. New and perfectly functional appliances, well organized kitchen, an abundance of serving and cooking ware... plus incredible views of the surrounding mountains. To top it off, there’s the amazing hospitality of Marinella and Furio. As discrete as they are available, our hosts provided exhaustive advice and maps for trekking as well as tips for fresh produce, local culture and attractions and much more. Another bonus is the location in Saint-Pierre, a village that is both silent and close to highway access. Most of Val d’Aosta’s major valleys and sites are reachable within 30-60min drive. Highly recommend this lovely mountain hideaway!

Parfait!

L'appartement est parfait pour un couple. Spacieux, fonctionnel, propre et confortable. La propriétaire, Marinella, est extraordinairement sympathique et serviable. Elle a grandement participé au fait que nous ayons passé un séjour mémorable et parfait à tout point de vue. Son mari et elle ont une connaissance encyclopédique de la région et mettent à disposition leurs connaissances ainsi que des cartes pour aider à trouver de très beaux itinéraires de randonnée. Appartement que je conseille donc les yeux fermés!

Proprietaria gentilissima e di grande disponibilità. Mi ha chiamato chiedendomi se avessi bisogno di aiuto o di ulteriori indicazioni, perché all'andata, ho avuto un contrattempo e quindi un ritardo di arrivo. L'appartamento è moderno, ben curato e confortevole con una bella prospettiva sulla vallata.

Appartement idéal

Appartement idéalement placé pour visiter les différentes vallées. Très propre et très bien équipé : il ne manque rien. Marinella met à disposition les produits de première nécessité. Le lit est déjà fait et beaucoup de linge de toilette est à disposition. Toutes les cartes de randonnées sont là. Merci beaucoup. Adresse à retenir et partager.

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung an schöner Lage.

Die Wohnung ist in allen Bereichen bis ins kleinste Detail sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Küche mit guter Auswahl an Geschirr und Küchenuntensilien, Bad praktisch eingerichtet mit jeglichem Zubehör, fast wie zu Hause. Ruhige, sonnige Lage, inkl. kleinem Balkon mit schönem Blick in das Tal und die Schneeberge. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat uns während des Aufenthalts sehr gut betreut, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Ausserdem hat sie uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben für Erkundungen und Wanderungen, sowie mit hilfreichen Unterlagen versorgt wie Wanderkarten, Tourist-Infos, etc. Obwohl sich in der Nähe der Wohnung eine Bushaltestelle befindet, ist ein eigenes Fahrzeug sowohl für die Anreise, als auch für die Erkundung der Gegend von Vorteil.

Très bon et beau séjour!

Propriétaires agréables et sympathiques. Location conforme aux photos. Appartement très propre. Vue magnifique. le logement se trouve au calme tout en étant à 5mn en voiture de la ville d'Aoste. Le garage est un plus très appréciable. Si vous partez en hiver comme nous, prévoyez un plus à votre budget, le chauffage n'est pas compris dans le prix. Il faut compter 80 euros de plus pour 2 semaines (sans abuser). Pour le reste, rien à dire, nous recommandons la location.

L'appartement est très agréable, fonctionnel et joliment décoré. Le couchage est d'excellente qualité, les rangements nombreux et fonctionnels. La vue sur les deux balcons est superbe! Rien ne manque dans les placards, et la propreté est irréprochable. Nous avons également apprécié le box fermé pour la voiture. De plus, les propriétaires sont très agréables et serviables. Nous avons été enhantés de notre séjour.
