Park City 4-Bedroom 3-Bath Condo excellent location on Lake - Walk to Ski Lifts

You will love our 4-Bedroom 3-bath Pay-Day Condominium. Mountain living with beautiful views of the lake and Park City Municipal Golf Course -- and only a short walk to the Silver Star ski lift across the street, and the slopes of Park City Resort -- which is now combined with the Canyons. Beautifully remodeled and large enough (over 2000 sq.ft.)— to accommodate up to 12! This is a free standing building, set out on the water and surrounded by a golf course -- which offers cross-country skiing. The condo also has a wrap-around private deck overlooking the water and golf course. The Silver Star Ski Lift is across the street in the Silver Star development and accesses the ski slopes of the Park City Resort/Canyons. In less than a 10 minute walk from the condo you can be on the chair lift, with none of the crowds that the main base of the Resort encounter. Lift tickets can be purchased there as well. Also dine at the Silver Star Café and listen to live music. In addition, Guests have free access to the heated pool and hot-tub at the Three Kings clubhouse, about 2-3 blocks down the street.

The home includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, and fireplace. Relax and enjoy the cozy sunken living room after enjoying a private hot tub in the privacy of your own space. There is also a steam shower on the main floor. The sectional pullout sleeper sofa and second sofa, plus the carpet, are all new in the family room.

The bedroom on the first floor has a king sized bed, with remodeled full bath, flat screen TV and DVD player. A second bath is also in the first floor common area. Upstairs is the second and third bedrooms with a king sized bed, flat screen TV and DVD as well as a third common full bath.

The Condo has great access to the free Public Transit bus route along Three Kings Drive—that can take you to most locations in Park City or Kimball Junction, including Main Street; where you can enjoy fabulous restaurants, world class shopping and lively night-life without the hassle of driving or parking. The condo is also only three-miles to Deer Valley Ski Resort and only 2 miles to downtown Main Street Park City.

modern condo close to slopes

We managed to fit 4 adults and 7 in for 3 days. It was available about 1 month before our trip so really it was a steal. Overall a solid stay and the condo fit well for the most part. It is right on the shuttle to the main resort which is a huge plus. You could walk to silver star lift also. The new hot tub right on the deck is a key plus. The owners clearly dropped some money on a modern renovation. For the price and size it was an easy choice for the weekend. Also, the property managers were very responsive.

A few comments. The approach to kitchen details was a little puzzling. It has 2 sinks which is great, but it lacked many standard utensils/tools,

pots and pans (like a whisk! or a cast iron skillet) and very few platings, but it had this ornate place setting arrangement around the kitchen table which basically has to be moved for a ski group. It was unstocked with any cooking or food basics --like it had a few cone coffee filters but it has a cheap black and decker coffee maker which requires flat bottom filters. It could really use a $500 investment at Sur La Table and a consult. It is not a true 4 bedroom in my opinion--the bottom room was just a room with a mattress-- the closet outside the room was full of christmas stuff so 5 people used the closet on the second floor. It looks like it was a family type room at some point (there is a shuffle board table but not much room to actually play it, and oddly a foosball table on the deck). There is very little room for ski gear, and the fireplace is low heat and a design that actually does not emit much warmth-but has a nice look to it. And a huge speaker located in the family room but the property owner was unaware of it and couldn't explain what the purpose was or how to use it. The loft is 3 single mattresses (2 in bunk) with very little room for much else. Overall a 4-star that could be a 5-star for 4 adults / 4 kids. I did love it though because we had a great time and the location is really tough to beat.
