This condominium vacation is one not to miss.

Enjoy your island vacation in this spacious and tastefully decorated, Florida-motif, direct gulf-front, one bedroom condominium. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, full bath, linen pantry, and walk-in closet. The living room has large screen TV. The attached dining room with its full-length mirrored wall and glass-top table is perfect for entertaining or just dining in. The kitchen has all the conveniences of home. Brand new flooring throughout. Glass panels on the lanai for gorgeous views of the Gulf.

If you are in the mood to walk or jog, explore the seven miles of beach, or head south and find endless choices of shells just washed up onto the beach.

Across from this condominium is a marina where you can rent a boat and explore miles of coastal backwaters, a shopping center with a charming open-air trolley to take you anywhere from the tip of Fort Myers Beach past the fishing pier south into Bonita Springs. The shopping malls of Fort Myers are also accessible by trolley. Fine and casual dining is abundant to accommodate every preference.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please leave condominium in condition as it was upon arrival. All used items (towels, sheets, dishes, etc.) must be washed, other than last night's necessary usage.
Please return two sets of keys and one parking pass to the kitchen countertop. Please lock the door and return one key to the lockbox, located adjacent to the front door.
Check in is 3pm, check out is 8am. Thank you!

Our favorite place to stay!

My husband have been staying in this condo for the past 4 years and just love the view. The condo is always clean and is so comfortable its like a home away from home. The owner is a very sweet person so nice to talk to, every time we come back from here we start making plans to go back. I would tell everyone how nice it is here and to stay here!!! Can't wait to go back!!!

Leonardo Arms Fort Myers

Appartement très propre à notre arrivée. Très bien situé, face à la mer. Appartement très bien équipée, tout y est pour passer un long séjour. Complexe très bien entretenu et une belle grande piscine chauffée à 86F. Rien à redire, nous avons passé un très beau mois et nous y retournerions sans hésiter.
