Apartment of about 60 m2 completely renovated in 2015 in a building facing the Hospice Comtesse. Living room, dining room, balcony, shower room, separate wc, equipped kitchen, bedroom with queen-size bed. TV, free wi-fi. Bed linen and towels provided.

Great location - comfortable space, large, bed was comfortable. The apartment building has a lot of offices so was very quiet at night/after hours. Easy to walk around the center of Lille from here (5-10 min walk). We really appreciated the availability to rent the parking space as well - it was convenient in a garage in the square right outside of the apartment. Check-in and check-out were easy. The apartment was well-equipped for cooking as well (although we didn't take advantage of it on this trip). Would stay here again!

A perfect stay in Lille

My family of three enjoyed staying in Patrick's apartment. The apartment is very clean and quiet. We had a lot of space and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a meal. The location is very ideal for walking around Vieux Lille.

Perfect for us!

We loved this apartment. It is spacious and well-equipped , and best of all it’s located in Vieux Lille, within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to see— the Vauban Citadel, the Grand Place, the music conservatoire, and shopping. We were grateful for the ability to rent Patrick’s parking place. We felt safe and secure for ourselves and for our belongings. Both Patrick and Lucie responded remarkably quickly to questions from us. We remember Lille from 35 years ago. The changes have made it a vibrant and animated “ vaut le voyage” destination for us. We highly recommend this apartment and a visit to Lille.

Did not meet expectations.

For a number of reasons, we did not stay at this property, but chose to go to a hotel instead. While the apartment seemed clean, there were cleaning products unstored giving the apartment an unclean, cluttered feel. There were some communication issues, but some of those were my fault. Having lived in Paris, we understand many buildings house offices as well as residences. However, this building seemed to be all offices except for this one apartment. It was outside the city center and difficult to get to. The biggest issue with the property was security of our belongings. The apartment is in a building that held businesses. From the lift you go into a locked corridor but there is no lock between the apartment and the business that is operated from the same corridor. At a mnimum a lock on the apartment door is needed to secure it from others who have access to the cooridor. We did not feel good about leaving our electronics, cash and passports in an unlocked apartment. As a result, we chose to move to a hotel. Upon contact with the owner, we received no apology or understanding of our concerns. Don't go here!

Great location and value

The apartment us well situated in Vieux Lille. A number of bars and restaurants within 100m. The Grand Place and main rail station within a quarter mile. Pretty good space, having living room, kitchen, toilet, shower room and bedroom as well as small balcony. Clean and in good condition. We found it to be well equipped as regards kitchen facilities. Bed was comfortable. Shower cubicle small, but adequate. No air-con which would have been useful as it was hot, but I don't get the impression it is usually required. Washing machine and dryer was very convenient. Large flat screen TV in living room and bedroom with range of French channels. Apartment is on 2nd floor, Small lift available, although there are a couple of steps to access common hallway from the street. We were met there by Lucie as arranged who explained the apartment to us. She has an office on the opposite side of the corridor to the apartment. She was very helpful and her spoken English was better than my French! We took advantage of the car parking space offered by Patrick and Lucie showed us the space. It was quite expensive (17€ per day, which was more costly than our hire car) but then parking in the area is generally expensive. 24h in the car park, which is directly in front of the apartment (Indigo Vieux Lille) costs 26€. Worth considering how long you will use that parking, but this was very convenient and for us was well worth it. Overall, we found the apartment to be very nice and great value. Patrick responded promptly to all queries and everything was as expected. Can certainly recommend this apartment.

Séjour à Lille pendant un week-end pour profiter des animations de Noël . Appartement à proximité de tous les points d’interêt de Lille. Tout se fait à pied. Situé dans le Vieux Lille et tout près du centre ville. Appartement très confortable. Très propre. Très accueillant. Pendant le week-end très calme toi en étant près des restaurants. Avec une place de parking c’est impeccable. Vraiment je mets 10/10.

Un séjour de rêve

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement très agréable à vivre, joliment agencé, très propre, avec tout ce qu'il faut et même plus! La literie est au top. Très calme le soir car l'immeuble est occupé par des bureaux. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et arrangeant (sa fille aussi) et aussi réactif. L'appartement est remarquablement bien situé dans le vieux Lille, tout ce qui est intéressant peut se faire à pied (avec de bonnes chaussures, attention aux pavés). Un vrai plus : le parking que le propriétaire nous a gentiment loué. Nous reviendrons tant nous nous sommes plu.

L’appartement est très propre avec tous les équipements nécessaires au quotidien. Il est idéalement situé à l’entrée du vieux Lille et permet de découvrir la ville à pied. La procédure d’accueil, les échanges avec le propriétaire, tout était impeccable ! J’y retournerai les yeux fermés !

Parfait séjour dans le Vieux-Lille.

Nous avons apprécié ces cinq nuitées passées dans ce bel appartement situé dans un immeuble sécurisé, au 2ème étage avec ascenseur et à deux pas du Musée de l'Hospice Comtesse. La chambre spacieuse dispose d'une literie en 160, confortable et irréprochable. La cuisine est correctement équipée, combi congélo/frigidaire, four, micro ondes. Les toilettes sont indépendantes de la salle de bains, celle-ci comprend une douche. La salle à manger et le salon donnent sur un petit balcon (utile pour les fumeurs). Dans le salon, un canapé lit confortable. Toutes les pièces sans exception sont équipées de fenêtres. La possibilité d'utiliser le parking est d'un intérêt indéniable. Vous l'aurez compris, nous reviendrons probablement dans cette belle ville de Lille à l'occasion de notre prochain séjour.

Calme et bonne situation

Appartement idéalement situé pour visiter Lille, nous avons quasiment tout fait à pied. Le logement est propre et lumineux ; et l'immeuble étant constitué de bureaux, d'un grand calme passé 19h. Nous recommandons, merci à Patrick et Lucie.
