Great Property

The property was fantastic, really spacious & well maintained. Loads of outdoor space & the outdoor kitchen made cooking so easy. Further away from the town than the description advised but a lovely property. Thanks to the property manager who came to find us on his bike when we got slightly lost initially.

Generally very nice stay - nice spacious house and surroundings. The pool was heated which was unnecessary in the heat. The distances to beach and Saint-Florent were incorrect. They were much longer.

Lovely villa and outside space, but a car is absolutley essential!

The sleeping accomodation is ok for 10 people in 5 bedrooms, but regarding washing facilities it is limited. There is no separate toilet and only 2 bathrooms with hand held showers (not ideal), plus one ensuite shower room in the entire property.The kitchen is fully stocked with equipment and the pool and outside space are quiet and very nice. We were very disappointed with the location, as when booking it was made clear on the website that it was walking distance to St Florent beaches/shops/restaurants & marina. In fact it is a good 5-10 minute drive on a very busy road, too dangerous to walk along. You cannot walk anywhere safely from the property, very disappointing as a good location was the main reason we booked this villa.

Superbe maison idéal pour un groupe belle région à découvrir. Dommage mais compliqué pour se balader de la villas route sans trottoir . Il faut la voiture mais proche de magasin et St Florent.

Moderne Villa mit super Pool

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa sehr genossen. Das Haus bietet viel Komfort, der Pool ist traumhaft. Das Haus liegt in ruhiger Umgebung ca. 10 Autominuten von St Florent entfernt - für uns optimal, wir waren schnell am Strand und im Ort und hatten dennoch viel Platz und Ruhe für uns. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

La présentation de l'environnement est FAUSSE !

La maison etait censée être à 5 mn à PIED de la marina de St Florent et à St Florent. En fait elle est située à Oletta et à plus de 6 km du port de St Florent ! (D'ailleus l'annonce a ete changée depuis et stipule maintenant 7 mn en voiture !!). Poour le reste la maison etait conforme aux attentes. J'attends de votre part une reponse et un dédommagement.

Nous sommes désolés de ceci. Une semaine en famille nous avons bien profité de la piscine de la vue sur la nature. Clim parfois aléatoire Baignoires sans douche (2) Beau village d'oletta mais pas accessible par sentier

Wir hatten die Villa für 2 Wochen gemietet und hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Wir hatten für 2 Wochen gebucht und waren insgesamt 6 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder zwischen 3 und 8 und ein Hund. Die Villa war für unsere Großfamilie sehr gut geeignet. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Immer Samstags werden Handtücher und Bettwäsche getauscht und Haus und Pool gereinigt. Ein Supermarkt ist ca. 5 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Der nächste Strand ca. 15 min. Die Lage ist ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Unsere Enkel wünschten sich mehrmals einen 'Pooltag', d.h sie wollten gar nicht weg.

Sehr empfehlenswert für Familien oder Gruppen

Die Villa eignet sich ausgezeichnet für Familien (auch mehrerer Generationen) oder Gruppen. Die Aufteilung in drei Wohnbereiche (zwei mal im Erdgeschoss plus 1. Etage) erlaubt neben Gemeinsamkeit im großen Wohnzimmer Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Mit zwei Küchen und einer Außenküche mit Grill, Spülmaschinen, Waschmaschinen und Trockner sowie reichlich Geschirr ist die Villa entstehen keine Engpässe. Ausgezeichnet ist der Außenbereich mit überdachter Terrasse und Pool umrahmt von blühendem Oleander. Ein sich immer im Schatten von Bäumen befindlicher Spielplatz mit Schaukeln und Rutsche am Rande einer Rasenfläche, die durch abendliche Bewässerung grün gehalten wird, erfreute vor allem die KInder. Hervorzuheben ist auch der wöchentlich durchgeführte Service mit komplettem Bettwäschewechsel, neuen Handtüchern etc. - man fühlt sich fast wie im Hotel. Dazu gehört auch die Pflege des Außenbereichs und des Pools. Fazit: Besser geht es fast nicht!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour L’environnement est magnifique, calme et reposant. En pleine nature, juste le bruit des oiseaux. Malgré quelques petits désagréments dûs a de précédents locataires, la villa est très fonctionnelle et agréable pour 10 personnes (manque juste un toilette séparé) Les extérieurs sont très bien aménagés ( une douche extérieure et un renouvellement de transats seraient necessaire) Jean Louis et la propriétaire ont été très agréables et à l’écoute Je recommande cette villa pour passer un agréable séjour dans cette belle région de St Florent
