このアパートメントは、ヴェネツィアの活気あるエリアにあり、カンポサンタマリアフォルモサの隣、リアルト橋の近く、サンマルコ広場からそれほど遠くないが、観光ルートの混ofから離れています。地理的なコンテキストは理想的です。なぜなら、寝室の窓は小さな路地を見下ろす窓が2つあり、もう一方は4つの窓があり、それは南西に面しているため、ダス美しい花の庭は晴れています。 2つの完全なバスルームの存在により、4/5人または2つのカップルの家族に対応できますが、ダブルベッドのある部屋は1つだけで、2番目の部屋は快適なキングサイズのベッド付きのベッドルームになることができるリビングルームですカーテンを閉じます。 これには、寝室からアクセスできるバスタブ付きのバスルームがあり、リビングエリアは大きなダイニングエリアになります。
アパートには、素材と仕上げの選択に素敵な家具があります。 設備の整ったキッチンには、2つの快適な白いカラーラ大理石のトップがあります

Great location and apartment layout was excellent. It was a little hard to find, so be sure to ask for street level directions before you arrive. Host(s) were very attentive and willing to help when asked.

Everything about this apartment was perfect. Location, decor, bed, linens, Sara who met us and helped with questions. Fabiola has created one magical tasteful space from which to enjoy days in Venice.

The team that manages this property went out of their way on a weekend to help me when I left my phone in the apartment after checkout. I was about to get on a water taxi and head to the train station when I realized I did not have my phone. Luckily my travel partner had one of our contact's phone numbers and within 30 minutes Sara hopped on a train to head into Venice. She then realized the cleaning lady was on her way to the apartment. She was notified that I would be waiting so I could get back into the apartment. In a little over an hour the crisis was averted and we made our train!If wanted Sara will arrange for a private water taxi (150E) which drops you off at the closest spot to the apartment which is about a 5 minute walk. She also arranged for our return to the train station.As for the apartment, it was clean, in a tucked away residential alcove yet right in the middle of everything. Cafe on the corner to get our morning coffee and a bite at the counter. Given the location it's easy to go back in the late afternoon for a quick nap and freshen up before heading out for the evening. We enjoyed our stay in Venice.

Fabulous location

We are so happy we picked this apartment to stay in during our time in Venice. The apartment was clean, comfortable and quiet. It was the perfect place to put our feet up and relax after wandering the city streets.

Little Piece of Venetian Heaven

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It's a nice quiet location away from the main tourist spots, but not too far to walk to them. Loved this place....it was a little piece of heaven for us!

Great stay

What a great apartment! The location was fantastic, it was very clean and very tastefully decorated. We used both the bedroom and the pull-out couch which was surprisingly comfortable. Would definitely come back!

Wonderful apartment!

As frequent travelers and users of Home Away, I can recommend this apartment without reservation. Centrally located, fully equipped, and very responsive owner and manager (Salvatore was great). My wife and I had a wonderful stay.

This place was perfect for us. It’s off the beaten path so you don’t get tons of traffic, but a quick walk to the main canal and the main sites in Venice. We really liked the courtyard with coffee shops and restraints that’s literally just around the corner. Also other courtyards that are just a few minutes walk, away from the touristy areas and primairly locals. The check in/out was seamless, friendly, and great communication. The apartment was clean and the views of the park were a great bonus.

A Perfect Place In Venice

Great location if you want a peaceful oasis away from the maddening crowd. I’ve been to Venice six times and would stay here again in a heartbeat. The host was impeccable. The apartment was charming with two bathrooms with a charming view of the garden next door. Highly recommended.

Great location

The apartment is in a great location. We found it a little small for my wife and I and our two teenage girls. All and all though it was a nice apartment which served us very well during our stay. It was very quite in the evenings and has a grocery store very near by. I would recommend it if you are visiting Venice. Cheers!

This holiday I recommend it because it offers you the opportunity to experience Venice in the best possible way, like a Venetian living it. You are very close to the tourist track, so you can reach all sites of maximum interest in few minutes on foot, but thirst in a quiet street, in front of your windows is not the stream but a beautiful garden blooming in all seasons. The house is full of light and is ready to welcome you in a romantic way if you are a couple in a convenient if you are a family with 2 children, because each has its own bathroom, but you might be two couples and each would have its spaces and his privacy. all seasoned with a lot of style and elegance, which is always nice. The house is beautiful elegant light punishment, a peaceful garden that has its charm in every season, the presence of two bathrooms and two comfortable living areas makes it usable even by two couples or a family with 2 3 / children.
The kitchen is large and very well equipped, two beautiful Carrara marble floors will allow you to cook while your friends and family keep you company sitting at the dining table in front of you.
The two full bathrooms comprehensive, one with shower and the other with bath, will allow you to live comfortably in the house 4 people.
The apartment is on the first floor, so you do not hurt hand luggage, but since it has a garden in front of most of the windows is always full of light.
The best quality of the apartment are the elegance with which we have restored and furnished, and the extreme quiet of the area where it is located, while being close to all major tourist attraction.
