Magnifique

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Mais attention, il y avait une incompréhension avec le nombre de chambres. car pour moi j'avais réservé pour 10 chambres et arrivés sur place on me dit que c'était 9, car la chambre en plus est un studio et c'est une prestation supplémentaire. Sur votre site rien est indiqué à part 10 chambres et j'ai juste indiqué ma date d'arrivée et de fin. Le loueur a eu la gentillesse de nous donner la chambre. Il faudrait revoir ça pour éviter tout malentendu. Logement magnifique

Réunion familiale joyeux rassemblement

De beaux souvenirs pour toute la famille nous avons beaucoup apprécié le jardin,les grands salons ou chacun a pu retrouvé le calme . Des petites ballades et sortie pour trouver un peu de fraîcheur,la grande saline,la source du Lison et la Loue à Port lesney.

Nous étions 18 amis. Nous sommes restés 4 nuits à la maison Salines. Tout y est plus que parfait. Merci aux hôtes de nous faire partager leur sublime maison.

The most beautiful place ever

The location is perfect, the house truly exquisite. We have been in many nice places before, but never one as tasteful and artistically rendered as this! Immaculately kept, astonishing combination of comfort and aesthetics du temps perdu. We were all (10 friends) so grateful to experience this!!! .

Magnifique !

Un séjour dans le Jura pour les 50 ans ! 16 adultes, 1 enfant et 2 bébés ! Une maison très bien agencée, très bien décorée. Une literie digne des grands hôtels ! La maison est centrale tout est à portée de main, une boucherie excellente, des cavistes aux petits soins et des pâtisseries vivement recommandées. Je recommanderai ce lieu avec plaisir et j’y retournerai certainement, j’espère.

Living like aristocrats

I am really torn about this object. On the one hand, the apartment was absolutely, stunningly beautiful - high ceilings, turn-of-the-century furniture and interiors, a balcony big enough that it wasn't necessary to schlep everything from the 1st floor (where the apartment is) downstairs into the garden. The garden itself is beautiful and private, and lovingly maintained. And the location within the town of Salins-les-Bains was convenient, with a good bakery right across the street and the museum and some restaurants just a minute away. However. From the pictures, I had assumed the house was in a quaint little town, with a river running along the walls on one side and surrounded by greenery. I knew from the comments that there was a street, but thought that it could be ignored, more or less. What I didn't realize was that the house was right on the busy main street through town, with half of the bedrooms and the living and dining room facing that side of the building. After we had paid and had a chance to look at the location on Google Maps, I also noticed that there is a parking lot right behind the garden. So, this is definitely NOT country living... Now, the parking lot is actually quiet and you don't see it, as the garden walls are high - plus, it provides convenient free parking. But the street posed a problem for us - being the only road through the valley it is quite busy and loud, and it was impossible to sleep with open windows. When the windows are closed, it is ok, but we came during a hot spell and keeping the windows closed all day was not an option. The 2 rooms facing the garden, on the other hand, are lovely and quiet, generously proportioned and beautifully furnished. There was also a "garden apartment" offered to us (we started out as a big group) but noone wanted it as it is segregated from the rest of the living area in the back of the garden, isolated from the main apartment with its huge dining room (wonderful!), salon (so lovely), living room (very cozy), two (!) kitchens and the balcony which was big enough to host a group of 10 diners. A 6th room was located on the mezzanine, but also facing the street and, as it is lower, it doesn't make up for the street with a view over the roofs across the street and onto the wooded valley side with the old fort on it. As we ended up a much smaller group than anticipated, we used only the 4 main bedrooms of the main apartment - and as I mentioned before: THAT was absolutely worth it!

Tout était parfait séjour au top

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour Le gîte est une merveille. Nous étions 20 , tous sa chambre et sdb Le paradis . Très bien situé, nous faisions tout à pieds . Une cour intérieure qui nous a permis de prendre l’apéritif dehors . Tout est fonctionnel, bien équipé, et superbe Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Norwegians exploring Jura wines!

We opted early for this offer able to carter for 7 people in their 60thies and 70thies. In the middle of a charming town and close to centers of good wine and good cheese. All renting formalities went smooth.

Herrschaftliche Räume in faszinierendem Ort

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Extrem großzügige Räume und Küchen. Alles Utensilien zum Kochen vorhanden. Das Museum der Saline neben an. Schöner privater Garten. Sehr angenehme Besitzer. Es gibt viel anzuschauen und viel schöne Naturerlebnisse in der Gegend. Toll! Wenn alle der Gäste sehr lärmempfindlich sind, könnte es im Sommer bei offenen Fenstern ein Problem geben. die Straße kann ab morgens laut sein. für die meisten Zimmer überhaupt kein Problem. nur für die Zimmer zur Straße. Wenn die Fenster zu sind, auch kein Problem. Trotzdem super schönes Haus. die Zimmer groß und hoch mit adeligem Spirit.
