About this property

FIORE D'ARANCIO romantic flat - Levanto center,near beach ,shoops and railway

characteristic apartment on the third floor without lift distributed on two floors with balcony on private green not owned. On the lower floor there is a small entrance, a bathroom with a sitting tub, 2 washbasins, toilet and bidet. You then enter the dining room with fireplace and kitchenette; continuing there is a living room with a double sofa bed. through a wooden ladder you reach a loft with wardrobes and the double bedroom. Heat pump heating. Air conditioning.
check in is after 4pm by 8pm and check out by 10am.
Linen is not included and if necessary costs € 15 per person, it is not allowed to sleep in the sleeping bag for reasons of hygiene.
if requested, I can provide a pass to park for free in the center for a fee.
final cleaning is not included in the price and varies according to the days of stay and the number of people and it is payed on your arrive

Amazing!

Paola was a fantastic host and the apartment was ideal in terms of both location and cleanliness. Levanto is a perfect place to stay for both hiking, swimming, and exploring all of the towns. 10/10 would recommend!

Zweckmäßig eingerichtete Wohnung, die durch ihre zentrale und gleichzeitig ruhige Lage punktet. Sehr schön ist der kleine Balkon mit 180-Grad-Blick in vielfältiges Grün.

Schöne Wohnung - viele Treppen

Die Wohnung war schön und überwiegend wie angepriesen. Den in der Anzeige dargestellten Whirlpool gibt es nicht. Außerdem ist es wichtig zu wissen, dass man sehr viele Stufen erklimmen muss, um die Wohnung zu erreichen. Wenn man das nicht gewohnt ist oder viel Gepäck hat, eher schwierig. Außerdem wurden von der Vermieterin unerwartet weitere Gebühren verlangr. Für den Parkplatz, Reinigung und Bettwäsche. Dies war für uns eher überraschend.

Adorable et très pratique

Nous avons passé un séjour magique chez Paola qui nous a accueilli avec le sourire malgré notre arrivée tardive à 21h30! L'appartement est très calme et très bien agencé, extrêmement bien situé à proximité du centre de Levanto. Le cadre est idyllique avec des citronniers des orangers et de la glycine devant le balcon! Proche de la gare, des départs de rando et de la mer (moins de 10 mn à pied) l'adresse est très adaptée pour partir marcher dans les cinq terre à pied en train ou en bateau ou pour profiter de la plage. Merci Paola!

Naturnahe Lage mitten im Zentrum

Die Wohnung befindet sich im obersten Stock eines gepflegten Wohnhauses im historischen Altstadtkern von Levanto. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und äußerst ruhig gelegen. Der kleine Balkon bietet einen wunderschönen Blick in blühende Gärten. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist recht einfach gehalten, aber funktional und gemütlich. Wer die zahlreichen Treppenstufen nicht scheut, wird diese Unterkunft als Ausgangsbasis für viele schöne Unternehmungen in der Region Cinque Terre bestimmt lieben. Die Kommunikation mit unserer Vermieterin Paola war sehr zuverlässig und freundlich. Als unerwartete Zugabe stellte sie uns einen Anwohnerparkausweis zur Verfügung, mit dem wir - außerhalb der Fußgängerzone - kostenfrei parken konnten.

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement

Appartement où on se sent rapidement très bien. Très propre . Situation idéale. Très bon accueil . Nous avons posé la voiture à l’ arrivée et ne l ‘avons plus touchée du séjour grâce au pass fourni par la propriétaire pour la garer et en prenant le train. Levanto est un endroit un peu plus calme que les villages des 5 terres mais vivant , c ‘ est appréciable . Je recommande.

Daumen hoch für Levanto

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) haben uns hier wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, absolut ruhig und doch sehr günstig gelegen (10 Minuten zum Bahnhof, 5 Minuten zum Strand, eine Minute zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten). Levanto ist eine sehr zu empfehlende Alternative außerhalb der überlaufenen 5 Dörfer und bietet alles, was man so braucht.

