nice quiet apartment located in the picturesque seaside resort that boasts one of the cleanest stretches of sea in Italy between Portofino and the Cinque Terre, only 15-30 minutes away by train. Located on the 3rd floor with lift composed of a living room and a veranda balcony directly overlooking the sea, kitchenette with small terrace, bathroom with tub with seat, 3 bedrooms. Access to the public beach and private bathrooms without crossing roads or traffic of any kind. Piazzale for parking next to the house, in front of the beach. Railway station 500 meters away.

Super Aussicht aber abgenutztes mobiliar

Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist super. Aber das Mobiliar ist abgenutzt. Ich würde das niemals in einer Ferienwohnung aufstellen. Die Stühle würde nicht einmal ein Flohmarkt entgegennehmen.

Super Lage

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und mit guten Tipps versorgt. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und wer nicht höchsten Komfort benötigt, kann sich hier gut erholen. Wir waren in der Nachsaison in Deiva und konnten den Strand und das Meer genießen. Die Lage mit der herrlichen Sicht vom Balkon ist unschlagbar. Ebenso empfehlenswert sind die guten Zugverbindungen in die Cinque Terre und Richtung Genua.

Per tutti quelli che Amano il Mare .......tranquillo, mosso ed in tempesta.......in questo appartamento possono trovare e vivere quanto sopra menzionato.

Deiva Marina

Etwas alt und abgewohnt, nicht wirklich sauber, alles ein bischen kaputt. Aber für den Preis noch hinnehmbar. Wer nicht so empfindlich ist, für den passt schon. Den Parkplatz muss mann sich selber suchen, ist nicht organisiert. Linke Seite das Strandlokal , Lido, vermietet Stellplatz. Der Ort ist sonst gans nett. Kein Autoverkehr vor dem Fenster nur das Meer. Ein Lift ist vorhanden und einkaufen in der Nähe, sehr angenehm. Strand ist sauber und ordentlich.