Super Lage in Fussgängerzone, kurze Wege zum Bahnhof, Strand und Restaurants

Zweckmäßig eingerichtete Wohnung im 3. Stock. In der Wohnung geht noch eine steile Treppe zum Schlafzimmer rauf. Wir haben uns auch ohne Wlan und dt. TV wohlgefühlt. Netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin, unsere Fragen zum Objekt wurden schnell beantwortet.

Einfache Wohnung im Zentrum von Levanto

Die Wohnung ist einfach und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Für Nordländer gewöhnungsbedürftig sind die Decken (Leintuch plus Wolldecke). Im Herbst war es uns dadurch etwas zu kühl. Leider sind keine zusätzlichen Decken vorhanden. - Ansonsten ist die Wohnung ein guter Platz zum Erholen nach erlebnisreichen Tagen am Meer, in der Natur und in der Stadt.

Agréable séjour

Séjour agréable dans cet appartement avec clim (utile avec la canicule de cet été) et bien situé. Proche de la plage, de la gare, des commerces. On a pu garer et laisser la voiture sans problème. Ne pas être trop chargé pour monter les étages.

Tout à porter de main !

Petite location très bien située dans le centre piétonnier, commerces,restaurant et plages à proximité. On peut laisser sa voiture et ne plus s'en servir, le badge de stationnement fourni par la propriétaire est très pratique. Climatisation et confort du lit apprécié, très bon accueil de Paola, merci pour ce séjour !

Escapade dans les Cinque Terre

Après un accueil très sympathique de Lorenzo, nous avons très vite pris nos quartiers dans cet appartement. Situé dans le centre historique de Levanto, l'appartement est très pratique et proche de tout, la plage, la gare, les magasins, les restaurants…, et pourtant super calme. Nous n'avons pas touché la voiture pendant lles 10 jours de notre séjour. Levanto est le point de départ idéal pour visiter les Cinque Terre. Paola e Lorenzo: grazie di cuore per la vostra accoglienza e per la vostra fiducia .

hübsche und gut eingerichtete Wohnung in schöner Lage

Wir haben uns im 'Fiore d'arancio' wirklich wohl gefühlt und können diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Die Wohnung ist gut und vollständig ausgestattet (außer man kann aufs WLAN auch im Urlaub nicht verzichten). Die Lage ist prima: Man ist sehr schnell am Meer, alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, und trotzdem ist die Wohnung schön ruhig (jedenfalls im Herbst; vielleicht wäre das im Sommer nicht ganz so gewesen). Die Vermieterin, Frau Roncan, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit; ein angenehmer Kontakt von Anfang an. Empfehlenswert: die teilweise sehr schönen Wanderwege des Hinterlandes (für die man allerdings eine gute Karte und gutes Schuhwerk braucht).

Attenti all'annuncio

Si vede un giardino dal piccolissimo terrazzo, la vista è molto gradevole...però.... L'annuncio recita "vista su verde privato": non deducete di potervi accedere. La cucina puzzava di un odore impregnato in cassetti e mobiletti davvero fastidioso. Pulizie escluse (20 euro) tassa di soggiorno esclusa. Biancheria da portare a meno di un surplus ad un prezzo già non basso, peraltro calcolato su due persone, per ogni ospite in più si calcola una tassa aggiuntiva.

Levanto Via Garibaldi

Eine sehr schöne und sehr zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung in einem historischen Haus in Levanto. Kurzer Weg zum Zentrum, zum Meer und zum Bahnhof, um Ausflüge in die Umgebung zu planen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin klappt sehr gut. Bezaubernder Ausblick auf die alte Stadtmauer und Gärten. Insgesamt ein echt schöner Aufenthalt.

FeWo Altstadt Levanto

Diese schöne kleine FeWo in der Altstadt von Levanto hat eine ideale Lage. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind gleich ums Eck und zum Bahnhof sind es auch nur ein paar Minuten. Super für Ausflüge in die Cinque Terre oder auch zum Strand von Levanto. Nette Vermieterin und das Wetter war auch noch perfekt. Was will man Meer ;-).
